Yo y otros 3 tuvimos una fantástica estancia de 1 noche con desayuno incluido. La habitación estaba limpia, fresca y espaciosa, las camas eran extremadamente cómodas y la ducha era potente. ¡No tienes que pedir un secador de pelo! WiFi funcionó bien y en más de un dispositivo de forma gratuita. El desayuno era caliente y fresco con muchas opciones y los vales de café costa gratis fueron muy bienvenidos. El personal era amable y servicial, y recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar y esperamos volver.

Nos hemos alojado en el Jury's Inn muchas veces y comimos tanto el desayuno como la noche, recientemente tuvimos una comida solo un sábado por la noche, muy buena comida y un personal atento, un entorno confortable y mucho que ver cuando estás solo.

Maravilloso sándwich de aguacate y sopa de lentejas. Servicio super veloz. Un entorno muy hospitalario y amable. Ava y Brigita fueron geniales! La única razón por la que le doy una calificación de 3 estrellas es el rasgado, advertir muebles! Por favor reemplazarlo de inmediato. Realmente le quita su alta calificación de estrellas, atractivo atractivo y su negocio. Thx un millón.

Pensamos que esto podría ser caro, pero nos alegramos de haberlo probado, ya que era excelente. Todo lo que teníamos era delicioso y el personal era muy amable y acogedor.

Mesa reservada para 10 para una tardía celebración de bodas de oro con la familia. A su llegada, un directivo en entrenamiento le dijo que el restaurante solo se usaba para desayunos y que había instalado una fila de 5 mesas para 2 mesas en medio de un bar muy concurrido y ruidoso. Él no estaba para cambiar eso. A Duty Manger colocó una mesa en el restaurante. Decir que el servicio era horrible es insuficiente. El vino se colocó en la mesa para que nos sirviéramos. Cuando pudimos encontrar a alguien, teníamos que preguntar si preguntaban a nuestros huéspedes si querían otra bebida. Uno de nuestros entrantes había sido olvidado y cuando llegó cuando estábamos a mitad de la nuestra, la excusa era que estaban esperando que el queso burbujeara. Llegaron los platos principales y dos de ellos llegaron con los recipientes listos para las papas fritas, pero no las papas fritas. Tuvimos que reír y sacar lo mejor de todo, aunque nuestra noche estaba arruinada. Tomaron el costo del vino de la cuenta sin tener que pedir una disculpa. Esto es una pena porque el comedor es encantador y no hay problema con la comida que es buena. Vamos Jurys Inn, haz que se pongan de acuerdo.

Very friendly staff in all areas of Jurys Inn Excellent breakfast with great choice perfect start to day . Bar staff equally efficient

Booked this hotel due to the location (city centre) for Hen Weekend. Staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotle was fab. Clean modern (bed's were amazing to sleep in). Highly recommend this place to stay, and will definitely be back.

We were staying in the hotel and went for a snack and coffee. They had no decaf and sandwich consisted of 2 slices of white bread in a wooden box withe no plates or cutlery proveded. The sandwich alone cost £7.50!!!!

4 of us stopped in for lunch today. Waited 20 minutes to get served. Ordered 1 coffee,1 coke, 1 water and a pineapple juice. 2 fish and chips 1 sandwich and 1 burger £59. Coffee was cold as I got that before the other 3 drinks. The pulled pork sandwich was lacking in pork and the fish was of the cheapest quality. I’ve been in the hospitality trade for 30 years and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Out with friends ordered a round of drinks and total was double order only noticed it when scrutinised the paper bill at table then unable to gentrified on card and was forced to take a second round rather than be reimbursed due to till technicalities, buyers beware!! Cocktails are good though and wasn't too over crowded.

Nice hotel. Central to aberdeen. Right beside railway station.lovely breakfast good choice. Easy to get to

We had an overnight stay in Jurys Inn visiting friends and found the location, next to the station, very convenient. Rooms are quite small but adequate for a short stay. We had a room over the shopping centre which was quiet. The bar was busy but comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all but adequate.

This is obviously part of the Hotel and in the Heart of Union Square entering the Restaurant you passa couple of alternative better looking Franchised Restaurants that appeared busier and sofisticated and more fun . I was met by very friendly Bar Staff who offered their recommendations from the menu and Took my Order. In all honestly the Menu is the same as the Airport Jurys but appears more exspensive. When the Food arrived it was the same overprised Quality as we have seen before The thick cut ships had neen substituted for a bucket of French fries. Food was cooked Ok but a thin Ribeye Frozen chips a rocket for £20+ Really !! The Bar is featurless with TV's showing the Football on this evening. If Jurys want to get down to this standard they should take a look at others doing it better for less.

Pleasant comfortable surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff team. However the restaurant is (currently?) shut and meals are served in the bar. We both had steaks and although nicely presented with good sauces they were both significantly over done.

Had a few drinks and a baguette. £10 for baguette was expensive but it was really nice. Prompt service. Very clean.

Arrived at the jury's inn restaurant and had to stand about 5 mins until someone acknowledged we were looking to be served, table akready booked and we were seated promptly, staff very attentaive and welcoming, drinks very reasonable, arrived promptly, order for dinner burger and chips, rather disappointing to find chips average and burger very dry. Great atmosphere, very mixed room between drinking guests, with low tables and couple of dining tables mixed, would not rush back.

Tuvimos una comida aquí con algunos amigos para una fiesta de cumpleaños, ya que estaban alojados en el hotel. Bastante concurrido bar y zona de comedor. Tuve que le faltaba para comenzar calamares en aderezos. Tuve una hamburguesa para los principales, que era normal, muy muy seco. En general estuvo bien, pero sin duda hay lugares mejores para comer en la ciudad.

Decepcionado no había una zona de comedor, sentados en el bar con mujeres de borrachos. La comida estaba bien, pero no excelente, he comido mejor en otro sitio más barato. No es bueno para una cena romántica.

"tibia" selección de comida en un plato frío no es lo que esperaba. Me alojé dos noches pero era tan desanime día uno de desayuno que yo me limité a un desayuno continental para el día dos. Buen café salvó de ser una experiencia totalmente decepcionante. En la cena de una hamburguesa en 15 libras era bastante caro pero muy sabroso y caliente!

한국에서 단체로 여행갔어요. 7시30분 예정대로 아침 식사 시간에 로비 왼편 안쪽에 있는 식당으로 갔습니다. 담당하는 아가씨가 로비 왼편의 팝 식당으로 가서 8시까지 기다리고 합니다. 8시까지 기다렸다가 들어갔습니다. 완전히 한국 단체 손님만을 위하여 따로 준비한 것 같았습니다. 좋습니다. 그러나 일반투숙객이 가는 아침식당과 내용이 많이 비교됩니다. 마치 차별하는듯한 인상까지 받았습니다.

Well presented and cooked to ones liking. If anything on the servery runs out, just bring it to attention of the waiting staff and it will be replenished immediately with a minimum wait.

We booked rooms as we were attending a party in Aberdeen...ages ranged from 9years to 78 years! Rooms were of a high standard, bar had a great atmosphere and staff were helpful and friendly.There was a great choice of food at Breakfast.Would recommend to friends.

Liked the frugal breakfast spread very much. Nice choice at a very reasonable price. But may be it was reasonable for hotel guests. Do check.

Called in for a quick lunch as other places were all full. Reasonable menu at slightly higher than average prices. Service fairly good, selection reasonable.

Tonight is 29 February which is very special for all of us and having dinner in Jurys Inn Resturant with warm reception of beauty Karolina make it even unforgettable night of the year. She is polite, kind and know how to make your meal with best choice of day in menu. I have not seen any reason to don't recommend this Resturant. If you are in Aberdeen make your reservation and be sure that Karolina is in charge.

The hotel is well run and the staff friendly and helpful. Looking at the décor and the room it could do with a refurbishment. There was a plug socket hanging loose in the room with missing plaster behind, the bathroom handle fell off and the paintwork is scratched and discoloured. The room rate isn't cheap. A supper tray arrived with no cutlery - its the detail which makes the difference. Breakfast wasn't bad but this is not what I would call a comfortable hotel. I chose it as it was conveniently situated right next to the train station and I was catching an early train the following morning.

Checked in at the restaurant at a late evening visit for a small dinner meal. More or less alone in the restaurant, but got nice and friendly service along with a good meal (fried chicken breast) served by the Chief. Recommendable.

Faisant parti d'un voyage organisé nous avons profité du restaurant de l'hôtel pour le repas du soir. La nourriture était bonne et suffisamment servie. Le service était effectué par un serveur à partir d'une desserte proche des tables. Etant habitué à aller chercher ses boissons au bar nous restions dans l'ambiance :-)

I stayed two nights and was well looked-after. The staff are friendly and the rooms comfortable, It's conveniently located close to the railway station.

Our stay at Jurys Inn included dinner on one night. It was delicious and a good choice of courses. We had 3 courses which included fishcake with a poached egg starter, A large fillet of sea bream with fondant potatoes and a cheese board. It is worth paying for , if you have to!

In our opinion this is the best value for money hotel in Aberdeen. Friendly helpful staff, great food and good bar. What more could you want adjacent to the railway station

The restaurant offers a chef's special for dinner on top of the usual menu. Food items from the bar menu can be ordered from the restaurant too. Love the mushroom ravioli, sticky toffee pudding and cream and chicken tikka masala.

The staff were very friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. The food was served promptly and hot and tasty.

Stayed for one night when through to see Shrek with family and friends. Lovely clean rooms, staff all very friendly and pleasant. We had ordered breakfast, lovely choice of breakfast from cooked and continental. Hotel is very central with being in union square. Will be back soon

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and included the breakfast and the dinner option when I booked. Visiting the restaurant each morning for breakfast and evening for dinner I always found the staff friendly, attentive and professional. At breakfast there was an adequate selection of cold and hot food and the food was replenished frequently. In the evening for dinner I was allocated a table in front of the large window and the view overlooked the street. The meal was well presented and tasty and I had no complaints. I would take the dinner and breakfast option again when booking as I found the food was value for the price I paid.

There isnt a great selection.I ordered steak and chips at £17 asking for no mushrooms onion rings and tomato, was not offered any salad or veg to replace, I counted 6 chips which were not home made chunky chips as stated but dried up oven chips. The steak was cooked well but being chargrilled there was a strong taste of burn. The waitress asked me how the meal was and when I replied that it wasnt very good, but no offer to change or replace or refund was given, she seemed new and confused and tried to take payment for the meal before it had been served, Very strange I thought, what If I wanted pudding? Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt pay to eat there again. Very disappointed.

This was just a lunchtime bar meal. It was OK, service was slow and food was average pub grub. It fulfilled the need to let us sit and have a chat with friends but that is all.

We dropped by for a drink before going to the cinema, the seats near the windows are filthy and I mean it, lots in blackish grease from the workers, it was all over the soft seating areas, the whole lot needs throwing our, apart from that the drink is very expensive, but I assume they cater for the oil workers by the look of the seats ,

Went here for dinner with a friend and we were left totally disappointed and not satisfied. Our order was taken quickly but in all, for a starter and main, we were here for almost 2 hours and not because we were chatting over a drink! The service was horribly slow and pretty awful. I was served soup with no spoon and after trying to catch the waitresses eye for some time who just stood at the desk chatting, I was forced to go over to them and ask for the cutlery. The starters were not hot enough but after waiting 45 mins for them, chose not to return. The main took a further 45 mins after clearing the starters away and these too were not hot enough and just were not good quality or enjoyable. I am disappointed that no one from the hotel has taken the time to acknowledge the comments card we completed at the time after we made a point of handing in to the reception desk. There are far better places in the shopping centre to eat who charge half the price too so try there if you are staying in the hotel

I did not stay in the hotel but went for a meal. The food was very average, pretty bland and on the whole cold. We had to wait a very long time for the food to be served and when it was, had to chase the waitress for cutlery to have the soup! The head waitress came to the table to apologise for the delay after we had waited for over half an hour for the main course. It wasn't worth waiting for either which just added insult to injury. I'm also very disappointed that, after completing the comments card with all of the issues we had, jury's have not been in touch with an acknowledgement or any comments.

Jurys Inn serverer nydelig frokost hver morgen og det lønner seg faktisk å spise på hotellet. Vi spiste også middag og det er deilig mat og god servering. Vi får mye for pengene her.

Staff here were very nice and attentive, there is a relaxed atmosphere even though situated at the shops and station. In the bar you can sit and look out and people coming and going but feel you are well away from any hustle and bustle. Was during the week visit and didn't feel rushed to move from table.

We had to change the fish (white) to a salmon which turned out so so using the white fish recipe. The chef should have thought about that and better adapted the recipe with the salmon.

As a hotel that attracts a lot of oil related people they don't need to try as hard. Recommend eating out

After wandering for ages looking for lunch everywhere was very busy so arriving here to find only 4 tables occupied we decided it was our best bet. WRONG ! Our order was taken quickly but we waited 45 minutes for a toasted panini and a burger both of which were of POOR quality ,for these ,a prosecco and a desorono cranberry we paid £30 NEVER AGAIN posh hotel but your food and speed of service is just BAD.

Went here for lunch and my eyes were opened to a new level of let's just say disgust !!! Now where do I start ordered Tuna mayo sandwich fries ..... Got it and right away could see the bread was not fresh it was different in colour .... And HARD round edges the tuna tasted awful and the chips were frozen!! Oh that's not the end the crisps which are on the plate next to this so called sandwich were 100% OFF just like the rest of the food.. So the waiter give him some credit did come over and ask if everthing was ok and I explained and that was it . NO MANAGER COME OVER NO OFFER OF REFUND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING PATHETIC Make up your own choice but by looking its defo needing sorted by past comments Enjoy

I met my son here for lunch and was very disappointed. The service was SO slow and there was always a queue at the bar, either to settle the bill, buy drinks or order a meal. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be table service but the staff were not attentive at all. A few smiles would go a long way too. My steak at £17 was mostly tough and fatty although my son seemed to enjoy his. It's also the first time I have garlic butter poured from a wee jug. Ugh!For a city centre place they need to speed up and get a grip, it wasn't as though it was very busy.

was booked in during a business trip.... so glad I wasn't paying for the food.. although I will be giving feedback to my company about the food and service... starter and main arrived at the same time... I sent the main back... it eventually came out... I swear it was the same plate of food kept warm... staff very apologetic.... but this isn't the first time I have had a bad experience in the hotel restaurant... I could eat elsewhere, but after a long day, I can't be bothered finding somewhere else, just easier to eat where I'm staying ...hotel is let down by the restaurant.

My wife and I booked into jury's Inn last week for a pre-cinema dinner as part of our anniversary. When we arrived there was no record of our reservation. Eventually we were given a table. Our order was taken. Salad, 2 burgers and 2 drinks. After a few mins the waitress came back to ask what salad we had ordered (!). A few minutes later I was asked how i would like my burger. Medium/rare or well done. I said medium/rare only to be told 5 mins later they could not do it that way (!!!!). When it came the chips were cold and soggy. The burger - ordered without mayo - were both splattered in mayo. I complained and all the staff I spoke to were very reasonable and apologetic but it did not address the poor quality of the experience. Never again!!!!!
