Great hotel. very "british". We spent three nights there. Very generous and good breakfast (with Haggis as an option, we are in Scotland :-)). Nice room. Very good "Room service" ("very attentive"). Pet friendly (see photo).

Beautiful hotel. Excellent rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was fantastic. Restaurant serves excellent food. Friendly staff who were extremely helpful. A wonderful place to stay just outside the city centre.

A charming little hotel located in the center of Inverness. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the food is excellent. Thank you to the young man who served us in the evening with professionalism and kindness. I recommend the establishment.

Very friendly and typical hotel with a real pub offering a wide choice of beers as well as whiskey, gin, etc. and everything is regional but also from elsewhere. Great location if you want to be close to the city. Lots of pubs and restaurants. But also very well located for getting around by car because it is close to the center but ideally located for going out and about. Regarding the breakfast I am a little disappointed. We offer you small boxes of cereals and jams but you have to pay for the bread 🤷‍♀️. The people are very friendly, welcoming and caring. I highly recommend it because it is a unique and magnificent experience! Thank you very much 🤍💙

We stayed at this hotel and had dinner in their restaurant. They offered a £35 two course or a £43 three course meal. The brown crab and smoked haddock risotto was inedible. I knew I was in for trouble went the waiter brought over this yellow, indistinguishable mess. Gelatinous is not an adjective that should be used to describe risotto, but that was the consistency. There was absolutely no taste. I have tasted baby food with more flavor. To make matters worse, there was what appeared to be hard, uncooked spaghetti sprinkled on top. The prawns in the shrimp cocktail were still frozen solid. Coupled with the uncooked spaghetti on the risotto, it made me wonder whether the chef had a relative who was a dentist and was trying to drum up some business for him or her. A few of us ordered steak cooked medium rare. I will let the images attached speak for themselves. The floating island dessert was the only edible part of the meal. It was a meringue with coconut sorbet and tropical fruit. If not for this saving grace, I would have given this restaurant a zero ranking even though Trip Advisor doesn’t allow this.

La comida era excelente tenía piel de cullen y pegajoso pudín de café mi esposa tenía macarrones con queso y un personal de ensaladas eran excelentes leña fuego y el personal y los clientes cuidaron de mi perro también estuvo aquí el año pasado y la comida y las porciones eran encantadoras mantener el buen trabajo no hay quejas de nosotros

This restaurant is the best around , staff are super and extremely helpful , special mention to john and kayleigh for there attention and personal touch . Food was tremendous and would highly recommend , thanks guys

Encontré este gran café por pura casualidad. (anuncia mas chicos). 5 por lo que fue, con mucho, el mejor desayuno que he tenido. Viajé a lo largo y ancho de Escocia y Heather que me sirvió fue fantástica. Acogedor cálido amable Ps Annika era encantadora

My husband came across this pub by chance and I’m so glad he did. The welcome we received was lovely . We ate here three times and the food was delicious and great value. They have karaoke on a Friday which was an absolute blast! My husband loves a karaoke! You couldn’t find a more welcoming place. The staff are superb . Thank you to you all . Highly recommend

Waited over 5 minutes to be seated with many staff members just walking straight past and not even acknowledging us. We were eventually seated and given menus. The waitress explained that there would be a 35 minute wait for food. This we accepted, however after waiting a further 20 minutes without an order being taken, we walked out. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, Lots of empty tables. Won’t be back.
