Had early supper and lucky to get a walk in table for 2 so you should book. Style and decor is rustic and authentic menu is tricky not navigate so staff really helped (thank you Zar Zar) Then the best bit - the food was delicious and very tasty from an area in China I have never heard of, )Xi- an) not your typical Anglo Chinese stuff but so yummy - my mouth is still zinging- thank you 🙏

Terrible place waited hour and half for food then forgot 3 dishes phoned said can’t refund us and will be another 2hours if wanted the rest off our food also laughing on phone and said have to wait till we order again would never order from this place again

I have used Hot Wok many times, I enjoy their easy to use website ordering and card payment. Every time I have ordered something it has arrived on time if not early. The delivery driver is polite and friendly. The food always arrives hot, over many orders I absolutely loved the food, fresh, tasty and totally worth the money. I only had a small issue once and it was handled with above and beyond professionalism. Highly recommend! The salt and pepper chicken wings are to die for!!

No longer exists? There is a new restaurant now and the food is excellent 👌 I pop in June 15th and try the full breakfast 😋 restaurant open 8 a.m. till midday! Then it full menu with looks impressive 🥩🥓🥙🫕🥗🥘🥮🍽🍴😋😋 will definitely return plus when ask if I could order from bar and eat the yummy food 😋 also staff outstanding 👏👏👏 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇺🇦🇬🇧

We ate here twice because the food was so good, clean, friendly, jazzy ambiance. I miss Chinese food since I'm far from my home country, it feels like I'm back home. We live in Belgium, we haven't even found a Chinese restaurant as good as this one. As usual, we ate quickly without taking any photos first. Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely disgusting meal. Ordered beef chow mein. Meat did not look or taste fresh. The Dish was tasteless, Very wet and slimy. I couldn't eat it. Will not be ordering from them again

Un amigo y yo nos detuvimos aquí para almorzar. Cada uno tenía un almuerzo especial. La mía era pato y rodajas de cerdo con fideos en una sopa. Era un plato de rodajas de pato con fideos fritos. Ambos disfrutamos de nuestra comida y pasamos mucho tiempo ellos de acabado. El servicio era bueno, así que salimos muy contentos con nuestra decisión de comer aquí. No sé si era 100% auténtica comida vietnamita, pero disfruté mucho, al igual que mi amigo.

Haven't used these for a couple of years. Good friendly service but, sadly, the quality was very poor and not at all like it used to be. Three different meals and all were very disappointing.

Ordered food for delivery to Haven, chased multiple times (probably 6 times over 2 hours) and never turned up. Just kept giving excuse after excuse and saying would be a little longer.

Collected a takeaway - King prawn fried rice, curry sauce chips, and salt & pepper spare ribs with curry sauce and chips. The chips were tasteless and like cardboard, the curry sauce had a weird, sweet aniseed taste, and the prawns were few and far between, AND tasteless. More expensive than wed normally pay, too. Won't be returning.
