The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Food was ok when it eventually came. ordered at 5:50pm when it had not arrived by 8pm, we called to be told they were running behind. Eventually food arrived at 8:40pm, driver got rude and aggressive when I suggested taking £5 from the bill due the time of delivery. Ruined our evening to be honest...

Absolutely brillant everytime we go. Food is always cooked fresh to order. Staff are always polite and friendly. This time there was 30 of us but normally me and the Mrs go every couple of months.

I keep returning here because I am never disappointed. This evening's food was as good as ever, carefully prepared and delicious. Thanks to all involved!

Disgusting!! Ordered chicken curry and the chicken was horrible. It was a really strange, fatty texture - at first I thought they’d accidentally given us tofu. Everything was also freezing cold. Save your money!

Always visit Rainbow when in Southport. Good food, good potions and fair price. Probably do have off days but we've never experienced it. Remember it's a take away not a restaurant.

Ordered prawn crackers and 2 chicken curry and 2 plain rice. Ready on time and got told prawn crackers came free. Got home and curry was a big portion and lovely sauce with freshly cooked chicken. It had a few mushrooms in which was not expected but fine for me.

We ordered a delivery giving them another chance but wish we didn’t. 1 hr for delivery having been told 40 mins or sooner. Once we opened the delivery it was wrong. Chicken Satay Skewers missing something with chicken in a dish , not sure what it was in all honesty. I called spoke with a young lady who was most un helpful. After explaining a few times it was wrong. I was offered a replacement for the skewers. I explained that it would be another hour, so no unless they can get them to us in 10 mins as the other meals would be eaten. “ well do ya want it or not “ Horrified at the reply I put the phone down after saying forget it. I so wish the old owners were back as we always had excellent food. We won't be back for a while I doubt. Shocking to say the least.

Best chinese iv ever had on the island.Food Is amazing massive portons. Mrs Lee is always happy and friendly. Really good Chinese that we always go back too.

If you are reading the reviews to decide whether you should order from Hung's Kitchen, I would stop now and pick up the phone to literally any other establishment in Malvern..our usual favourite being the Star. Usually a mix up of an order doesn't warrant getting angry about, I only hoped this would be the case when ringing up, when this happened with our takeaway we collected. I think with even the bare minimum customer service skills, most can usually rectify a mistake without raising their voice and trying to blame the customer. You only have to scroll down below to another review about another order getting mixed up, I don't think it helps there are two different menus on the website offering the same items but both at different codes? surely it's more hassle for them as a company to run a business like this. You can take this review as someone being petty or unfair, I'm sure the owner will give a mediocre response as per the other reviews, wishing us well and telling us not to return perhaps, trust me we don't need to be asked twice.

On first impressions, the outside of the restaurant is not inviting at all. In fact, it’s off putting, however when you are in inside the decor is lovely. Plenty of room for us and a pram. Food was yummy, slightly pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to but portions were big. Would recommend.

I would recommend the wok n rock as it has really good food especially the sweet and sour chicken and really friendly customer service and they cater for big groups as they catered very well for our table of 12 adults and 5 children , the service was 100% perfect and would just like to say thank you Hollie for everything you did to make mine and my families evening a really enjoyable experience I will be visiting again on my next visit from The Netherlands . Hardly any chicken in the chicken chow mein, spare ribs were cold, portions very poor. Phoned to complain and the kitchen ( not the lady taking the orders) said that all they would do is give me a half price chow mein next time. We won't go back.
