Top Wok in Surrey Heath

This was probably the worst we've ever had from Top Wok. The chiicken balls looked and tasted like they'd been reheated, the spring rolls we soggy and greasy...really not nice, all of the food needed reheating in the microwave as it was tepid.

all our food was cold and the chicken curry looked like jelly!

Poor quality and very disappointing. Would not order from here again. Did not resemble classic dishes and every dish was quite unpleasant

Order it for a certain time and was delivered to early we ordered for that time for a reason

Hi iam regular customer since 2015. i really enjoying with delicious food. but i notice after change new boss or chefs food is quite salty . specially in dry pork spare ribs. thank you.

Food is always delicious from these guys, was delivered before estimated arrival time. Highly recommend.

Such a tiny portion! I only ordered crispy chilli, but 5 tiny strips of chicken and takeaway container not even half full with the onions etc. Was given a free bag of stale prawn crackers though. For nearly £10 forget it will never use again

The food arrived early. It was hot 🔥 and very delicious 😋 as always.

Unfortunately the meal was very disappointing, food was very cold, chicken balls were tough and the beef we got had very little beef there was 8 pieces and they were tiny and 80% was veg which is disappointing even my children didn’t eat very much. 5th time ordering and the only time we have had an issue. Shame because i normally love it but cold Chinese and very little for my money has disappointed me

Seaweed tasted like chemicals and inedible so ended in the bin. Food arrived after 2hrs rather than the stated 45mins.

Burnt gyazo, everything was overcooked especially the fried chicken dishes and rice, not enough information about menu items on Just Eat (types of dim sum, fish allergy).

Unfortunately the food looked like it had rolled around the floor, the sauces where in the bag , messy delivery

Chicken and Sweetcorn soup followed by chicken curry, egg fried rice and fried beansprouts. Delivery was perfect and the food was excellent really happy and satiated, great chinese 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The food was very late but I did enjoy it. The beef fried rice tastes good but is too small.

The food is good but they managed to mess up the order by putting in the wrong drink and the wrong sauce it should have been a dr pepper and we got a fanta also should had a sweet and sour sauce but ended up with something else not sure what it was could have been gravy

They forgot my prawn crackers that I paid for. Food came on time but was still cold. Also the rice was over cooked and tasted like mush and was all stuck together.

Excellent food, fast delivery. Haven't tried this Chinese takeaway before, really pleased I have now. I will definitely order from Top Wok again, delicious 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

To be fair they use to be good but my meal on Sunday was so bad that’s why I’m writing this review the chicken was like it was left over from Saturday the duck was not moist it was wet never have I had duck before me like this and the meal was over £50 everything I ordered was terrible and I’m not really that fussy there’s my point needless to say that was my last order from them

Best Chinese we’ve had in a while, delivery driver was lazy and didn’t want to get in a lift to come to the first floor but the food was lovely

The lemon chicken was fine. The rice was fine and even the ribs were ok. Nothing was great but mostly fine. The chow mein however… tasteless. We got both the pork and duck and both tasted of nothing. Which is kinda wild to me. Would not recommend.

Has to chase and they had lost our order. Had to reorder and wait another ,35mins. Food was very nice when we got it but way too long

Waited close to an hour, food was wrong and instructions not followed, replacement noodles are so spicy (hot) they are not eadable

Have always ordered from here, however the last 3 times now the order has been completely wrong, tasteless and far from enjoyable. Time to try somewhere new

I love Chinese and this was a good meal.

We ordered x2 chicken chow mein as part of our order and we ended up with x1 and x1 mixed with prawns. This could have been an issue if we were allergic. Attention to detail needs to be looked at a little better. Sauces not full and nor were the dishes, alot of half portions which we don't get elsewhere. Probably wouldn't order again due to the above.

Food was ok not that nice in my opinion delivery after it “left” took about 40 mins to get to us

The food was very late which was misrepresented online said it would take 25-45 minutes i then waited an additional 15 before calling the restaurant. Then then said it would be 10 mins but ended up being 25 more :( The food was ok but I wouldnt order from here again. When I complained I was told 'well you are quite far away' why are you on just eat for my postcode then? You are 20 minutes from me

Prawns not cooked in middle and tempura bater although crispy on the outside had not cooked through and was doughy

Most of the order items were flavourless, overcooked and mushy. Won't be a returning customer.

Was excited as it was highly rated, but really let down. May be because the football was on so they were really busy? (Don’t want the review to be unjustified) - deep fried things were really stogggyy, duck chow main lacked duck and other dish’s are flavourless. Maybe an MSG free takeaway 0.o
