The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

It has taken 2 hours to deliever food from order. The restaurant had marked order as delivered when the order wasn't delivered. Had to call restaurant to enquire about delivering. Really dissatisfied with the restaurant. Fries were cold and pasta didn’t have much taste, not the same pasta as before.

It’s been a while since I’ve left a review, and for me to go out of my way to write one, it has to be really bad. The food was terrible—no flavor and rock-hard fried items. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you’re reading this, don’t order from here. I feel sick after eating their foo

I brought my family of 6, including my mother, to celebrate her 70th birthday. We have visited over the years, but not for some time, and thought we would eat locally and try the restaurant again. We were all very disappointed by the quality of the food and what was on offer. I mainly eat fish, and apart from fish fingers (I am not a child), the only other fish I saw available was at the Teppanyaki station. I asked for salmon and prawns and could not believe it when the chef put a slither of salmon, which is used for sushi, and three of the smallest prawns I have seen onto the grill. The selection of food has gone down since I last dined at the restaurant, and the food is bland and lukewarm at best. Small amounts of food, such as fried prawns, are brought out so that customers have to rush to get them before they are quickly finished. Most of the rice dishes were dried out and tasted awful. The desserts, although lots of options, are bland. The Eaton Mess, which used to be so lovely, is now a mush of whipped cream and cheap bits of fruit. The plates were often unavailable, and I walked around to look for them. For the amount of money you charge per adult, I would expect a much higher standard of food. I would at least expect there to be more options for fish eaters, and that the food is served hot. Some dishes are brought out lukewarm. After paying £100.88, I am very disappointed. I could have raised this on the night, but I didn't want to spoil my mother’s 70th birthday celebration, and she chose the restaurant. I wish that I had looked at your reviews online prior to coming to the restaurant, as it would seem that most have the same issues, and you have not acted on previous feedback. There are too many other restaurants for consumers. When I choose to stay local and support local businesses, I expect to get what I paid for. The meal was not cheap and was not worth the money that I paid. I will never return to your restaurant and would not recommend it to others.

The chicken chow Mein was missing

Real Chinese cuisine, prices are acceptable and food tasted good.

Enjoy coming here. The little robots are a good novelty and a bit of fun. Foods not bad either, standard chinese buffet selections. Can get quite busy on a Saturday evening so it's best to book ahead.

Gracias especiales a Pratima. El personal era tan sonriente y educado y un placer ser servido por. Ocupado allí como siempre, la comida es buena, así que no es lo mejor si quieres una conversación, pero la comida 10 / 10 y si te sirve Pratima, ella lo hace aún mejor.

We had sweet & sour chicken , chicken curry fried rice , noodles chips spring rolls it was all very nice , we were told & there are signs saying ‘we are short staffed please be patient’ however are food arrived promptly the price was good service was nice your typical Chinese restaurant

I was expecting something of high quality considering the prices are so high . Packaging was poor it was cold apart from the pepper sauce main dish as that was contained properly.
