Woman Manager with blonde hair poor service. Told us we’re to sit as she was cleaning but no cleaning was getting done in the Restaurant area when we was there and was on her mobile phone and walk out in her phone them The Manager with blonde hair and a other staff member with blonde hair was arguing unsure about what as it was in there own language. And woman with Brown hair was staring at us as we talking our time and we left 20 mins before closing time unsure what her problem was as it Horrible atmosphere and very unprofessional. The male cooker was very friendly and feel like that only one who care for customers Service if was not for him this place got 1star .

Pretty good food, prices are decent and the portion size is great, service is fast and they deliver.

This was our first visit to The Power and our last. We ordered online and said we would pop over and pick up our meal. The girls in the front of house were so unfriendly bordering on rude. No welcoming smile. Initially they said they didn't have an order for us and then found it in the kitchen. My husband smiled and was friendly and said goodbye to glum miserable faces. My Noodles were not very good hardly any beansprouts and stone cold had to reheat. The prawn crackers were the worst I've ever had and the prawn and pineapple although tasty and well cooked seemed to be swimming in tinned pineapple juice. My husband did enjoy his Tofu and vegetables with egg rice and he enjoyed that. The worst thing was an hour after the meal I felt shaky, really thirsty with palpitations and jitters. Almost like I have had an adrenalin shot. Very weird and unlike anything I've had before. My sister in law often says she's not good with MSG and when I looked at the symptoms online I definitely had many of them. When we looked up the website it says only 99% of there food contains MSG. I think I had the 1% in my food. I wonder at the need for any business to feel the need to state that at all unless its been an issue before. I shan't be going back. Despite the appalling service and mediocre food I wouldn't want to suffer like that again.

The food in this place really is superb personally I love the salt and pepper squid starter and the duck with mashed prawn main. All 4 of loved our choice of starters and mains the par far roll starter is always a favourite and a decent portion too. BUT WHY do they RIP YOU OFF on the soft drinks? Be warned a pint of soda water £3.70 and a pint of lemonade £4 for something that costs them about 20p a pint leaves a very sour taste on what is otherwise a great place.

This was the worse chinese takeaway we have ever had . Chicken was tough and chewing it gave you jaw ache no joke 😕 the sweet and sour sauce was bland at best, the curry sauce was awful. In the munch box there was not one thing that you would be happy to pay for . Overall was terrible food, we will never be ordering again from here.

Amazing food, delivery time is on spot. Delivery driver friendly. Have ordered many times and have never had a bad meal. Always excellent.

The gravy wasn't good what's so ever tasted all watery and nothing like gravy needs improving and chips were cold when they came also needs improving.

Wouldn’t bother spending your money. Inedible, tasteless, everything beige! All cooked in under 8 minutes. Chicken vile! Thinnest noodles and wouldn’t think it was a chow mein. Topped with boiled veg which were soggy and looked like my dog was sick and everything was put into a container. Grey sludge which didn’t cover the food at all. Egg fried rice dry, tasteless and stuck to the back of the throat with each swallow. Tasteless with no sauce! Chips over cooked and was ok to eat. Didn’t score this a 1 star because the chips were edible and the car heaters kept the food warm.

Really enjoyed everything was done well. I recommend the mixed started and shredded chilli beef.

Got a takeout on Thursday... was like old food !! ... chicken and squid really chewy like it had been reheated again and again chowmein really greasy we put 80% of it in the bin and made a sandwich ... never again

Muy decepcionante. Pedí una porción de pollo al curry y arroz frito y una bolsa de mini rollos de primavera. Eso llegó a 18 libras. 40 ! ! ! La comida tenía poco sabor. El pollo era masticable e insípido. No volverá.

After doing a dayshift I went to this Chinese takeaway and brought myself Sweet-and-sour chicken in butter, When I got home I open the packet and started to eat not realising the sweet-and-sour sauce was watery and it was disgusting however I was very shocked that the chicken in butter four pieces of chicken was raw. This was unbelievable I had to throw the whole lot away and it also did not taste normal it had a strange taste to it I was not happy with the service and I don’t think I would ever go there again to buy food. I can also inform you all that the staff there is not very friendly it’s very disappointed and I think they need more customer care training.

Have been using for over 5 years weekly and has been lovely, this week new owners have taken over, they have changed all the sauces to super sweet ones even the rib sauce is like Jam. The chicken in the curry was like the supermarket cheapest basic range in chunks and wasn’t even warmed up just chucked on top of a tub of sauce. Curry sauce still had the powder consistency hadn’t even been warmed enough to mix the powder in to make a sauce properly. There were items missing from the order also. Everything fried I.e. prawn toast and spring roles was burnt. This is the first takeaway I have ever returned as it was that bad and inedible. After over 5 years of loyalty I’m afraid I will be going elsewhere
