Never again. Chips must have been lunch leftovers as double cooked, chicken pakoras dry and extra crispy. Has it changed ownership? Will NOT be going back.

Avoid poor service food not great meat either burnt or under cooked been loads of times this is final straw won't be back owner is really good when he's in food and service 100%

I found a spider hanging out of one of my chips I’m not very happy i have gotten better food from Pittas i expected better

Visited during lockdown and received a tasty filling kebab, with chips and a drink. Very reasonably priced and definitely filling.

We get pizzas and my wife likes a kebab, these are truly excellent. I drive 12 miles to get these so that should tell you all you need to know

We had a donar and chicken kebab chicken was good but donar meat not good also salad very mushy wet very disappointed

We were on holiday at the greenwood loch caravan park and decided we would all get take aways for tea. As usual everyone wanted something different Chinese chippy etc I opted for a donner kabab from Pittas. Smart choice nice tasting meat and well cooked not hard edges. Plenty of salad I chose not to have tomato or cucumber but did take the other salad and sauce. This was my first time trying the white sauce as well as chilli sauce the kabab remained hot after the 10 min drive back to the caravan and it was a taste experience I would rate and recommend. Great size kebab for the price and very tasty next time I’m up that way I will be having another I would recommend Pittas to anyone looking for good tasting kababs

My wife just goes mad when I surprise her and take home chicken kebabs for tea. I go in past on my way home from work and it is nice just to take a seat in front of the TV and fire and ENJOY.

In a hurry I popped in here for a takeaway . Extensive menu . Service was fast considering it was a busy night . Changed some if the items in my choice which was not an issue . Very good and would recommend

I have eaten from here on a few occasions. I think everything here is good value for money. Burgers are good and tasty. Pizza was delicious and had plenty of topping - I think better than any pizza chain.

I often go here for a surprise evening meal for my wife as she just loves their chicken kebabs.I also feel that I have to have one as well as I cannot have my wife eating on her own as it would not be very fair of me.Great meals and good sized portions. Mike Muller

This place is a village pizza place, average with everything due to its fast food approach.Pizzas are good but I ordered the meat feast a 12” the base was excellent mozzarella a bit under cooked a good portion of pepperoni chicken okay but a tonne of donner kebab meat just slumped on top, not even cooked with the pizza. It took about 10-15 minutes. I might come here again

Never had any complaints about food from Pittas, it’s always great! The only thing that really bugs me is that even if you phone ahead your order you are still waiting forever for your food. My advice would be to just order in the shop as they never seem to start making it until you get there anyway!

La bursa es increíble (kebab de carne de cordero, y pollo con tomate y cebolla y una salsa garlicy creo! También un toque de especias, una capa de pan de pita debajo y el queso en la parte de arriba). Mi cosa preferida como para llevar en mi favorito también Turriff chips en Turriff. Recomiendo encarecidamente!Los pinchos también son estupendas. El personal siempre ha sido amable y el servicio rápido.

Great wee kebab shop. Do an amazing chicken and steak kebab. Staff very friendly and you never have to wait long for your food. Not expensive either and the food really is good.

A decent carryout pizza and kebab shop . Service is good and always quick . Never had any issues and the staff are always friendly.

Gave it another try after a few poor meals and probably won't be back. Found the kebab meat quite dry but the sauce rescued it. Quite reasonably priced

Whether I fancy a pizza, kebab, or a burger , It's always pretty damp good!especially the burgers! Only thing I'm not too keen on is the chilli sauce for the kebabs, just too runny, but I guess that's because it's always fresh chillies crushed!

My hubby's favourite kebab shop. Huge selection of fast food...kebabs, pizzas, burgers etc. Fast service. All cooked fresh.

Good quality food, pleasant staff, been eating their for years and never had a bad meal .calzone donner is massive good around takeaway

We have given this place a few second chances and we won't be giving it anymore. The donnar meat was like leather and the pizza not the best. Better off going to Milanos round the corner

Good food, at reasonable price,very helpful staff. Love this takeaway. Always a cheery welcome nothing to much bother.

I've been going to pittas for years now and the food has only got better. Pittas has amazing food. Which is cooked and prepared very well. I've never once had an issue.

Helping some friends move to Turriff and thought they could do with a treat on move day so bought some lamb kebabs for tea. These were regular size, freshly cooked, ordered at around 6:00pm. I am pretty sticky about cleanliness and the place looked ok, although the pass certificate on hygiene was 2 years old. Then there was the dirty damp rag that was carelessly being moved around the counter by all 3 staff with bare hands. I watched someone order pakora at £4.50 a pop and the server went to some effort to fish out the smallest pieces he could, pushing the good sized pieces to the side. That didn't bode well. The salad bowls were down to the last scrapings which was pretty poor for tea time. Once we started eating, the actual size of the serving was very small. My first mouthful was gristle, as was the third and every piece after that. I know there is a worldwide conspiracy to give me the worst meal on any group outing, but I spat most of the meat into a paper serviette as politely as possible and went hungry. I simply couldn't and wouldn't chew through rubbish gristle. No one else actually complained but no one said anything good about their portion either. I give the place 2* because no one else had a full serviette on the side of their plate. Will I go back? You are kidding me right?

I love Pitta's!! First of all it's probably the cheapest in the area for what you get, which is a lot compared to others who charge even more. The staff are fine, typical take away manner, and the location is prime. They serve the best pizzas too, and the other food is great quality and I'm sure all of the salad is fresh - it looks and tastes it!!
