The best restaurants serving British food in North East Scotland

Staff seemed disinterested. Food was below average .whats with cheese on the menu and plastic rubber in the food, The coffee was straight oot o trough....worst fluid i have had in decades.

Fui aquí con mi amiga y mi hija. Sólo otro cliente (alrededor de las 12 pm del viernes). Sin embargo, la comida era deliciosa y se sirve tostado y rápido servicio amable! ¡Muy impresionado! !

Great stop for cyclists. Great coffee and cake. Friendly staff. Great lunch menu. Would certainly recommend a visit..

Been here many times coffee and sausage rolls were lovely only complaint I have there was very little left not much choice at 2pm

Llevé a mi familia aquí el sábado por la noche y los seis de nosotros pasamos un tiempo estupendo. visitamos en enero y no fue genial. Hablé con el nuevo director en el tiempo y dijo que estaba poniendo un montón de cambios en su lugar. Así que decidí intentarlo. Tiza y queso es la mejor manera de describirlo. La comida era excelente, el personal era muy elegante y agradable. Mi madre preguntó si el abadejo podría ser empanadas en vez de maltratada y no era problema y era de primera clase. volveremos pronto sin duda!

Ordered a hot chocolate, it was made with hot water and had little or no milk in it. It tasted horrible, I had to poor it out. Asked for a chocolate chip cookie and got a cookie that had pieces of m&ms in it instead it was stale and I had to throw it out. Was very disappointed and would not order from here again

lady has problem with english i said 3 burger she put two. i say i want burger souse she ask 2min later chilli and garlic?? lol .. taste getting worse last time when i been there. it was very tasty van when old people worked now new are working and its bad:)

Ha sido muchas veces, siempre es agradable volver cuando vengo aquí para mis vacaciones. Cervezas frías y el servicio es bueno

Had a nice overnight stay with my partner. I upgraded our room to a superior one but it looked out onto a wall which was a bit of a shame. I think the pool and spa facilities could be upgraded, I'd also seen the photo of the outdoor jacuzzi and was really excited to use it but was told you had to pay extra for it which was a bit gutted about. Really liked the bar area and staff were very good. Quite isolated if you don't have a car but hotel staff helped us get taxis. Would return if spa area was improved. But the grounds are beautiful and decor is lovely.

Waited long time to be served stood around while 4 members of staff chatted amongstthemselves completely ignoring us.then.told to go to other counter same girl followed us.then took order!!!

Cold food not enough staff The staff making the coffees had to go to the till while other customers food went cold . The staff were amazing . Worked hard but too much work for them with the amount of customers there was . We did not eat or return the cold food because of the queues . I went a couple of weeks ago and same issue . I thought it may have been a one off but obviously not .

As one of the filleters that supple lows I must say best fish n chips in Aberdeen 2nd to none....5star service can't thank you and your wonderful staff enough

My story is very similar to Louise L (July 2024). Met here with friends for coffee/catch-up/a browse/lunch. We all ended up with parking fines. Saw none of their 'obvious' signs - buried in a hedge is NOT obvious! Tried phoning for assistance - totally dismissed. Tried appealing - got a set script in response. Very expensive day out! None of us will be back.

Estaba decepcionado después de tener acceso a la sala de estar, y estar discapacitado en una silla de ruedas, que no pudimos acceder a la sala de estar debido a la rotura del ascensor. Nos avisaron que había estado fuera de servicio durante unos días. El salón está en el piso de 1 calle (4 tramos de escaleras hacia arriba, creo). Mi esposo preguntó si había un acceso alternativo, a lo que se le aconsejó que no. No hay oferta para traer comida / bebida a nosotros y no hay gestión para ser encontrado para hablar. Decepcionado comienzo de nuestras vacaciones.
