The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

I have been a regular takeaway customer of this place for years, but not any more. They missed a dish from my order today and took no responsibility whatever, simply referring me to an app based in Manchester when the order was placed on their website. Apparently I have to write a letter to get a refund. Sorry, but that’s not how it works. They don’t give a fig about customer service. Absolutely shameless.

We've been using the Lucky house for 15 years and we've never been let down . Hot , fresh , tasty and quick . We've tried many other Chinese and this is the one we come back to . I've read the bad revues and can't help thinking that they are about somewhere else . We've moved away from Tankerton now but we still come back to the Lucky House .

I wanted to try the New City as I have never been there before, and always use Chinatown opposite. I was disappointed with the food. The pancake rolls were greasy, the pork dish was packed out with vegetables, as was the hot and sour soup. On a positive note the crackers and the rice were good. I will carry on with Chinatown as the food is much better quality.

I orders my food at 00.10 and at 1.20 they said it will take another 25 mins I was estimated 1pm when I placed order . Rubbish service don’t bother

Always great food at this take away. I had the sweet and sour chicken and it was great as always. Hubby had beef and mushroom and it was also delicious

El precio está "bien", pero no la comida y el personal. La comida es simplemente asquerosa y si quieres probar algo chino asqueroso, continúa.

Great food ... probably the best one locally always greeted with a smile...

Food is not so good sometimes ! They could step up and do better!

Fantastic food, nice and friendly environment. I can’t recommend a better Chinese in this town, if you are visiting the Swan is definitely a must visit.

We have just returned from a lovely meal at the Ho Wong it was fabulous, the staff were so attentive and helpful and the food was delicious very fresh and a great choice. We will be back 😊😊

Bien, así que las cajas de arroz / fideos están bastante bien. Sabrosos ingredientes, arroz un poco soso pero buenas salsas y está bien para una parada rápida de almuerzo y estaríamos tentados de tomar uno de esos de nuevo. Los lados de los papeles primaverales que teníamos eran bastante malos. En su mayoría amigo profundo nada con una pequeña astilla de zanahoria dentro. Las bebidas son recargas estándar de la máquina. Tenía lo que se suponía que era un Fanta estándar pero sabía sin azúcar. La mayoría de la gente probablemente estará bien con esto. Las mesas tenían que limpiarse y limpiarse, no querrás sentarte con migas de arroz por todas partes. Solo toman tarjetas y no efectivo. En general podríamos volver y coger una pequeña caja para llevar, pero no hay posibilidad de que nos sentáramos y tener toda la comida de nuevo, simplemente no vale la pena.

Food is lovely but orders are not accurate. Today I didn't get my full order for my wife's birthday. When I phoned up to query this, they hung up. Need to work on customer service!

Wow! ¡Vaya! Mi marido y yo visitamos anoche para una cita. Ambos tuvimos entrantes (sopa de fideos de pollo y un rollito de mandarina) y un plato principal (ambos platos principales) y disfrutamos mucho de cada bocado. El rollo de mandarina de primavera era enorme y cocinado fresco! En la mayoría de los sitios están prefabricados, sin embargo no me gusta comer gambas, así que fue agradable saber que los cocinan por encargo, así que no tuve que incluir las gambas. El entorno era precioso y el servicio era increíble. El gerente y otro joven estaba trabajando y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Sin duda volveremos y pronto!
