Jade Peking in East Dorset

My first visit to Jade Peking & I was made so welcome. The service was friendly quick & all who came for Dinner commented on how enjoyable the meal was, Jade Peking set up a fanttastic evening for me the lovely people even offered to help me carry the bags to the car. Absolutely excellent thank you Jade Peking..

Unreal food cooked fresh in front of you 10/10 recommend. Chicken chow mein is so good and beef is black bean unreal. Salt and pepper chicken is also next level

First of all I want to mention how polite the lady on the phone was taking our order, very professional 👏. As well as the delivery driver, such a lovely gentleman and a credit to the company. This is a total disaster. Reheated pre cooked food, not even what was ordered. Practically inedible! This used to be such a good take away. Today it was awful. Definitely will not be using it again.

Still the Best Chinese in the area. I'm always very happy with the quality of food at Jade Peking. Prices have risen (as they do each year), but still fairly reasonable. Personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else and I'm happy to support my local Chinese takeaway.

Delivered within the time advised when ordering. Delivery driver was friendly. Our food order was correct and well cooked, perfect.

Great food unfortunately the delivery is terrible as it is always massively late. A real shame as the food is good.

Honestly the best Chinese takeaway in Ferndown. We as a family have been coming to this take away for 10+ years and it has never disappointed us. The salt and paper chicken let me tell you is out of this world too. Can’t go wrong, always fresh and hot and usually not greasy.

Great food and service! Delivered as requested to our Caravan Site in St Leonard's.

Been customer for years. Usually phone for take out delivered but was passing so popped in. Very accomodating Staff and had a great meal (although food could have been hotter).

Found food a little cold, even after a 5 min drive home from collecting it. Small portions for what you pay for it.

Poor service Keep getting orders wrong and refuse any responsibility “ thats what you ordered “ “ you not order that “ “ we not charge for that “ is the usual response even though i write orders down so that i do not get them wrong and calculate bill from menu Well the Menu has gone in the bin along with any future custom from me

I have been here a few times and expect a short wait and have not been disappointed. Typical prices for a take away Chinese food establishment. I am a mobility scooter user and so do not need to have food delivered. Good food, fairly priced and hot. Thank you all.

Ordered tonight.....was a bit cold also salt and pepper chicken was very hard and tough to eat.

When we 1st ordered it was such a good experience. Sadly this is our fifth and we won’t be coming back. Poor quality of food and lack of ingredients. The picture should be of cucumber and spring onion but as you can see it’s dried up cucumber only. All our other dishes were over cooked. Will not be recommending

Good food and lots of it. Watched it cooked in front of us. Just a little bit pricey to what we are used to paying.

We were staying at a local camp site and declining the mobile pizza on offer that night we decided on a Chinese. We ordered over the phone, please note the prices on the menu on the google search are out of date. I read the reviews and it seemed ok, when we arrived the place looks like it needs a major makeover, but the young lady behind the counter was pleasant enough, she had quoted approximately 10 mins but it took around 30 minutes before our food was ready. We picked up the food and paid, more than we expected. We ordered meal for 3, B and there was plenty of food. The spring rolls were abit to greasy, the duck had bones, gristle etc mixed in with it but tasted well enough, the extra chicken balls were ok and the rest of the food was ok, but bit below par. So overall it’s ok if you aren’t to fussy. But if the owners read this, clean and repaint the front, if you were driving past the state of the place would probably put you off.

Our usual Chinese takeaway was closed that evening, so we decided to try a new one. I couldn’t find a readable menu online so I stopped by and collected one. The choice and prices looked good. We decided to have set meal B2 for 4 persons, plus an extra Chow Mien. This actually fed 5 adults, with leftovers for 2 more the next day. We all agreed that the quality of every dish was very good with the standout being the Aromatic Duck. We live just at the extremity of their 2-mile free delivery area and our meal arrived dead on the promised time and piping hot. This takeaway doesn’t look that great from the outside but don’t let that deter you. It’s very good value.

Food is good large portions.Chow Mein was a bit bland. Arrived on time by a pleasant lady delivery driver. Food was hot would buy again occasionally.

The food was horrible to night the Singapore noodles tated of curry powder the pancake rolls were burnt and the chicken fried rice eas tasteless I will make my own in future

Arrived over 2 hours late, cold, overcooked and disgusting. Called straight away and they offered to collect and refund. Came to collect food and refused refund, and not answering phone calls!

Another lovely meal from here tonight cant fault it we had Singapore noodles. Salt and pepper king prawns and sweet and sour king prawns with bbq sauce it was lovely .they made a mistake with the order phone them up and sent another one 10 min later .best Chinese around I think .keep it up guys

Jade Peking is my favourite Chinese takeaway in Ferndown. Food are freshly prepared daily and service is always very friendly.

Alright but not great. Chicken bit dry and not as flavoursome as my usual takeaway

The meal was delivered in 15mins when I was told it would be 30 mins. The duck was very good with plenty of hoisen sauce. My chicken satay was good and so were the spring rolls, the rice was interesting with all the meat and veg down one end. My husbands chicken curry tasty but some of the chicken had a bit of sinuw in it.

Very friendly service. Love the variety of dishes offered. Have been using Jade Peking for the past 2 years, weekly and have never had any complaints about the food or service. Always hot and tasty. They are also very accommodating with special requests for dietary purposes. Sometimes they are super busy at the weekends so may have to wait a little longer than normal, but small price for the quality. Happy customer.

The meal we bought was very good and plentiful. This time the service was excellent (previously it has not been as good)

Not good value for money, for example 9pounds for a very small quarter of incinerated dry duck few strands of spring onion, come on what does that cost to add a bit more. We paid 38pounds in all for 2 adults n kids for what was low quality overcooked food (chicken and duck both very chewy perhaps alot of the food is heated in a microwave). Have to say local curry house better value for better quality food and more quantity for money.

We've tried every Chinese in and around the area and this was by far the worst. I order smoked chicken, wherever and whenever we have Chinese, it's my favourite. This smoked chicken was BONE dry and like bits of cardboard. No flavour either. Salt and chilli chicken was like eating salty nicknacks and the lamb dish was flavourless. Very dissapointed that we just waste £35 on this

Food was of good quality and value for money. Large portions and very tasty. Customer service was excellent and they went out of they’re way to cater for my request of zero plastic. I took my own glass reusable storage containers and linen bag, they were extremely happy to use my containers and commented with support. Well done to Jade Peking, i’ll certainly be back ❤️

We have used Jade Peking for years, unfortunately tonight we received pork balls instead of chicken. The other two dishes were also substandard couldn't really identify what they were meant to be. Really disappointed with the standard tonight as a loyal customer

Food is always hot, well cooked and tasty. Tonight they excelled - delivered 8 minutes after we phoned.

Lovely food and very quick albeit we collected and it was about 6.30 on a Saturday so may be too early to be busy. Only complaint is the sweet and sour sauce was very gloopy but if in the area we would definitely use again!

Suspiciously quiet when we pulled up outside on a Saturday evening, but could not fault the speed of service or the quality of the food. Set menu B good value, and includes duck and pancakes. Recommended.

After a recommendation to try here I will not be using again to not even get a bag of prawn crackers when we had spent over £25.00 is crazy especially as I was told you get them and every Chinese we have ever ordered from we have always received them. Food bland and even my daughter who loves Chinese would not eat it. Really disappointing will continue using my normal place

Great Chinese takeaway. Our favourite is the chicken satay skewers we don’t know anywhere who does them like that! Very tasty and always prompt delivery, usually comes before their ETA.

Lovely cooked food , have ordered here a few times now an it’s definitely my new favourite Chinese, delivery always been great an on time lovely an hot , the bbq sauce with ribs is a must try amazing flavour definitely deserves 5stars !

My local Chinese takeaway is just superb and definitely the best in the area. Never had a bad meal in over 5 years of eating here. Highly recommended.

La comida está bien, sin embargo, el servicio ha ido cuesta abajo. Tuvimos que buscar muchas veces para mi entrega. No debe tomar órdenes si saben que no pueden cumplir los criterios actuales. Tardo 2 horas para una entrega local! ! Yo también he tenido el orden equivocado antes y ni disculpas de la propietaria.

AS family live nearby we use this take away fairly regularly and can honestly say that thing have gone down hill. The food temperature is far from acceptable ( usually arrives just off cold when delivered. Its a shame

Lamentablemente, tenemos que informar de una muy mala experiencia para Jade Peking, hemos usado este para llevar años y siempre disfrutamos de una comida fabulosa, excelente servicio y precios razonables. Sin embargo, nuestro pedido reciente, prometió que se entregaría en 45 minutos tardó más de 90 minutos, tres llamadas a chase, y a pesar de hablar con el gerente en la noche para reclamar que también había llegado la comida fría y era de mala calidad, no se hizo nada para restaurar nuestra fe en este establecimiento. Una pena, ya que has perdido un cliente regular y leal. Este no fue un y pedidos anteriores también eran de mala calidad, algo ha cambiado drásticamente, y lamentablemente se evitará en el futuro.

Siempre pedimos desde aquí y la comida siempre es encantador una cocinada justo como nos gusta, entrega rápida y un buen precio.

Aunque no es tan frecuente que un visitante como me habría gustado, que siempre será mi primera opción cuando comer localmente. A 3 millas de distancia. Nunca tuvimos una mala comida, el personal normalmente en el clavo aunque el nuevo personal esforzarse.

This has recently become our local Chinese after becoming bored of our other local. We tried Jade as a one off and never looked back. I believe it's a small family run business and they always give great accurate service. We are able to make use of the free delivery and Prawn crackers come complimentary every time. My favourite is the very sweet....sweet and sour sauce it's yummy.. They are happy to add or omit certain ingredients, I like added garlic, my hubby prefers no prawns in some of his dishes. They are always obliging. Prices are pretty consistent with our other local Chinese but it's the taste and quality of the meat in their menu that has persuaded us to stick with them.

Food arrives on time, always nice and hot. Good portion sizes and plenty of the main ingredient. Large selection of dishes at reasonable prices.

Have now been waiting over an hour longer for my food than stated. They have phoned but quoted the wrong food .Will not be using them again after 8 years

Well just tried jade peking and not impressed! Took half hour longer than they said to deliver (driver went to ferndown- I'm in 3X) when we got it it was cold and they forgot 2 items off the order

food and service is generally pretty good with the order being correct. Not the most picturesque of shops if you are collecting the take-away, but reasonably priced and nice people

This is a take away. Good size portions, a meal for two fed four easily. All tasted good & the delivery time was very quick ( given 40 mins arrived in 25).Will definitely be using again
