Ordered a jumbo fish supper and it's the worst I've had for a long time. The fish batter was soggy the fish was grey and the chips were soggy. So I took it back in, handed it to the frier saying I'm giving you this back, it's the worst I've ever had. Without missing a beat he took the bag from me, threw it on the floor and continued speaking with one of the young lads. No question to inquire what the issue was, nothing, which made me think this must be a common occurrence there.

Disappointing service. Ordered a hot chocolate with no cream, and was given a hot chocolate with cream. Politely pointed this out- the lady working the till offered to remake it with no fuss. I then proceeded to overhear a rather rude discussion between staff on the issue with me the customer in earshot, and when I collected the new drink and said thank you, I was completely ignored by the staff I directed it to.

Gran parada para ciclistas. Gran café y pastel. Personal amable. Gran menú de almuerzo. Sin duda recomendaría una visita. .

The nicest, kindest people work here. My son and I are very happy. It was nice from the moment we entered the hotel because we were greeted by nice gentlemen and one little gentleman, helpful with suitcases, bags, took us to the door of the room, explaining everything on the way. The lady who asked me and my son the next day if we were comfortable or overcame if the room suits us. It makes you want to come back here!!!

My stay at this hotel was truly haunting. Never before have I felt so uneasy being in a hotel. I understand that at £44 for two people I can't ask for much.... But Christ it was unreal how awful everything was. The room was filthy with residue in the toilet, hair on the shower floor. And a lovely view of a stone wall outside. A lick of paint to cover up the stains on the wall is the least you could possibly ask for. Never mind all the stains from coffee mugs everywhere, with the surfaces still being sticky. No hot water in the room either, I felt violated just being in the shower with the piddly water pressure from it. Also everything smelled odd?? And the service from the receptionist was ridiculous. When asking where our room is all we were told was "it's in the next building upstairs, look for it in there" barely any manners. An absolutely revolting hotel unworthy of it's 3 star rating.....
