Gets pretty busy. Music inside was way too loud for a dinning area which wasn’t as large. Food was good, was hoping for a bigger variety in comparison to the restaurants in the US. Menu was limited in comparison.

We booked this restaurant for after a show at the theatre. Sooo glad we did. The staff were all lovely, food was amazing and the atmosphere was so relaxed. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Two waiters brought out my mum an ice cream and happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate singing away to her. Was lovely. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone! Thank you all for a lovely time.

Shruti was amazing, she gave the best service. The food was 10/10 but Shruti was even better. Amazing food. Amazing service. Good vibes as well

We celebrated my sister in law’s birthday here and it was lovely. As with most large restaurants in Leicester Square it was busy and had buzz around it The food Selection , Quality and Quantity was great however , what made our night was the amazing attentive staff. Lovely large round table so we could talk. We had a mixed group all ages and it was great. Great evening.

We had placed a same-day reservation with PF Changs and unfortunately found later in the day that we'd be unable to make the 10pm booking. I contacted the restaurant and they seemingly agreed to cancel it (by replying "Yes please" ??) but later charged me a £50 no-show fee which they are refusing to refund. They fobbed me off onto Open Table, but Open Table have told me that they do not store customer card details and PF Changs were responsible for refunding.

Had a great experience - Netaaji was absolutely wonderful - great service and made my friend’s 🥸 birthday very memorable! As always, the dynamite shrimp was the star of the show!

This was my second visit to this restaurant, the first was several years ago shortly after it was first opened in the UK. The first visit was disappointing as the service was very poor, which affected the quality of the food. However, this was an entirely different experience. The service was excellent, despite the restaurant being very busy on Friday night. Our waiters were friendly and attentive and although we were advised we could only have the table for an hour (we had not booked) we never felt rushed. The food was delicious - fresh, tasty and beautifully cooked. I’m a long time diner at PF Chang in the USA and the experience was much more like my visits there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and service in central London.

We have been in many PF Chang's across the world so we thought we would give the London one a shot , to start with the food was excellent but was disappointed there was no Hot & Sour soup The only drawback was the hygiene levels on the tables and floor , food was left on the tables after people had left and not cleared immediately as you would expect and food was left to be be cleared under the tables as well they really need to get that optic sorted out as it spoils the visit

We visited a couple of days ago. We were seated quickly, and orders taken without delay. I ordered the veggie spring rolls to start which weren’t the best and literally looked like one larger roll cut into four, but they were edible. Ours mains were delicious (see picture), and we left feeling very satisfied and happy we’d picked this place for our evening meal. However, we both woke in the night with incredibly dry mouths, which even after a lot of water later still did not clear by the morning. So just a tip that if you do eat here, make sure you order a lot of water at the table, and have a lot afterwards!

I have eaten at many PF Chang restaurants all over the world and the London branch has to be the worst one yet! Absolutely awful! Waiters do not tend to you, we had to constantly ask for drinks, food delayed we had to chase this up. Service is appalling. The food is poor, I was given an additional side of a long white hair on my starter. I refused to pay for service charge due to this. A waste of our time, do not visit this brach! You have been warned !! ⚠️

Wanted to try this as eaten in the USA lots of times. First of all let me say the starter s and main courses were excellent. We had chilli jam wings, dynamite shrimp, lettuce wraps with chicken, spring rolls and calamari to start and all were lovely. For mains we had Pepper steak, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, sesame chicken, honey shrimp, and changes spicy chicken. We ordered too many main courses but they were all excellent. Negatives: LO mein noodles and fried rice. Both tasted good however portion sizes were really small. They came out on plates nad there was barely enough for 4 of us to have more than 1 spoonful. We noticed other diners were served theirs in bowls and these looked much bigger. When you're paying £6.50 for rice and £5.75 for plain noodle we expected a lot more! The service as really poor. There seemed to be enough servers however we had to constantly ask for more drinks and food. They seemed to be standing around. Was really disappointed with the service but will come back for the food.

Excellent food. Hot and fresh. Wine choice a little limited but that’s not what we came for. Dynamite prawn thing as a starter was very nice and shared. Had the a couple of mains and shared. All very good. Staff were exceptional our server, Mahee was lovely.

We had a pre-theatre meal here on a Saturday night. Thankfully we booked as people were queuing outside. Started off feeling a little concerned as they were so busy that it all seemed a bit chaotic when we first went in. Didn’t need to worry as the food we had was fantastic. Mongolian beef and honey chicken, served with noodles hit the spot - so tasty! Service was quite fast so not a leisurely meal, but ideal when it’s pre theatre. Value for money, and would return next time we are in London.

The service is extremely poor and manager is very rude. I have done a reservation online and added my card details. I made a booking for 5 people (it was my first ever dinner with my in laws). When we arrived, the manager only gave us a table of 4 people and said this is what I have take it or wait in the queue for 40 minutes. The manager was very rude that he started chatting with other waiters on us and they all seem not happy with us not accepting the 4 seat table. Waiters are not trained. Definitely not coming back. I was aiming to have a nice dinner with beloved people to me but ended up in frustration from everyone.

I made a booking for NYE at 6:45pm and had to cancel due to a family member passing away. They charged me £20 and when I called to ask for a refund as it was unforeseen circumstances I assumed they would be understanding and waiver but they were RUDE and not helpful at all. Nandan and Amal were the two people I spoke to, kept talking over me and showed no remorse. You need to hire better people with customer service skills for a restaurant in London they are showing fast food type qualities. Disgusted.

After visiting Dubai earlier on in the year and absolutely loving this resturant there. We just had to try it again, the food was just as tasty but the over crowdedness really takes the shine away from having a dinner.

The food was amazing.Had the dynamite shrimp for starters followed by Singapore Street noodles with Prawns and Chicken. The quality of the food was top notch and so delicious. The only negative was that the waiter said we had the table only for an hour as it was pre booked.However the restaurant was not even that busy, especially when we left. Brought the hubby here for a Xmas meal before the theatre and it was so delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes and enjoyed each one. Our waitress Neethu was lovely too - she was always checking in on us and making sure everything was good ( thanks Neethu!) we had a really enjoyable experience and value for the food was great. Centrally located and offering authentic Chinese food. Started with Dynamite Shrimp and we all agreed that was a wow! For entrees we went with the Mongolian Beef, Salt & Pepper Prawns,Crispy honey chicken with fried rice and lo main noodles. It was a good mix of a variety of flavours and all dishes were well received . Service was good as we didn't have a reservation and the place was very busy but they were willing to accommodate our party of 4 and our Waitress was very pleasant throughout.

Was looking for a restaurant for something to eat before theatre and got enticed in by the smell of food which did not disappoint!! Delicious meal with great service. Recommend booking a table, we had to queue for about 30 minutes but glad we went and will visit in other locations too!

First time trip to P F Chang and certainly will not be the last. Food was excellent together with first class service from Shibin. We selected both the starters and main courses after discussing with Shibin who guided us well through the options.

We decided to book to have dinner here after a show, so the table was booked and confirmed for 10.30pm. We arrived on time and were asked to wait for five minutes, this ended up being more like fifteen minutes. After being sat at the table for under five minutes we were asked if we were ready to order food we said no. We were told that we could have a couple more minutes to look at the menu but that the kitchen was closing soon. Anyway, we got over that and ordered our food, drinks arrived and were just plonked in the middle of the table with no attempt by the waiter to put the right drink in front of the right individual. The food than came fairly swiftly, after finishing our food we were asked if we would like the bill. We agreed though were shocked that the empty dishes were left on the table even when the bill was brought to us, the waiter than preceded to stand over us with the card machine whilst we started to try and work the bill out, we ended up asking him to give us two minutes, which he did. We understand that it was late but we felt very pressurised to leave quickly. Whilst checking the bill we also noticed that they’d added on a 12.5% service charge. We are normally happy to pay a service charge but in this instance we felt we’d received the bare minimum of service level so we decided to remove the service charge from our payment. I understand that the staff work long hours and by that point in the evening they must be exhausted, however if a restaurant takes a late reservation, surely, they must be prepared to open late and not make the guests feel like they are being rushed. I’ve saved this for last because I like to end on a positive, the food was delicious. We ordered a selection of different dishes to try between us and everything was outstanding. This is why we were so disappointed with the service and why the score isn’t bad. If the service had matched the food, I’d have given it 5 stars without a doubt. So, food wise I would recommend this restaurant, I just hope our experience with the service was a one off.
