always usually good but an hour and 20 minutes late. not an experience I will now repeat as won't be refunded. got a few cans of drink as compensation. I appreciate sometimes things go wrong but this is not acceptable.

Food was cold, low quality and over priced, also missing items

Food wasn’t great, curry was so watering and chicken was boiled tasted awful and noodles were greasy and tasteless and was missing one of the dishes and no refund for anything!

Very poor quality beef not crispy and chips were super soggy and flavourless

where to start. driver came outside. waited 30 seconds. drove off and marked delivered. so I drove to the shop. they told me he tried to call me but it didn't work but yet managed to when I finally got my order. got back to mine. waited another 15 20 mins and got delivered a stone cold dinner. awful place

Ordered through Uber eats, given a delivery time of between 19:50 and 20:10, no update given on time so called up at 20:40 and told quiet rudely it had just left the shop and will be there in 15 minutes, over 40 minutes later it arrived, delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door he just stood there just stood the waiting for us to open the door as if by magic

I’m sorry but I usually loved food from you but you kinda failed on the pad Thai, there was no tamarind taste nor a peanut taste, it just tasted like watered down sweet and sour sauce. The noodles were clumped together and resembled fettuccine rather than flat rice noodles. There were literally only shrimp and stuck together noodles, 2 green onions and 3 slices of red chili. I’m really not sure what happened there but this has really put me off sorry.

Absolutely amazing service…..our first order here. The food was a bit late but the delivery driver was so nice and humble it didn’t matter. I’m so sorry we didn’t have any cash to tip but I’ll make sure we will next time. I highly recommend this place and food was fab thank you. 10 out of 10.

The food arrived on time. It was hot and scrumptious as always 😋

Chow mien was greasy. Veg Spring rolls didn’t really have any veg in, just pastry. Sweet and sour sauce was cold. Placed my order at 19:02, didn’t arrive until 20:40!

LATE! Over two hours from order to delivery. Everything was cold. Chips were awful and soggy and spilled everywhere due to paper bag completely falling apart. Had to warm everything up in air fryer and microwave. Terrible experience. :(

If I could give less than 1 I would, over an hour late, every time I called they kept lying saying it was out for delivery, when it was finally delivered it was cold, tasteless and stale, and then offed 10% off after ruining a meal and my night, poor communication skills and absolute liars.

Duck was abysmal, flavourless and fatty. I genuinely couldn't eat it.

my order was showing as delivered i complain as it was late then required my money back as it was late and went to bed. then had a call from the delivery driver who woke me up telling me he was at my door. extremely bad service and I will never order from here again

The food wasn’t nice this time. We have ordered before. The spring roll was cold and tasted earthy, i only had one bite of it. The pork in the special curry was really chewy. The chicken balls were dry inside, I have had them from here before and they haven’t been dry

This was probably the worst we've ever had from Top Wok. The chiicken balls looked and tasted like they'd been reheated, the spring rolls we soggy and greasy...really not nice, all of the food needed reheating in the microwave as it was tepid.

Order it for a certain time and was delivered to early we ordered for that time for a reason

Hi iam regular customer since 2015. i really enjoying with delicious food. but i notice after change new boss or chefs food is quite salty . specially in dry pork spare ribs. thank you.

Such a tiny portion! I only ordered crispy chilli, but 5 tiny strips of chicken and takeaway container not even half full with the onions etc. Was given a free bag of stale prawn crackers though. For nearly £10 forget it will never use again

Unfortunately the meal was very disappointing, food was very cold, chicken balls were tough and the beef we got had very little beef there was 8 pieces and they were tiny and 80% was veg which is disappointing even my children didn’t eat very much. 5th time ordering and the only time we have had an issue. Shame because i normally love it but cold Chinese and very little for my money has disappointed me

Seaweed tasted like chemicals and inedible so ended in the bin. Food arrived after 2hrs rather than the stated 45mins.

Burnt gyazo, everything was overcooked especially the fried chicken dishes and rice, not enough information about menu items on Just Eat (types of dim sum, fish allergy).

Unfortunately the food looked like it had rolled around the floor, the sauces where in the bag , messy delivery

Chicken and Sweetcorn soup followed by chicken curry, egg fried rice and fried beansprouts. Delivery was perfect and the food was excellent really happy and satiated, great chinese 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Food never arrived, tried calling 3 times had no response from them.

The food is good but they managed to mess up the order by putting in the wrong drink and the wrong sauce it should have been a dr pepper and we got a fanta also should had a sweet and sour sauce but ended up with something else not sure what it was could have been gravy

They forgot my prawn crackers that I paid for. Food came on time but was still cold. Also the rice was over cooked and tasted like mush and was all stuck together.

Excellent food, fast delivery. Haven't tried this Chinese takeaway before, really pleased I have now. I will definitely order from Top Wok again, delicious 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

To be fair they use to be good but my meal on Sunday was so bad that’s why I’m writing this review the chicken was like it was left over from Saturday the duck was not moist it was wet never have I had duck before me like this and the meal was over £50 everything I ordered was terrible and I’m not really that fussy there’s my point needless to say that was my last order from them

Best Chinese we’ve had in a while, delivery driver was lazy and didn’t want to get in a lift to come to the first floor but the food was lovely

The lemon chicken was fine. The rice was fine and even the ribs were ok. Nothing was great but mostly fine. The chow mein however… tasteless. We got both the pork and duck and both tasted of nothing. Which is kinda wild to me. Would not recommend.
