Dynasty Restaurant in Surrey Heath

Booked a week ago table for 8 people for Last night (13th) to celebrate birthday , got 2 x Taxis which us might cheap, turned up for our 8.00 table to find the restaurant closed, disgusting they could have called, so disappointed will never go there again .. rubbish service, out of pocket

Whenever I dine at this restaurant, I am always left impressed by their amazing array of dishes. With so many options available, I am spoiled for choice and always choose something new to try. And without fail, every dish is absolutely delicious. Whether I am dining in or ordering for takeaway, the service is always quick and efficient, ensuring that I am never left waiting for long. Furthermore, the atmosphere inside the restaurant is simply fantastic, creating a dining experience that is truly unforgettable.

And again after 5 years. This place is the best hands down in England. And i do travel everywhere. But I love the food and everyone that Workd here. I highly recommend this to anyone that likes Asian food.

Only Resturant that does Chinese and Nepalese dishes.been here years ago and went there again for good meal. Their salted Pork ribs and king prawns are to die for. Their service, their food everything are spot on. Would def go again. 👌👌👌

On the evening we went we had Chinese food from tneir fusion menu. Good food helpful and friendly staff comfortable seating music to order (not takeaway). What more can you ask?

I can't believe I never left them a review so here it goes. Everytime I either order or go there, they're great. I'm plant based and they always make sure I get the best service. They're honestly the nicest people too. The food is delicious, definitely the best.

Used to eat in this place in the past and it was OK. Take away recently was utterly dreadful. Tiny portion. Dumped it straight into the bin. Such poor quality now. Avoid the place.

Yeah pretty poor experience, feel like the flavours may have been good but the food was late, kept pushing the time longer, cold as a result and the most annoying thing was it was poorly packed so the chinese curry was absolutely everywhere😞 very dissapointing which is a shame cus when we reheated in microwave after getting sticky messy hands, i got some good flavours, the friday rush shouldnt ruin the quality of a good restaurant in my opinion, more care needed

Good ambience! The taste of sukuti could have been more authentic by not putting too much sweet chilli sauce in it! Rest is yum!

Delivery turned up 30 minutes late, 1 hour and 20 minutes after the order was initially placed, consequently the order was nearly cold. The sweet and sour king prawns were overcooked and the batter was burnt. I haven't used this place for over two years because the deliveries were always very slow and always late. They haven't improved and I will not be using again.

All the dishes we ordered were in the smallest containers so value for money was rubbish. Some of the dishes were really greasy when they really shouldn't have been and all of the food just looked and tasted like it was prepared by someone who really didn't care. This was my first visit here, I definitely will not be going back, wish I too had read these reviews before spending quite a lot of money on something that was a real disappointment.

Been here 4 times now whilst working away. Outstanding food , Chinese, Indian or Nepalese they have it all in a huge menu. Decent portions, friendly staff . Only small let down is that the place needs updating

Dynasty ran as a wonderful family business is very hearty and welcoming to a variety of clients (friends, family or couples) trying to find a delicious meal out or take away. Netra - will welcomed us with a big smile and in  friendly way. He explained the menu well and recommended the most popular dishes available. Food - We tried the most popular Jhol MoMo (Nepalese dumplings in soup). It had the same authentic taste I tried back in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2019. Spicy Pork Ribs -Stir fry (Nepalese style) was the main attraction of our meal. Probably the best pork ribs I have had so far. We also tried House chowmein which was okay, although not to my liking as for portion size. Service - The staff members were very polite, respectful and helpful throughtout our visit. Ambience -You will find a homely, family run resturant with Nepalese, Indian and chinese songs at the background.  MUST TRY - JHOL MOMO - Nepalese Style dumplings in half drowned soup SPICY PORK RIBS Stir Fry

Food is good quality, need sweet and sour sauce in the chicken and sweet sour hong kong style

Food was delicious, however found a METAL piece in Lemon Chicken ordered! This is not about getting a refund or another meal. It’s about Health and Safety, this would have causes serious damage if swallowed. Will be reporting to the council. Certainly won’t be ordering again!

Not the force it was. What was the top Camberley Chinese restaurant. Has now become nothing more than a cafe with overpriced food and drink. Dynasty was literally luxurious top-notch food. Gone are the days of plush seating now replaced with wooden tables and chairs. £9 for a Singapore fried rice that would hardly feed 2 people. The other dishes at £8 a pop I've disappointing at best. Not even a portion of prawn crackers Such a shame that it's reached this poor level. No disrespect to the service. The waiter was attentive and friendly. Totally let down by the overpriced poor quality food. If you're going to have a takeaway you're probably better off going next door to Mac wok away.

Some dishes were OK, some were very disappointing, and the general portion size was pretty small. Only 2 pieces of chicken in the Chicken Chowmein, and the Crispy Chilli Beef seemed like it had no beef in it at all. However the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls had nice big pieces of Chicken, and the Black Bean Tofu was very nice. Probably wouldn't order again.

I know Camberley takeaways out the back of my hand and I can honestly say Dynasty is top of the Chinese pile in Camberley, never greasy, always tasty. The egg fried rice was perfect, the vegetable chow mein was packed with everything, the Kung po pork is lovely, the meat is marinated pink on the edges so you know some care has gone into it. The hot and sour soup is a must, best one I've ever had. Ignore the 1* reviews, foul play has gone on in the reviews. The food speaks for itself in the pictures.

Ordered through Deliveroo, it ended up taking 2 hours to be delivered and I wasn’t able to cancel my order as it had already been processed. when we tried to contact them it took about 30 minutes for them to answer the phone. When they finally answered the man was not helpful and told me it would be a further 20minutes and hung up. Will never be ordering from here again

Surprised by such good quality food (especially the meat dishes!!!) because the decor of the restaurant is a little dated. The owner was very friendly and we will definitely visit again.

Do NOT listen to those bad reviews, all those 1* reviews are fake, from multiple profiles, and they do NOT resemble this place. I have been there yesterday with my girlfriend, and when I say this is the best Nepalese restaurant around Surrey, I'm not exaggerating. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the nicest man I have ever met in my life! His customer services were excellent, he kept checking on us to make sure we were satisfied with the food, I have never been treated nicer in any restaurant EVER. With that being said, the food was OUTSTANDING. My girlfriend is a vegetarian so she asked to customise some things from the menu, they did it in a heartbeat, without any problems. The quality of the food was outstanding, I was mind blown by how good it is. To all those people creating fake profiles to give bad reviews to this place, should be ashamed of themselves! To summarise: Excellent food, lovely and welcoming staff, clean environment, covid safe, comfortable, very highly recommend, if I could give 6* I would!!

-------update------ Extremely Over priced. Went in looked at the menu and left. Basic food that would have cost around £5 is now £8-£9. Over heard a phone order and even the receptionist who I presume was the owner didn't know how much the total cost was and asked the customer. If you're going to upscale the price, upscale the restaurant to reflect it.

The food was disgusting and 99% of it went straight into the bin. This was not only the worst Chinese meal but also I think the worst meal I have ever had. My advise would be to anyone considering ordering from this establishment, DON’T. How people can award this restaurant anything but the lowest rating is beyond me. Tasteless and expensive mush and a complete waste of money. I would prefer to give a rating of zero but the system won’t allow it.

Really poor quality. Out of 4 items ordered one was OK. Quality of chicken is like eating car tyres. In response to owners comment we talked on the phone and I said this to you and that I would never order from you again.

Would give zero starts if I could! My partner ordered through deliveroo. Ordered crispy chili beef, sichuan crispy lamb and sweet and sour pork. Crispy beef had raw flour everywhere, lamb tasted dry and had a weird soapy taste!! Sweet and sour pork tasted off and had a coffee flavour!! Everything was inedible, friday night dinner ruined!

The food was cooked from yesterday and ordered a meal from this restaurant I was not happy with the food plus it was cooked yesterday and they pre heated the meal to deliver the food and the price range is bit high for 10 or 8 piece of dumpling it’s £8.99 they are robbing the customer the food hygiene is not good and clean at all. The restaurant need to be closed for good and when my friend rang the restaurant they answered the phone with no respect and asked for the food and they said they can do some Nepalese Cuisine but that what he didn’t order when he rang them they said we can’t give a refund can’t do anything so the owner hanged the phone. Food was very expensive for what it was. The order also arrived one hour too early, dumped on doorstep with no explanation. I asked why, they couldn't be bothered to answer. Go elsewhere is my strong suggestion.

Going in I was abit spectacle because it was completely empty but after ordering oh my i was so happy, food came in good time, looked amazing, smelled amazing and tasted even better! Good food with a good price! Check this place out!

Ordered and it never turned up. Refused to even speak of the matter and called me a liar. Tried to resolve through deliveroo and they denied all of their refund requests also. They stole my money and happily lied. Awful customer service. Would not recommend, would give zero stars if I could.

Worst takeaway and delivery service ever! Would never order again!

Ordered Crispy Duck. Got minced dried up duck. Ordered crispy beef. Got soggy greasy beef. Ordered singapore noodles. Got chopped up baby style noodles. Ordered prawn in black bean sauce. That was ok. Overall very disappointed. Food seemed to have been reheated. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. Expensive and delivery charge added !!!!!!!!

Honestly the worst Chinese I have ever had! Even took them over two and a half hours for it to arrive!! One of my meals tasted of tomato soup, sweet and sour was basically just water and the portion sizes absolutely tiny for the cost! I would have given it a 0 star but unfortunately that isn’t an option. Please do not waste your money , I can highly recommend Top Wok which is in the same area.

- Order took 2 hours 40 minutes despite being a 5 minute walk away (would have happily collected if not for Covid-19). - Cost us £27.70 for incredibly small portions - barely enough for two adults. - Taste was terrible - lamb in plumb sauce had dry meat and didn’t taste like plumb sauce at all, was spicy - chicken and cashew was awful, tasted like it was covered in tomato soup - chicken balls were tiny with barely any chicken inside and the sauce was runny - prawn rice had 3 prawns in it. - Called the restaurant at the 2 hour mark, said driver was on the way - again, we’re a 5 minute walk away and it still took an additional 35 minutes - took me to call again.

I ordered from here at about 7pm after looking through their menu they didn’t have a lot that we’d eat but they had the basics, chow mien, chicken balls, rice and I placed my order (which was rather expensive for 5 dishes that ended up being really small) to see that they only then tell you it’s an hour and a half wait for your food, and about 10 mins after I order they don’t have one of the items I want so I was like okay whatever changed it to something that I didn’t really want, So then I waited 2 hours for my food! Absolutely ridiculous! and it’s bland, chow mien is tasteless, bits of meat in the rice were burnt, pork and mixed veg the pieces of pork were huge and overcooked yet not cooked enough... it was not worth the money I spent and I deffo won’t be going back to these guys

I ONLY PUT 1 STAR OTHERWISE IT WOULDNT LET ME PUT ON A REVIEW. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A ZERO STAR!!!! We lived in Camberley, previously, and used to frequent Dynasty Restaurant. Now, we have just returned from holiday and while in the UK, we went back there. The total experience: on walking in, it was noticably that there weren't any tablecloths on the tables. No music & only had paper serviettes. Where previously we used to have linen table cloths and serviettes with beautiful music playing in the background. We were always greeted friendily and were given warm cloths to wipe hands. The waitress & manager didn't quite understand English LET ALONE SPEAK IT. The food: we had plum sauce crispy lamb which was tasteless & cold, MUCH thinner than previously and NOT SERVED WITH A BAYMARIE as previous. The food was put onto our table, and then the waitress walked off. I HAD TO GET UP AND GET PLATES OFF ANOTHER TABLE. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!!!!!! When we went up to pay, we pointed out that the food was cold. His response was......"it came out of the deepfreeze". The whole experience was a total disaster & WOULD SADLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Not that it was busy at all!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & APPALLING SERVICE! Anyone wanting to go and eat there, I would suggest a fast food place much safer

Food was ok but not as good as it used to be, plates were cold and no knives were offered, and if you want to eat using chopsticks you will need to go elsewhere, didn't even get sweet dipping chilli sauce with the prawn crackers, and all the portions were smaller than before, usually go here for special occasions but not anymore, sadly as had been coming here for years.

Long wait (over 90 mins) for bad quality tasteless food. Chicken Chow Mein dry and tastes like cardboard, sichuan chicken not spicy, terrible dry spring rolls with hardly any filling - can't even get the basics right. Ready meals from a supermarket taste better and more fresh nowadays so why bother ordering from a "Chinese" take away? I certainly won't.

Food was ok’ish not worth for the price. The price was bit nippy for the amount of food you get served. Had to wait quite a lot for any service as there were couple of groups and one person to serve 👎👎 Mix thukpa was too mild and barely had any meat on it.

Accepted our order then half an hour later cancelled it no reason given tried calling 8 times they just put it through to voicemail...

The Chinese food is not as good as it could be. Hardly surprising, as the chef is a Nepalese lady and she cooks brilliant Nepalese food. A very good selection and we asked for "less spicy" please, which was easily done. All food cooked fresh and arrived lovely and hot. Very good portion sizes. Not a sophisticated place, but if you like spicy interesting food, it is for you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.Ordered on the phone via a number found on google. We were absolutely disgusted by the service here. We waited over 2 hours for a meal which contained 4 items (2 being rice!- hardly a big order). I tried to contact them on the phone several times but they did not answer. When they finally did answer after over 20 unsuccessful tries, they told me the driver was quite a way away. He offered me a 50% refund and whilst I was waiting for him to find a ‘supervisor code’ for the refund I was hung up on!!! Disgusting service and when the food finally did turn up it was mediocre at best. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I've never had a worse meal. Was told up to an hour wait... Was 1hr 40. Not one item was hot. All horrible, the barbecued spare ribs were just ribs covered in the bbq sauce you'd find in your cupboard, couldn't even bite into them, chicken skewers pink. Sweet and sour sauce has the consistency of water, didn't taste of much either.egg fried rice is just boiled with some egg in and a few peas, tasted like water. Ordering the food seemed a challenge to begin with so we're sceptical from the off. Spent 5 minutes just to explain what ribs I wanted! And so the wait began.. I understand it's Christmas Eve but an hour and forty minutes is a long time to wait for food. When the food finally arrived, we realised just how bad it was. So those ribs, the ones we spent 5 minutes speaking about.. Yeah, they didn't show up! On top of this, we had bland anemic chilli beef, uncooked sweet and sour chicken balls (could literally peel out a layer of gelatin) and some random chicken dish we didn't order. There was a bone in the chicken chow mein and to make things worse, after phoning to complain, we were made aware that he would deliver the ribs with a £10 voucher. On arrival of said ribs,he came with more sweet and sour chicken balls, a packet of prawn crackers and no voucher. All in all, probably up there with the worst I've had.

Went to this restaurant during my business trip to cacamberley. Had very decent food. Good place to be here for a small group for a dinner. Had chinese and nepali cuisines here.

Delivery was late, lady on the phone was telling me he was parking when she didn’t know where I was calling from. Egg fried rice was very poor. Kung pu chicken was dreadful, couldn’t eat it. Could be the worst Chinese I’ve ordered from, will not be getting anymore business from me. Only gets 1 star as can’t rate 0!!!!

I ordered the thirty five pounds set meal/banquet takeawaywhich arrived promptly and hot, but nothing was good.In fact most of it was inedible The meat was completely dried out and/or too chewy to eat. The sauces were watery and insipid. We had used them a few months ago and all was OK but this time it was truly awful. Those who read my reviews will know that I usually praise establishments but I feel very strongly that others should be wary about our experience. On complaining we were offered an undisclosed discount against our next meal but we said we just wanted to give feedback and they were completely dismissive.

I have only ever used the Takeaway service, not the restaurant, but the food will be the same. It's all very good, very fast and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place.

Food tasted great there wasn't much duck in my shredded duck chow main and sea weed was a bit sweet other than that it was delivered in time and nice and hot.

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of food. Egg fried rice was just boiled rice with egg and peas. Salt and pepper squid was dreadful, no flavour and unable to eat it as was like chewing rubber. To add insult to injury, one dish was incorrect. I certainly shan't be ordering from here again. Very disappointing!

Shocked by the bad reviews and wondering how many are competitors. Tried it for the first time as a takeaway today and without exception we all loved the food. Quite the contrast with the greasy or oily chow mein we've had from some takeaways. I also had a tofu dish which was really nice. Speaking to the others, one of them had food from there before, having had a recommendation by her mate who also rates it highly. Will be switching here from the usual.

Went here with some girlfriends as we all fancied chinese. Had no trouble getting a table on a wet and windy Wednesday. The duck and pancakes were really nice and not greasy at all, however, the other dishes were disappointing. The chicken and cashew nuts had very few nuts and the other dishes all seemed to have the same orange sauce on them. The waitress was absolutely lovely but wouldn't return due to the standard of the food.

I have to say that the food was very good. 4 of us had 5 dishes - each a different choice - plus 2 x rice and ribs so a broad spread of choices. Each item was fresh, heat hot, ample portions and good. It is true that the ribs with honey were the exception but certainly not inedible.

Takeaway- Very disappointed, couldnt differentiate between duck and beef dishes. The vegetable dish had lumps of cornflower floating everywhere and smelt like wet seaweed. Crispy beef was okish. Starter had dry ribs and the vegetable rolls were awful. Won't be using again. Price paid expensive in my opinion, based on what was received.

I’ve just been to the dynasty for dinner. I usually get my take away from here and they always deliver within 45 minutes and the food is very nice.

Food was cold and disappointing. Probably left-over from yesterday. No chance they could have made my order and deliver in 30 min. Never coming back.

We ordered a takeaway and asked for Dry Chow mein - We got wet chow mein with hard vegetables and lumps of hard beef, spare ribs in honey - the ribs with more like beef jerky on the bone with honey poured on top. special fried rice - with black burnt bits added...........do I need to say anymore! I was so disappointed that I asked for the manager to come a pick the food up and see for himself but he sent a driver which we showed the food to and was in agreement that the food was of a very poor standard. The reason for my complaint was that they cant serve food like that and expect to survive as a business and would they eat themself NO. Got a refund but not apologise

If you want to have some good Nepalese spicy food, then this is the only option around Camberley.

Mi marido y yo acabamos de pasar una comida para llevar de la dinastía y tengo que decir que después de pasar casi 30 libras más de la comida terminó en la papelera. Nada estaba caliente cuando llegó y lo probamos era absolutamente insípido. El pollo satay parecía tan mala que ni siquiera probarlas y la dulce y agria sacue era como torrencial en su cena. vinagre Muy decepcionados, ya que después de leer algunos de los comentarios que no me esperaba estar tan decepcionado. Sha no volveremos.

Ordered king prawn chow mein a few weeks ago, came down with food poisoning, not pleasant

It was great! The flavour was intoxicating, o much that it'd made you want to eat everything! I don't really like chicken, but Dynasty's chicken was so good and fresh!

Normally rated at 4 but had a bad delivery once, having said that im rating at 4 still as they refunded

Food was ok, but realised there were no Chinese staff working in a Chinese restaurant. I used to come here in the old days and the person who used to served me was Peter, whom i ve been told is retired (he was such a good man).

Today in the food saga of Britain I bring you Dynasty, a restaurant serving chinese and nepalese cuisine. When I walked in, the pretty girl ( might be chinese) gave me the chinese menu. I asked her if they serve nepalese cuisine too as I have read about it online. She seemed a bit surprised at my query and then ran and fetched the menu with a smile.So I ordered alu parantha with mutton sekuwa and prawn crackers on the side which they served with a sweet chilli sauce. And I chose to drown it all with a coke. Having the alu parantha felt like home, no matter how it tasted. It tasted okay actually. But the sekuwa disappointed me big time. Sekuwa is actually mutton marinated with herbs and curd and fried. The sekuwa they served was not succulant at all. The meat was so tough I could hardly bite through. After I was done the pretty girl asked me what was wrong. I told her the problem with the meat dish and she was very apologetic and said she would let the chef know. When the bill came I was surprised a bit but looking at my frown she said she actually gave me a 15% discount because I didn't like the food. It came to £10 with gratuity.Not happy with the food but the only consolation is that it is desi food.

There was an A board outside of the restaurant saying " OPEN " but after looking at the menu on display and deciding to eat here as we entered we were told that it was closed until 5pm. Someone clearly needs to get their act together here and stop wasting potential customers time

The decor and position of the restaurant is not great but do not be put off. The staff especially the waitress are really friendly and attentive and the food is good.It was served quickly and was very tasty. The waitress kept a watchful eye on us and made sure we had drinks and food promptly. She was warm friendly and chatty and we are made to feel like regulars even though we are new to the area and have only been a few times.A great midweek choice when you don't feel like cooking.

Had food takeaway from here today and all the food, bar the battered chicken balls tasted of vinegar. Left feeling more thirsty than satisfied. If the chicken balls hadn't been so tasty then this would have been a one star review. Very disappointing.

First time we visited this restaurant and appreciate with Excellent food with great taste the staff were so kind and friendly we will definitely visiting soon

Had them for the first time this weekend for Father's Day take away! We walked in, ordered and took home ourselves and we got 10% off which was a nice surprise. We were also in and out in 10 minutes which I'm still not sure if that's a good or a bad thing? Everything was really nice m, especially the chicken chow mein and their sweet and sour sauce. However my egg fried rice (which has peas in) was definitely undercooked. Would order from again, hopefully they're consistently good.

the food is so fresh and taste, the wine list is very good. great value for money . cannot understand why this restaurant is not rated higher, maybe the people of camberley like bland chain restaurants

We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant. From past experience, the food here is very much above average and pretty tasty so worth paying the restaurant prices (as opposed to takeaway prices). However, the food never turned up, despite us calling several times to ask where it was. We were lied to several times when we called - they said that the food was on the when it hadnt even been cooked. Very unprofessional. They are probably a better restaurant than they are a takeaway and probably shouldn't offer that service.I would never order as a takeaway, and would probably never visit as a restaurant simply because of their unprofessional attitude.
