Went last night (Sunday evening at 6pm) They were 4 of us. Our table was broken and extremely wobbly, one of our chair backs were broken. We went to get the food, most dishes were empty and we was left trying to chose something we would like. Even when we were trying to get things we would like, other customers were very pushy and grabbing what was there because there was not enough food. The chocolate fountain was not working which was disappointing but the worst part was that other customers were using their own spoons that they had already eaten off of to spoon the remaining chocolate into their bowls. When we were trying to get desserts that were left, there was a worker in the way who did not move and was cleaning down the area and packing it away. I heard another customer say that it looked like they were packing up for the night. It was extremely crowded and the customers were feral. Very disappointed that we had chose Cosmos, Romford to have a celebratory meal. It was a disgusting experience that cost way too much money. Will never ever come here again. I would rather make the journey to Ilford and go to JRC Global Buffet, Ilford. The food, especially the Indian, was watery and was like a microwave meal.

Absolutely disgusting food hardly anything out and prawns still have Pooh in the staff are compulsive liars and rude and wouldn’t give me my money back when I was in there 3 mins looking at the food and decided no way I’m eating in there ! They refused and chucked me out leaving my family inside staff horrible rude have no customer service skills what so ever !!

We were heading for Toby Carvery, but saw Cosmo at the entry so decided to investigate as a lunch option. We were told it was £22.99 each when we entered, but when we were pre-charged, it turned out to be £23.99 each for food only. With one drink each for 3 of us, the bill came to just over £84! Add another round of drinks to that and it truly cost a fortune! My 87 year old mother-in-law eats like a bird and only had a slice of pizza and some sushi, a mini icecream and 2 pieces of cake. The value of her food wouldn't have been more than £6. They really should offer a senior citizens price perhaps at the children's rate. Otherwise you feel like there is no value for money here. We have had oriental buffet lunches for half the price and the food was far more tasty. I liked that there was everything from pastas and grilled meats to Indian curries and salad ingredients. I've given a high rating for the number and variety of dishes on offer. But I feel it could be better. There was a sign for bao buns but when I opened 5 of the containers, 4 of them were empty and they were not refilled during the hour plus that we were there. There needs to be more attention paid to keeping the pans and areas clean, neat and refilled properly. You've also got to remember to keep your cutlery or by the time you get dessert you're stuck with using those thin wood spoons.

This place has really done downhill. The food was terrible, its expensive, you feel rushed by the waiting staff (they are constantly hovering over you and cant wait to take your plate). I don't think i will come back again!

A vast improvement since we visited last. Food was all good, all hot and fresh and constantly replenished. The Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

We had such a lovely family meal at Cosmo! So much food variety which was very tasty and fresh for a buffet. Service was great and they are still offering bottomless drinks! All Covid-19 restrictions were in place! Very safe. Welcome back Cosmo!

I love this place. Choose what you want from a huge variety of delicious dishes. It’s clean and modern and reasonably priced for a nice lunch. I tend to go more in the daytime than evenings due to my work schedule. You won’t be disappointed....
