Subway in Aberdeen City

The Tuna Sub Melt arrived in poor condition. It looked like someone had stood on it! And £7.19 for that is not funny. The all star chicken at £7.79 for a 6inch sub also is way too expensive.

i have ordered a philly cheesesteak 3 times from you, ist time as i ordered great. 2nd time just meat and veg.... NO CHEESE, third time a tuna SALAD................ I AM DONE ................ trading standards need to investigate

Terrible service rude the whole time then proceeded to launch an assault using only the Italian bread with no herbs

lady think her name was roxy. was the manager of the place. SO RUDE. i walked in and was greeted with a rude “are you gonna order anything then” by some junkie looking worker with glasses. i then went up to order and roxy with no eye contact said “what do you want” in an aggressive mannor, i said chicken, bacon, and cheese. accidentally forgetting to say what bread and she goes “well what bread then” she then under filled my TWELVE POUND footlong, which she 100% over charged me, because it’s usually 8.98 or something close to that, which is still substantially expensive. i then said take away and i tried to sit down for a second to put the panini in my bag and she shouts across the empty restraunt with no other customers that “YOU SAID TAKE AWAY GET OUT” so i was hurried out the door whilst she’s staring me down. especially because this is the manager makes me even more appalled at her conduct, deserve to be shut down!!

The bottle of coke from my meal deal was missing.

didn't get everything I ordered

Too rude with customers. Card machine not working and blaming me that I blocked their machine. Specially the ladies were not arrogant and they can't even afford my way. Such a stupid place I say. Worst sub way

We got four footlongs. I opened my beef 1 first and thought it was someone else's. What beef? Another was chicken as extra meat which was skimpy on the chicken. Another was solo chicken which was even skimpier. To be fair, despite the lack of beef in mine, there was plenty turkey. I put in for a refund for the main chicken one but the other wanted a refund too. The response was pretty much that they can put as little or as much filling as they want to. Not impressed.

Wrong order and food not cooked right

This employee, who I imagine is in charge, was rude when she treated me very rudely and with very inappropriate words. I consider it to be the worst treatment that can be offered to a client and any human being.

You added cucumber when I specifically asked you not to do you even read the notes? The food was cold also surprisingly despite it being on time. Do better

The worker (his name tag said David) serving us was wearing airpods, being extremely rude when we were asking questions, and laughing when I made a mistake ordering. The shop was empty and quiet, and the food was mediocre.

I’m a regular subway customer but this branch is the worst in Aberdeen, staff don’t look like they want to work there and they portioned our sandwich like it’s their own toppings. Never going back, this branch should be closed down or someone needs to get fired.

40 minutes had past and hadn’t heard about my order. Said it hadn’t been prepared yet. I then enquired and was told was on its way. The estimated time got changed 3 times. The nachos had little to no topping on it, was so disappointing. And got the tiniest bit of lettuce on my sub

Really bad service from this shop, ordered a 6 inch steak sub that ended up looking like a 4 inch, bread was stale and filling was hardly none existing, was looking forward to my treat but was so disappointed, they really need to up there game, I will definitely not be going back

Went in after uni to grab a quick bite to eat, 2 boys were serving one of them seemed to be new- and everything was fine. Then a woman who seemed to be the manager with a black polo came out from the back and grabbing subs off of the new start and doing it herself, he was about to do my salad and she grabbed it off him- and then a piece of bread got stuck in the toaster and after removal she told the rest of the q that it would be 20 minutes before a sub could be toasted. Overall the new start looked very stressed and I felt sorry for him and the manager was making things stressful when they didn’t need to be

50p for extra cheese? Disgusting, just wrong. 25p per slice but the slices are cut in half, free the cheese.

Sub was ok, pepperoni slice too. Cookies were crumbled, at start it looked like I got only 2 of them not 3, like ordered.

Literally dont know how to read. Added a comment with how i like my sub, basically salad on before toasting and was completely ignored. Whats the point in having a comment box if people are too lazy to read it? Dont know if its the place or the people but either way, not going back to this one for deliveries. Disappointed.

This is a good restaurant ita located in the city centre basically so it is convenient however the prices are quite high when you realise that most sandwiches are not that high quality.

I don't usually give reviews but I haven't seen staff as disinterested and rude to customers as at this store. Pathetic customer service.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I think it is necessary to leave one here. Today a polite new team member in that Subway branch built my sandwich (turkey and ham), toasted it and a very rude woman (either a manager or a senior assistant) took over. She started shouting at the new starter for apparently putting too many ham pieces on my sandwich, which was, least to say, extremely unprofessional. Next, she started to count the ham pieces and took two out of the sandwich. She then abruptly and in a very ostentatious manner threw the ham in the bin right in front of me. Not only it was a complete waste of food, but she didn't even give me a chance to have the option to pay for the extra meat. Well, from a customer point of view, why not just simply leave it in the sandwich as it has already been toasted, you know mistakes happen so as a regular customer I would find it very kind and generous. But no, when I asked her why she put the ham in the bin, she looked at me in an aggressive way and rudely mumbled something in a very broken English. Horrible customer service. 0 manners and if you are reading this because you were treated in a similar way by the staff working at that branch, please know that you are not alone.

Absolutely disgusting service... Told me there was only Italian bread and I wasn't allowed to fill my subway out as it has now changed to set sandwiches.. I got charge 8.99 for a foot long that wasn't even filled correctly and I'd of got more out of a school dinner panini.

The food was stuffed into the bag so much the sandwich was flat and the salad box too. The staples of the bag also through the crisp bag causing it to pop and crush the contents on arrival.

Food cold and incorrect items delivered. Paid for 2 foot long and got 2 6inch. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for incorrect cold food to be delivered. Surprisingly we won’t be ordering from there again.

The food was not nice. Soggy chicken bites which were made from reformed chicken…yuck. My sandwich wasn’t much better. It was burnt & the filling was pretty tasteless. Also what’s with the bag fee. Aren’t you only supposed to charge for plastic bags????

Glad they finally changed their menu to allow a meal deal with a self build sub. Just a shame level of veg in sub was minimal.

Eta was changed (fine) nearly 2 hours from order to delivery and everything stone cold. Ice cream like milk shake. I appreciate tge restaurant may be busy but don't take the orders if you are going to deliver stone cold mush.....the wedges and cheese bites looked like they had been cooked on a radiator !!! Never again for Subway delivery 😪

I don’t know why I bother ordering from this restaurant. Probably been the fourth or fifth time I’ve ordered and either it takes forever to get a courier or subway mess up the order in some way. If you want anything warm, good luck because anything you’ll get will arrive cold as anything.

simply just rude staff, i was looking over some of the reviews and i can agree with one of them, they don't change there gloves, they aren't polite and they don't clean utensils. I would recommend going the the subway in union square or just go to burger king (across the road), KFC (down the road), Mcdonalds (just next to primark by the trinity centre) or tacobell (next to Mcdonalds). DON'T GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING OR DISRESPECTED BY STAFF!!!!

Very good delivery driver however he has told us that the food was already handed cold to him as they made the order and kept it on a side without keeping it hot

Impatient and confused driver asked ‘two subs?’ I nodded and he handed me the food and bolted before I realised it was someone else’s order. Restaurant wouldn’t pick up their phone… Called the guy whose order it was and let him know that I can’t reach the restaurant. Applied for a refund. Shambles.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve ordered and every time it’s been wrong. It’s my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt. I order brown sauce on my sub but it always ends up being barbecue. If they don’t have it then why is it always an option

Sandwich was "ok", I've tasted better in other subways (who were more generous in sauce and meat). But my biggest surprise was when they told me that you can only put 5 vegetables on it !!! Everywhere I went I could put a bit of everything (except the extras of course), but here just 5 and they put a small amount of them. Very disappointed. For the price I feel like I just ate bread. Edit: taking another star away, because I just checked and the person that served me was wrong, I CAN put more vegetables on my sandwich! I just paid food I was sad with, because I believed the person ! Lost my money

My experience ordering from Subway through the Deliveroo app was positive, as all of my items arrived on time, and the sandwiches were still fresh while the drinks were still cold.

This order was a disgrace! It’s not complicated yet items were missing that were paid for resulting in my child not receiving her food. I tried to call subway twice but no answer, I wanted the missing items not a refund. How can people trust this system when missing items are constantly happening. I don’t understand how it’s so difficult for many restaurants to get an order wrong. Appalling service!
