Morrisons in Aberdeen City

I love Morrisons for food but omg the one in Aberdeen the staff are getting worse each visit… there is a blue haired girl rolling her eyes at self scan area … another guy who just approves everything even tho it was just a question we had… another girl was in her casual clothes behind tills serving my partner fags.. I worked in retail I’m not a typical moaning customer but this was peak awful there is no one in charge at that place. Cafe had no cutlery last time also and when I asked I got one fork only lol … come on guys freshen up on the staff standard because I actually love the store food. I love the meats and fresh are top tier for food but the staff are not it.

I just hate running after the emploees to get a bag, i shop almost every day there and is tirening. Also none of them ever looked happy to be bag holders. Can you fix the problem? i hate running like a dog after the bags.

Yes it's a lot more expensive was 65p more for there own label of fresh orange than asda same with there soup a lot more expensive though Morrison's took a lot better care with there customers than that don't know if i want to shop there at that prices

Its another morrisons supermarket. Nothing fancy, it does have a mini food court and pharmacy inside though

Good old favourite for everyone .would be better if it was open 24 hours including the Pharmacy

Sell out of date produce. Customer service promised to sort it out and then nothing. Appalling

Went to the cafe today. Connor served us and we were very impressed with him. He was polite and helpful. He has a great attitude to his job. We will be back. Well done Connor.

Store is good but staff is terrible, especially guys kicking you out before closing time. They're so rude and it happened to me on multiple occasions. Last time told me to SPEED UP. This never happens in other stores only Morrisons. Also they started asking 60p for a plastic shopping bag offering no paper alternative! Earning money over eco crisis is disgusting.

Morrisons has a tremendous range of products. They have fantastic fresh produce most of which is made in store. They bring a taste of the tropical to North East Scotland.

Clean shop, food was nice in cafe

All there is fine,better quality products for the same price if compared with other shops! A bit different stuff is well which you can't find in other shops. 👍

The first time I went into this Morrisons, I fell in love with the place, the family car park is such a wonderful idea as well. Shopping here gives me peace of mind because I know there’s no hurry.

This place is great if you’re looking for groceries and also basically anything. I especially appreciate the wide range of seafood and even more so the freshness and quality of the pork products. The sausages are significantly better than any other supermarket and their pork doesn’t have the strong, distinct smell that you would normally find in Britain. The market kitchen is a good addition for families who want a quick meal after shopping.

I tip my hat to Morrisons especially this one in Aberdeen. A great selection from the moment you step through the door. A fish monger and butcher counter with top quality as well as fresh. A hearty selection of fruit and veg, crunchy and nutritious. The baker, exceptionally good quality and hearty. Thank you so much! And if you have a More Card you are assured some great deals. Good for fresh fish and salmon.

Large store near the centre of town and close to the main roads heading north. Helpful staff.

Morrison's. The only supermarket stocking shin of beef, fresh chicken livers, kidneys and a lot more. Keep it up!

Very convenient location being near the city centre. Has everything you need. Downsides are that it can be quite expensive, queues at self-checkout can get ridiculously long and there sometimes doesn't seem to be enough staff at the self-checkouts.

Good place to shop for groceries. Located in the heart of the city

The restaurant area is gorgeous and I love the added florist. The whole supermarket looks beautiful after the renovations!

Very poor breakfast, burn sausage, cold mushrooms and hard egg

The shop was busy,but when you get to a till the manageress has put a sign up on tills that if there is a que that another till would be opened. That has never happened since it was put up,and don't think it will ever happen so your stuck waiting 10+ minutes trying to get served.

Morrisons in Aberdeen try tae avoid at the moment as it's a building site. The cafe since the change very confusing. See what they tryin tae do but failing. Also ye have tae ask staff tae let ye out, nae disability friendly.

Never enough staff on tills or helping with the self service machines and when there are they spend most of their time chatting with one and other instead of helping out the customers

Went to Morrisons Fuel Station at the Supermarket to get Calor Gas. Service was great and with added advice and everything explained about the cost charges etc, real first Class Service.

Went yesterday and won't be back. Ordering from the cafe was a bit of a disaster, no person appeared to be serving and one of the three kiosks was not working, and one seemed to be on a go slow taking a long time to respond to the touchscreen presses.So I tried to order using the QR code. Ordering on it, everything showed as available, but was again very slow to respond to touchscreen presses. It took several minutes to select four people's meals and drinks. Got to the payment and it rejected my selection of Google pay, so I had to press back, at which point I lost all my order! Gave up on that so decided to try the kiosk as the queue had disappeared. The lack of availability was appalling, a couple things I had selected on the app were now showing as unavailable, as a result I missed out on a couple deals so it cost more money, £4 for a baked potato on its own is more expensive than I would have expected. Why they were served on single use cardboard boxes when we were sitting in the restaurant I don't understand. Maybe such wasteful things are why the food was expensive. On the plus side, the kids meal came with a lot of chips, it made me regret taking a baked potato as it came with a drink and was only £3.75. the speed of the service wasn't bad. Neither the app nor the kiosks explained that you are meant to pick up a cardboard token. The app specifically says to enter the non-existent table number. Saw a few people confused by this while I was in the queue. Only chicken nuggets available for the kids the sausage option wasn't available. The deal with a sandwich, pot of tea and a scone was not available. Had a look at other things but lots were unavailable. For a major chain to have such a poorly run and organised cafe is just disgraceful. You are connected to a supermarket so running out of stock should never be an issue unless the supermarket also has stock issues.

Their instore bake breads are good, they also keep plenty of staff unlike some other supermarkets. I find their prices competitive.

Came on a Sunday. Management have made the decision not to staff the tills. Left and did my grocery shopping elsewhere.

What an horrible place the cafe in there.... Table not clean, fork and spoon not well washed..... food burned and without taste.

Was at the cafe with my partner for breakfast this morning when food arrived sausages was burnt and food was cold staff who took breakfast to us looked so miserable to be working

I do all my grocery shopping here, the prices are quite reasonable. They sell childrens clothes now and they are great. If you buy flowers they are the best value for money. Some other supermarkets don't give you the same amount for your money?

Good store for weekly and monthly shopping. You will mostly find all the ingredients for your cooking that makes this place busy. Good variety of World foods and Indian spices are available. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

Racist, Rubbish stuff at store ,security who play sheriff being stupid to the bone.Aggressive ,detached from reality cave man primitives.Never spend even a penny there.That have to be standard there ,because Dundee one is the same bad.I had many time occasion be in both and see that they don’t care about customers just to be rude and incompetent.They watch to much television and later transfer sci fi to reality.Morrisons is shambles as whole.They think they do good while they do evil.Highly not recommended ever.

Morrisons have a great selection off fruit n veg....its spacious since the last time I was in...loads off offers....5 out of 5...

Large selection, good offers, but rather difficult for shopping for one or two people as the portion sizes are rather large.

Very good outlet with a variety of products. I found them a bit pricier than other places though. Very neat and clean, moce place.

Food there is top quality but can be quite expensive. Love the cheap deals when they are on their sell by date. But some of the staff are not very friendly or helpful at all

Need coins for trolley, which you don't mostly have. Paper bag which is wooping 40p won't lost till you car.

Long time car parks and good prices and more options

Would give more stars but getting told by the staff to wait for a bag as they need to scan the dam thing to serve other customer first its just mental. Well enjoy re stacking my shopping as my patience wared out quick for that. Rather do another shop without attitude.

We have been visited 08/03/2024 evening around 21:30.we have paid bill and because there are only few items so haven’t taken bag.So after paying bill put items in jacket .Because don’t want to carry with conforming because a staff member informed we have placed items in jacket security humiliated and with out permission stated recording with body Cam. I have asked did you confirmed that weather we have paid or not.He said no.Then I have asked him have you got right to record us straight away.He have no answer.And the staff was rude too.we really discriminated & humiliated.So I never want to visit this shop again.

Surprise of my life. It's all been done up and not before time. It was always a dark, but now it's heaps better. Not sure about the changes to the cafe but decided not to try it on this occasion. Much, much better.

Good range of products, but no staff and many people stealing items from the shelves. Paracetamol boxes also had tablets missing from them. I left the shop after buying my items with black hands, the shop was dusty and (clearly) unclean.

Accusing paying customers - security is a joke Leaving Morrisons after paying for my stuff and security shouts over at me “you’re banned for theft” I responded civilly and approached back to the shop towards to the security man and asked what was problem. He then responds “on CCTV you took something from the shelf and put it in your pocket” I responded go ahead and check me show me the CCTV he then replayed CCTV and realises that I haven’t done such thing and goes “oh looks like you putted something in your pocket never mind ” I said to him I have a receipt and you can check me if you want and he goes “no your alright with a thumbs up”…. Accusing the public for theft and proceed to not even bother checking me afterwards. Without a apology what’s so ever 🤡

Damaged product, had to return to shop for refund, but no compensation for fuel.

Love the new refurbishment and variety of produce. Store is much nicer and has a great offer of products. Only issue is that its now difficult to find the quick sandwiches and drinks to go!

Absolutely shocking fish and chips , this fish tasted like an old boot, and the chips were ghastly, never going to eat there again
