The best restaurants serving British food in Lowlands

Absolutely an amazing Greggs so clean and the staff are amazing they are always smiling and serve at an amazing pace , the food was lovey as well as the atmosphere

my family and I went for lunch here, we were a bit worried after reading the previous reviews. however glad we never paid any attention to them as its a real hidden gem. The cafe is not everyones taste as a bit retro, however we loved it! tea served in a tea pot with cup and saucer and the staff were very welcoming and chatty, nothing a problem, ppe worn by staff and all track and trace carried out. menu limited but has everything you need. we will be back when in the area and lockdown allows.

terrible chips. some were partially cooked.didnt look fresh. over priced for the size of portions. if i hadnt walked bk to my car a gd distance away,i wouldvde taken them bk. disguisting.threw in bin. avoid!!
