My daughters burger was rather bland and the cheese was like a brick. I had the new corean chicken bowl with chips which I enjoyed always good enough value

Our favourite venue for a midweek pint or two and a bar meal. Great range of beers and very attentive staff.

Very nice experience at this location. Food came out fast and was nice and hot. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Popped in again on travels, hit it lucky with the Thursday curry club = Katsu curry,rice etc plus a pint of choice all for £9.67 and bonus is it was lush 😋 If visiting in the area don’t get a tourist rip-off meal, try here for sure, I will be back! Thanks to the staff who were efficient and polite.

I called in for refreshments on a busy Friday evening. It's situated at the west end of Union Street. My choice of guest ales was Salcombe - Island Street Porter, which was in great condition. The usual refinements of a "spoons" was available. Worth a visit if you're in the vacinity! 👍

Called in for lunch, we both had a mixed grill and it was excellent. The staff behind the bar were friendly and helpful. The pub was very clean and well run.

We have been to many a Weatherspoon pub on our travels, we popped in to this busy pub on our 1st visit to Aberdeen. So impressed with Molly and her team. Nice to see tables getting cleared and cleaned quickly. The bar staff were so attentive and friendly, made our visit so much nicer.

Clean, and well kept. Polite, but surly staff 🙄 (think noserings and purple hair brigade) overall not too bad. Updated visit, and yet again staff were not up to scratch. Surly and unpleasant. The facilities, cleanliness and product are very good. The staff let it down unfortunately. Whoever the boss is needs to do a better job with regards the staff attitudes.

Food ok given value, but customer service and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired. Latter not really within their control, but a wee bit of pleasantness would go far for the former.

nice quiet Friday afternoon place to chill out

Food was OK but service was incredibly slow. 30 minutes wait for dessert when the place was relatively quite. Desert arrived after 35 minutes but Ord was wrong.

Table was dirty, no one came to clear glasses or wipe down table. Bar staff were nice and helpful. Manager pulled up staff about wiping the bar and asked the staff if they had cloths to do this while we were standing at bar waiting for service. We were embarrassed for the servers who were really good. The dinners had no veg, just meat n chips except the odd pea which was hidden under chips. One dinner had to be chased up and then brought by bar staff, the order was not complete except for another escaped couple of peas in a plant pot of chips?. Eaten in many Weatherspoons regularly and have had no issues, will not return to this one. Really disappointed.

A perfect score, food has been consistently spot on every time and at a great price. Surroundings are stylish and in good condition, a beautiful place with great staff.

Just wanted to let you know how fantastic the service was at Justice Mill this afternoon with my friend. Ross, the waiter, was incredibly polite and kind was very touched by his service a delightful surprise! The fish and chips were absolutely delicious, and the rest of the staff were wonderful as well, but Ross truly shone. Thank you very Ross for making our visit so pleasant!

It's okay for me until later at night when it becomes very busy and noisy. Cheap though.

Staff had a terrible attitude, slow to attend, unhelpful and looked unapproachable. Food was cremated, so much so that the bacon could not be eaten . I had a bacon roll, what I did eat left an awful taste in my mouth. My daughter had the cooked breakfast, she left most of it. Bacon was black and toast not much better.

This bar gets jam packed every night, so trying to get yourself served can be well challenging. Age range of punters are mixed at all times. The quality of food is not the greatest. Wetherspoons has a reputation for cheaper food, but over time the quality has just went down with it. They have a weird policy on alcohoplic drinks w/ food. My girlfriend was once told that she couldn't have a prosseco with her food because it wasn't classed as an alcoholic beverage which is a bit odd.

We recently had dinner at Wetherspoon and ordered our food online beforehand to ensure we would receive it before the kitchen closed. Upon our arrival, a staff member approached us, recognized our order, as we were the last customers. She requested to see our ID, which only one of us had. Consequently, she asked the rest of us to stay outside and pick up the food as takeaway, which we understood and accepted. However, we had also ordered beer, which the staff member stated we could neither take away nor receive a refund for. This seemed unreasonable; if we couldn't receive the beer, a refund should have been offered. The staff member's response was argumentative and somewhat rude, leaving us no choice but to leave the beer behind. When we took our food, the staff member assured us that everything we ordered was included. However, due to her rudeness, my friend was too upset to thoroughly check the order on the spot. Upon arriving home, we got to know that one item was missing. Additionally, the packaging of the wet wipes was substandard, as they were placed in a way that allowed them to soak in the sauce. This kind of packaging is unacceptable and disappointing. This isn't the first time my friends and I have faced issues with Wetherspoon. While I have no complaints about the food's taste, the service and packaging need significant improvement.

Large very tasty full Scottish breakfast @ a very reasonable price & much enjoyed. Good & quick service. Mix of all ages which promotes a good atmosphere. Disabled toilets immaculate. Will definitely go again during the day.

Why don't I go to this Wetherspoons? Small glasses for water. Archibald Simpsons is not doing food today. The ordering system here was chaotic. OK, I am being a bit harsh! But seriously! Small glasses for water? (My breakfast had been given to someone else first. He gave it to me. I was not entirely happy to have a second hand breakfast. The lady did ask me if the food was OK, and I said yes. But in truth it was cold.

Went to Justice Mill for a pint with the gal pals and Rona served us with such a positive attitude and provided a welcoming experience. Great service even greater drinks!

Nice clean central bar restaurant. Very reasonably priced drinks and food. Service was also very good. We especially enjoyed the bacon sandwiches. Sorry we didn't get a chance to experience the other dishes. Would visit again

Been out and about aberdeen ,no food what I know off but if only for a drink go to Wilson bar £3.15 a pint

On a family trip and decided to pop in for a quick breakfast. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, we sat down and ordered an American breakfast and a Scottish breakfast with a potato muffin. It was delicious! Thank you so much!

im watching what i eat right now for cholestarol so i opted for the vegan pizza,no cheese, got to say it was the best pizza i can remember having ,thin n crispy, cooked to perfection. dropping a star off because the place is poorly lit these days and i would like to see staff wiping the tables when vacated .

Avoid, after being served a luke warm curry with a half a spoon of rice and a couple of oil drenched poppadum, a freezing cold (not even tepid) apple crumble and custard, couldn’t even microwave a crumble, when handed back to a Team member to complain I was asked if I wanted it putting back in the microwave, not even an apology 😔👎🏻

Was having a good night with my mates. Then I went up for a drink, the woman at the bar lacked customer service skills and was very rude. She had a very bad dye job that is her only distinguishing feature. Really bad, her black with streaks of white or blonde feck knows what her “vision” was

Decided to have a night cap of a gin and tonic yet no tonic, wow never heard such a thing, the size of this place and no tonic.

In need of a good clean, tables were sticky, heating surely not working as fan heaters everywhere

Unfortunately, after two years of coming here every weekend for breakfast, I have decided to stop coming. If you come to drink it's great but unfortunately the food (breakfast) is lamentable, the quality has gone down and if they don't serve reheated food they serve it cold. It's a shame that the quality has gone down and the price has gone up.

The food was shocking. The breakfast looked like it had been lying under a hot plate for a week. The baked potato was dry inside and the salad was withered. When we complained about it we were offered replacement dishes which we refused but we were not offered a refund or a discount on the bill which was already paid in advance of ordering. Not recommended

If you go to the toilet be sure to take your drink with you. I left mine and returned to an empty table! Enquired at the bar, to be asked if I told anyone I was going to the loo! Any unattended drinks are cleared. I asked for a replacement but was refused. Appalling customer service.

Popped in for a drink today discovered they have a decent selection of reasonably priced craft beers from local brewery Fierce. Limited food menu currently as the kitchen is being refurbished. Friendly staff.

I've always believed wetherspoons has had a great selection of food a drink considering the price. My husband coined the phrase 'dump and run' when dropping our kids at school. This was definitely my experience today. Ordered on the app and the female manager on duty literally threw our drinks at us with no acknowledgement of our existence and ran.

Arrived at 11:30 am with 12 people for breakfast. Went straight in and ordered at bar for breakfast. I ordered smashed avacado muffin with poached eggs, 3 people after me ordered eggs Benedict and was told there was no eggs. 4th person ordered and was able to get eggs? Also told there was no beans on toast, and wasn’t allowed to order toast on side as they had to keep the toast for full breakfasts??? The manager stood beside the man serving us at the desk and was laughing / smirking when we were asking what they actually had left that we could order. Also, customers went up after us and were able to get the things we wanted to order but we could not order as there was none. Service was absolutely appalling. The manager came over to give out two stacks of pancakes we had ordered, and sighed and tutted whilst serving food , blowing his lips together while serving pancakes, acting very unprofessionally and very unhygienic. Took over 40 minutes to get all breakfasts out; eg fruit, pancakes, porridge. Nothing too strenuous or hard to make which would justify taking so long. Very disappointed in our visit to Wetherspoons. Manager very very unprofessional. Manager came over with all the receipts due to us missing 2 plates of pancakes, and a fruit bowl. walked away shaking his head after us explaining.

The Budweiser had a really bad taste of chemicals in it. Got it changed no problem but the second one was just as bad, first time this has ever happened to me in a wetherspoons, had to leave the beer, but it won't put me of wetherspoons.

Came here on my own, it's 1 of 2 Wetherspoons in the heart of Aberdeen along with The Archibald Simpson a short distance away. It's another decent Wetherspoons, staff are being attentive & the food quality is great.

I visit regularly for a swift one after work, the staff treat me as family, erin, ross1 and Ross, lynsey, Jayden, Collin, Mel, beks, charlie, Mark and Ryan all the best!
