The salt and pepper chips is realllyyyyyy good

Not bad for street food and the best for Arndale food market. For a small amount you will eat and drink well.

I had been there and asked for chicken and noodles and we got sick very sick .only two people sick with same menu the other menu ok .that's no fear with tourist.

portions are quite big. Heavy taste of MSG in their broth. Sweet and sour chicken too sweet.

Quick service, cheap food - and said food is of absurdly good quality. I go here regularly now whenever I'm in Manchester.

Another affordable Chinese takeaway shop in the Arndale Market. Salt and Pepper Wings with rice, and rice noodles duck stir fry are pretty good. Lunch meals are around £7, cheaper if ask not to have drinks included.

Enjoyable food . Polite service.

I got the Singapore noodles and ribs. Noodles were very stodgy and mushy. My friend who goes their fairly often said this isn't the norm and they are usually much better. I must have got unlucky and visited on an off day Ribs were okay though. Portion sizes were good and price reasonable.

We were in need of a quick lunch and stopped here. I ordered the shanghai noodles and my brother ordered the duck. Cooked fresh, it was all hot and delicious. Good value too.

For Asians, this is a must-visit restaurant when coming to Manchester. The taste is very good and the Asian spice is very pronounced. The price of the set menu is also cheap. Anyway, it's a must-visit.

Had the beef noodles and Singapore noodles. Beef was tasty noodles smelt and tasted awful. Chicken was decent but again noodles just smelt strange

The staff are so nice and the food is fabulous. The chicken Singapore noodles are amazing and the salt and pepper fries too.

First time I’ve been here and don’t think I’ll be back. I had salt and pepper ribs which were very dry and chewy. The chips and curry was ok. I also had a portion of salt and pepper wings which again were ok ish.

Always come here when I'm in Manchester. Always delicious and the portions are very generous! The chips were some of the best I've had in a while. Strongly recommend! Polite staff too.

Asked for two sweet and sour chicken meals one with rice and one with chicken and when I was handed my food she told me it’s all in there fine like she was 100% sure I went home and my order was wrong

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid! We used to use the arndale one & then switched to the market one when they shut ! My all time favourite Chinese and now my 3 year old daughters too! Never had a negative experience always go above and beyond to accommodate for my daughter & even make us food fresh if we ask & they don’t have it available at the time! I just wish they was on deliveroo (maybe it’s good for my bank balance that they aren’t lol)

Arndale store is fantastic, wish I could say the same about Market Street restaurant. Rang up to ask about the menu as their website isn't finished. Asked about a dish that is available from the sister store, and was responded to incredibly rudely, was insinuated I wouldn't be able to afford the menu. Incredibly disappointed as the store in Arndale are very polite, could do with sending some staff here for customer service training, won't be visiting now 😂

Amazing tasty food. The beef broccoli is really good. As is the salt and pepper chicken. Drinks are a bit expensive though.

Please please train your staff! They're all rude and treat customers like dirt. We ate from Wings a few times on our lunch break, since most restaurants were closed. Orders were always wrong, they charge you for SP fries, you get to the office with cold plain ones, noodles are drained in sauce, you order chicken, you get beef, etc. In January 2020 food was decent.. In 2021, not so much. If you do end up going, do not order spring rolls or beef noodles, they're disgusting. Good luck.

Didn't have any of the dishes I wanted - at 12:30 PM. Customers with no manners, or masks, jumped the queue.

I Love this place, the Fish and Chips are amazing, the Black bean Beef curry and Egg Fried Rice are YUMPTIOUS (as are the other dishes, so I've been told) and the service is always Friendly, Polite and Fast. Try it, u won't b disappointed!

We really enjoyed our meals and there was plenty of sauce, no need for extras. Portions were big and food was very tasty. Staff were friendly, had no issues with them. Recommend it and the food stalls, much, much better than the manky food court.

They charge you £1 for every thing extra - sauce tubs - chips ect - the staff are extremely rude and obnoxious- they think they are doing you a favour by serving you! The place is a joke

Dry and tasteless Singapore Noodles. The price was also over the mark for the food court. Won't be eating here again.

I will never eat from here again. The chicken and noodles were dry when I had ate it, and the day after I began experiencing stomach pains. As the days went on, the pains only got worse along with other symptoms such as sickness and a lot of bowel movements. I went to see a doctor who said I had a gut infection (usually caused by eating something dodgy). The food was horrible, as was the illness. I would definitely not recommend to anyone. Sadly there is not an option for 0 stars, which is what they deserve.

Ordered pork & duck Raman for £8.80 which is extortionate for food hall prices but looked good so went for it anyway. It was extremely bland, no flavour at all apart from the meat, took it back to ask for some chilli flakes, was told it cost 50p. I'd expect a few chilli flakes to be free if id just paid that rediculous price for the blandest Raman I've ever ate, won't be going again and would not recommend.

Very expensive and the quality is very poor, chopstix is much better value.

I don't know why there are so many negative experiences here because I have been here 3 times now and the meat was nice, tender and juicy, maybe I need to try something else other than the 3meat soup to test the water so to speak. Anyway I cannot fault the food I have ordered from here and the two members of staff here were very polite and helpful towards me and I will definitely be returning to try something else. I am very happy with the food and friendly service I got from here.

I point at the noodels that i want for the chicken noodel black been sause and then as soon as she poor the noodel in i said can i have this with the noodels and then she ignored me its a women if you want to fire her i would appreciate if you do that and propably she is still working there the time is 15:14 give her a few questions on how to respect customers

Foul food! The sweet and sour chicken was more like vinger with some soggy chicken which had been sat in sauce for days making the batter like glue and the chicken rubbery.

A friend told me about this place and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The whole area is busy and so was this place, yet the food was ready in minutes. Whilst relatively good value, the food was amazing!

Really good dinner Service excellent all staff very attentive. Expensive however the food is of a high standard I would highly recommend the prawn toast.

Me and my girlfriend got both sweet and sour chicken yesterday with noodles and not long after my girlfriend was complaining of belly ache and she felt sick.. Today I have woken up to a seriously bad belly ache and I have been throwing up I do not recommend anyone eat there and I will be passing by later today to voice my complaint to their manager once I feel abit at ease. The food was very bland like it had been sat there for hours I will not be going back there to eat, however the wings in deansgate is much better from previous experiences.

As some reviewers mentioned it is fast dining. the food used to be a lot better but is average now. I probably wont be eating here again

El Arndale Food Court es todo lo que se puede esperar y menos. Pato ala de fideos era sosa más allá Desmenuzada mi expectativa y ya bajo el pato sin duda no estaba triturada.Por desgracia la única opción para mí dentro de un montón de los habituales mal rápido temas comida.El servicio era apresurado hasta el punto de maleducado, con mi empuje orden en mí como el próximo cliente estaba pasando me acompañaron a empujar.Si hay una broma racista sobre estar hambriento informal de nuevo en una hora, no vamos a volver allí de nuevo, jamás!

He tenido mi última comida de ala. Lástima, no el mejor curry Chino que he tenido. He estado visitando regularmente durante casi dos años, pero no más.Aunque comprendo que los musulmanes tienen derecho a comer comida halal, también tengo el derecho de no. Me dejó de ir a Di Maggio cerca por la misma razón. Vamos a tener que comenzar preguntando antes de comprar en el futuro? Abusivo.

Ubicado en el centro comercial Arndale en la sala de comida, pensamos en probar, ya que son grandes aficionados al restaurante principal en la ciudad. La comida es buena y el servicio rápido. Probarlo como una alternativa a una hamburguesa y coca-cola

Alas está situado en el patio de comidas del centro Arndale y es muy poco lo que una comida rápida. Pedí carne Szechuan con fideos y nos pareció que la comida estaba bien preparada y sabroso. Mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Se lo recomendaría a sus vecinos McDonalds, etc.

I love stopping at Wings whilst in the Arndale food court. They have a variety of Chinese dishes which are all great priced. I personally enjoy the curry and chips or salt and pepper chips.

Comida fresca si ordenados del chef y no la pantalla que Dries con edad a través del día. Excelente relación calidad-precio ahorra el día y compite con otras unidades calientes

I've eaten here a couple of times. I love the shredded duck and noodles. Really tasty. Spring Rolls are good too. I recommend it.

Was at Wings in Arndale for a quick lunch and quality time with the better half before work. Ordered Beef Szechuan, paid, went and sat down. Had three pieces of beef, one was alright the other two tasted weird/old. Got the after taste of an "out of date" beef. Went to the cashier, explained and asked for a refund. They did asked me if I wanted another one and I said no. Cashier went to one of the cooks who then started speaking chinese and pointing fingers right in front of me. Poor cashier was trying to shut him up but he wouldn´t.I am a chef and work as a head chef so I do know what I´m talking about and I´m not doing this for fun, told them in the end. Cook pretended he wasn´t understanding english but this kind of thing won´t work with me now. My grandfather is Chinese so I did understand a bit of what he was saying and it was not nice! Cashier said that she has to contact manager if I want refund as she is only a staff, this was said to her by the arrogant cook who thought I´d leave if that was the case. My reply was,fine, I want the food with me as I am taking it to the Health Department straight away. She then turned back to the arrogant cook and said what I said. Got my refund in the end after paying for my drinks. Employ people who can speak the language first and foremost, then people who know how to handle complaints like these. Even better, THROW AWAY OUT OF DATED FOOD!!!

La comida que me dio frío y cuando le pedí una restitución me dijeron que debería aceptar que se ponga en el microondas. Me dijeron que sólo continuamente microondas el pollo de nuevo.

Voy a los turnos de ala la mayoría en el trabajo. Está justo bajando desde donde estoy, agradable y fácil comida, nada especial para llevar comidas rápidas que involucran fideos/carne/salsa! Precio es barato y el servicio es muy bueno y rápido. No es un restaurante más como un gran plato de fideos.

We visited today and were extremely disappointed at how down hill it has gone since our last visit in Dec 2013. We normally get cha sui, crispy pork and duck with noodles. There was none of this anymore!! My hubby got some chicken noodles which were like Bachelors super noodles with 3 tiny pieces of chicken. It was dry, mushy and salty. My hubby is Chinese & normally loves the food. Not anymore and we will not be returning! Big let down!!

I think the low reviews are people's expectations being a little too high for what this is, which is great, easy grabbable chinese.I like to have sweet and sour chicken and fried rice when I eat here, and its cheap and cheerful with a large helping. My partner likes the noodle wraps.You shouldn't go to Wings expecting 5 star..it's great fast lunch, tasty and moreish. Low scores are people trying to build it up, in my opinion.

Very horrible food! The Singapore fried noodle taste like noodle + salt! Although the portion was considered large, you would stop eating after 1/3. Just walk a little bit further to get real Chinese food! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Anyone else could do better than this.

tasteless and bad food. the sweet and sour chicken and hot and sour soup tested the same. almost sweet dish. worst noodles i had in northern hemisphere. chips tested like pieces of rubber. however, salt and pepper spare ribs were manageable.

This place is in the food court in the Arndale, Manchester. It has a great choice of food, service was very quick, prices are excellent and its much healthier than the other surrounding eateries!! Id go back here anytime!! Impressed!!!

used to visit it pretty often when they had the restaurant/ seating area with conveyor belt. it's a shame that has closed though when i go to the arndale market food court, they will usually be my first choice. their food is good and value for money. they also sell roasted meats which are not that easy to find in manchester, even when you are dining in restaurants. used to order the shanghai noodles when they had the restaurant. now there are only the sets to order from and i usually go for the chicken udon noodles with spring roll and pork rib. it's a shame as it's not cooked to order. still good value for a food court eatery.

I decided to visit the Dai Pai Dong with a group of friends a few weeks ago; we were so impressed by the food and service that we have continued to visit since. The restaurant itself offers a mixture of oriental cusine, including Chinese, Japanese and Thai. You have the choice of ordering from a menu, or taking one the various sushi dishes moving along a conveyer belt. A takeout service is also available.On my first visit I paid less than £4 for a large portion of Char Sui Pork with boiled rice, for the price I paid, I was expecting the quality to suffer but I was pleasantly surprised. All the dishes I have tried since have been excellent, and the portions are generous! I don’t think I have managed to finish a single dish yet!The staff are very friendly and never forget a face. They always remain attentive even when the restaurant itself can get very busy during weekday lunch times. I would go so far as to say that the Dai Pai Dong is better than some of the more expensive restaurants in Chinatown. Highly recommended!
