Just had a munchy box for 2. Absolutely brilliant. Loads of food in 2 boxes, really nice chips & kebab meat. Service was quick and friendly. If I lived closer I'd be in every week.

Won't accept cash ... then won't accept cards. I tried to get a coffee here a few weeks ago and tried to pay cash as my phone had died. They told me they couldn't accept cash - only card payments. I was annoyed and disappointed. Today I ordered a coffee to be told they can only take cash as their card reader isn't working. I'm now very annoyed and very disappointed.

We often visit the garden centre to break our journey often purchasing items from the shop and plants and leaving with a coffee to go. This was our last visit !!! I asked for 2 sausage rolls but changed mind after ascertaining the price ? Was shocked by the smirking by the member of staff at my change of mind. Then when I picked up my to go flat white coffees 1 cup was much lighter than the other and queried the difference and was told that’s how they come. One cup 2/3rds full and one 1/4 full. After stating again that’s how it is the asst. said I could put milk in ? Even when asked why one so empty and the other not she went off and grumbled to another colleague I was left both disappointed and angry by the behaviours and service and just wanted out. It lead me to view reviews, which summed up my experiences. Please don’t bother responding with the apparent usual response as clearly nothing is done to resolve the root causes and your reviews will no doubt continue on decline

Local to the area and have been going for years however service and quality both deteriorated more recently. Arrived at 945 this morning and waited 45 minutes for 1 breakfast to arrive at table despite asking after 30 minutes if everything was ok. Poached eggs and avacado on toast - minimal ‘avacado spread’ which didn’t appear fresh and very over cooked poached eggs. Really want to support the team and local business but won’t be going back! Rest of table had scones / coffees which were nice but not good enough to justify the wait and overall service.

Disappointing, on two counts. The first was that although I said I was eating there (not taking it away), I was still given takeaway crockery including a plastic cup. I NEVER use single-use plastic cups. I either take my own mug, or go without. But also, there was no recycling bin! It was just one dustbin, and people were putting aluminium cans and plastic and rubbish all in together. The second disappointment was that on a blazing hot day, when I thought I would treat myself to a £4 iced coffee... it was barely cold, let alone iced! It was lukewarm, basically. Having said that, the toasted sandwich was nice - they had granary bread, which made it much more substantial and nutritious. The 'salad' was a bit meagre (a few bits of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber) and might better have been called a 'garnish'. The salad was only £1 extra, but really I would rather have paid a bit more and got a bit more. It's really not hard to buy these things these days. A tub of coleslaw from Lidl's would pay for itself with one customer! I went in with such high hopes, as it was a lovely day and a lovely location, but I won't go back. It's just not worth the money.

Did not stay in the hotel. But visited the Potting shed Bistro in the grounds. Highly recommend the quaint little potting shed bistro in the grounds of the Roman Camp Hotel. Unique ambience, lovely food and great staff. In my view the best place to dine out in Callander.

If your call is diverted to a man with a thick, foreign accent and he invites you another hotel, near the station, do not go under any circumstances.

Called i one evening before going to theatre just for a drink. Only 2 or 3 others in the bar who clearly had too much of something and language was choice to say the least and went unchallenged by the staff on duty. I will not return.

There is absolutely no reason for not cooking on demand this applies to all the Harry Ramsdens at all the service stations throughout the UK. You would have much more repeat business Customers do not mind paying for quality ever but object vehemently to over cooked past it's best. I couldn't even ascertain if they where good quality ingredients that where badly executed. Purchased the breakfast in advance via the Days Inn but I would advise them not to push thisAvoid at all costs
