Over priced and they seem to think that if they just give you loads of chips that will make up for the below average taste of everything else and very expensive for a takeaway

Slightly more expensive than most places, however portion size is also bigger than most places. Really nice food. Can't complain.

Went here for the first time this evening, will never go back. Chips were made from rubbish potatoes which were dry and tough. The chicken in sweet chilli chicken was slimey with a horrible taste. Through the lot straight in the bin.

Just wasted £6.70 on sweet chilli chicken and chips. Chips were dried up, tough and rotten ,plastic chicken unfit for human consumption. Through the lot in the bin. Avoid at all costs.

Quite possibly the worst chippy I have ever experience. Just bought two portions of black and green chips cooked in reused fat for the bargain price of £2 a portion. Avoid!

Food arrives over 2hrs late and they do not even answer there phone

Ordered fish and chips online and paid. Telephoned by the chippy 20 minutes later to be told would not be able to get my order as they were too busy and they didn’t want to waste my time by me coming to collect. Now waiting for a refund. Shocking service

I live in Underwood Drive and will never visit the Chippy ever again. I would rather starve its that bad. No prices displayed which says it all. You never get charged the same twice. Food average at best...avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. Staff attitude poor. No customer service. I thought the last Park View Fish bar were bad but these take the biscuit. Sausage and chips with curry sauce Childens sausage and Chips Large Sausage £10....really. should be £8 at worst

Just came here and ordered 1 fish chips gravy meal and one fishcake chips curry meal. Charged over £12 which I thought was insane . I said to her 'your menu here (sat on the side in front of the till for the customer) says fish meal and fish cake meal comes to only 10.50? First she said' you have to have them together' (which is what I have...) and then she said the prices have increased. Well, not according to just eat where actually I should have got another sauce for each and a drink for cheaper.

Not long received a delivery from park road chippy ellesmere port i ordered portion chips ,2 fish ,2 sausages , 2 cartons of curry sauce , the meal came the size of the fish was unbelievable for the price of it , it was that small luckily i ordered 2 sausages as well so i had them and gave my husband the 2 fish , also i carton of curry sauce came instead of 2 , well i wont be ordering from there again as a total rip off

Perfectly cooked nice and crisp how I like it. Best chippy in the Port. Can't wait to try the chow mein. Take cash/change as they currently don't take cards.

Placed an order at 16.55 , told 30 minutes for delivery , rand again at 17.50 to be told it’s on its way, at 18.30 I rang again to be told sorry it’s still here in the warmer , great I said the omelette will now be like leather ,she apologised and said the driver would bring it now , I told them forget it , so avoid , avoid , avoid

Obviously under new ownership. Wont be using this place again. Ordered 2 small sausage diners. What we got was a handful of chips swimming in gravy. No peas. Disgusting. And well overpriced

Had fish and chips from this shop this evening - excellent food, piping hot. Both fish and the chips were freshly cooked. Believe this has recently changed hands - well they are definitely on the right track ! Definitely will return.

Visited New year's Eve and in all honesty we had some of the best tasting chips in ages from any chippy in Ellesmere port and the meals were also nice which accompanied them ! Keep up the good work 👍🏼

Have had takeaway from here on numerous occasions, usually a Chinese meal, have had chips as well. Food always well cooked and hot, tasty, reasonable waiting times. Nothing fancy, straightforward Chinese takeaway, does the job!

After waiting well over an hour for the food to arrive , we were terribly disappointed by the food. It was cold and the gravy was solid. Tried to give it to my dog she was having none of it. Don’t think I will be coming back again. Shame on them!

Fish, chips, chicken breast, chicken nuggets and mushy peas were lovely. Gravy needs changing it was far too thick and bland.

Gutted as I have used this chippy for years. Just had delivery of inedible chips, warm fried rice and warm sausages!!!!! Gravy was hot tho 🤗

Always use this chippy, have done for years but, our daughter ordered a meal from here on 15/11/18, her in laws were visiting her from London, she told them it was the best chippy in town , unfortunately it wasn't on this occasion, very embarrassing for her after telling her in laws how good it was, the meals were awful, salty, watery horrible meals, all of them that she ordered, can't understand it as they usually ok, not fantastic but nice, all's I can think of is either the chef was having a very bad day or he was off & you got someone else in to cook, some one who didn't have a clue how to cook, this has now put us off, very disappointing.

Walk in customers get ignored, they only seem interested in getting the telephone orders out.

The staff in there are hopeless, you have to wait ages as they never even have basic food ready, you have to constantly repeat yourself to the woman taking the orders as she can’t retain any information!! Food ok but not great! They allow the regulars to jump to the front of the queue too 👎

Never have a bad meal from here and we always comment on how fresh everything is both, Chinese meals and fish and chips! The staff are all lovely, too! Always our first choice chippy when we're having a treat!

Arrived as a per usual you get ignored! Stood in the queue and then regulars think it’s ok to push in front and get served the second they walk through the door! Only been a few times since moving to the area and this will be my last!!! Walked and and went else where was served instantly!

El chino y tailandés son excelentes y las comidas que se hacen comidas que no están en el menú normal. El personal es siempre muy educado y servicial. Un gran lugar para comidas inglés, chino o tailandés.

Very clean and friendly, but in my experience (always a Friday) their chips and particularly the vegetables in the sweet and sour have always been pale and undercooked. Have tried several times, but following the last visit sadly felt there was no improvement. Looking at previous reviews, maybe I have just been unlucky as they always appear busy with lots of customers.

Have to say we started using Park Fish Bar by accident really, our usual chippy was closed for some reason and we popped in to buy fish and chips. They were really nice and we've been calling in on regular occasions since. We particularly like their chips, and recommend you pay a visit.

We have ordered Chinese food for delivery approximately every 3 weeks for many years now and are always impressed. The food is delicious and always delivered promptly. The range of food on the menu is very good, our particular favourites are crispy duck and pancakes, sweet and sour chicken, and beef curry. The special dishes are also particularly delicious. Our usual delivery driver is very friendly and always appreciative of the tip.

Fish cooked to order, loads of chips and the Singapore Chow mein is good too. Often a queue and always looks clean enough.
