My no1 spot for lunch in Inverness. The staff are first class and despite how busy they are they go out of their way to get me a weecorner. Especially john and Donald.

Je krijgt hier waar voor je geld, heerlijke smothered chicken en lekkere lasagne. Snelle service, enige wat voor ons een keer anders was is dat je aan de bar besteld in plaats van aan tafel. Aardige bediening waaronder John en ook zonder reservering konden wij hier terecht.

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from the staff at this restaurant, especially Johnny.  Their professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to our visits each time we eat at the restaurant. We have began coming every Sunday for a considerable time now due to the amazing Sunday Carvery which is hard to beat for taste, the variety and abundance of food, and we are left feeling thoroughly satisfied on every visit. We want to thank Johnny for going above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience is always perfect. His genuine hospitality and impeccable service makes all the difference,  and he is an absolute gem. We have been to many similar restaurants, but this one truly stands out. The attention to detail and commitment to guest service sets it apart from the rest, the old restaurant exceeded all my expectations. You do not often find a place where every element comes together so perfectly. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone we encounter, and if Johnny is on duty, he will ensure you're well looked after

Donald and his team were so welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. We had the carvery and can honestly say, it's the best carvery I have had for a long time! Plenty to pick from. Big shout out to Johnny and Leah who were the main ones we dealt with. Will definitely be back

My family a group of 17 went for Sunday carvery, we couldn't fault a thing, pricing was very good. Staff excellent, serviced with a smile and very helpful as it was my aunties birthday. I dropped cake earlier in the day and they kept it in the fridge took it out singing happy birthday and also very kindly gave her a gift. Food was hot very tasty and big helpings of meats.

We come every Sunday for the carvery with one of our patients, the service we receive is exceptional, Jonny is so thoughtful, professional and just such a nice guy, always going the extra mile, he is such a credit to your company, Thanks Jonny!!!

Excellent Sunday Carvery as always. Delicious food and excellent customer service. We have been attending regularly for years and would recommend to anyone looking for a Sunday Lunch. Very reasonably priced and staff are all lovely and help create an enjoyable experience.

Visited several times for breakfast in the last year when travelling. Has been OK, however latest visit everything was bland and beige. Visited for Sunday carvery. Open for breakfast but closed when arriving at 5 to twelve. Queued waiting til 12 to get in, then had to queue again to validate parking on entry, then as to queue again at bar to order and pay for food and drinks, while the person taking order is also making drinks, so took about 15 minutes to get in and sat down. Crazy system. Also, upon finally getting in, at least 2 people were already inside drinking, so not sure why the rest of us have to wait outside til 12. Food from the carvery was pleasant enough

We visited while on a short break to Inverness. Choice of food was good,although service was slow we enjoyed our meal with drinks.

After a long day's drive and work all you need is a nice tea how wrong was I I got the meal deal starter was battered cauliflower was from frozen then deep fried then got the mixed grill think all that was put in the deep fat fryer good job work paid for it because I left ¾ of it had a walk to mcdonalds to get rid of the taste booked in for breakfast don't think I will bother trying that

Terrible! If I consult give zero points I would. Drove here from home for dinner. Was eyed with suspicion from the second I walked in the door as if I was immediately putting them to great inconvenience by daring to try to dine with them. Answered several screening questions including whether I was staying in a nearby hotel (?!) and if I had a reservation. To be clear, I’ve seen busier morgues. About 3 tables in this vast empty restaurant actually taken. One couple at a nearby table sat back and gawped at the interaction. The guy screening my worthiness went off to confer with a highly important bar staff lady, who after conferring decided they couldn’t be bothered to serve me. I was flat out refused service with NO apology or explanation. Upon pressing them for a reason - I was shouted at from across the way by the beady eyed female bar staff who was clearly up for a chollenge and super passive aggressive - again the critical question of whether I was staying at the nearby hotel. At this point, after casting my eye around the utterly vacant restaurant, I said not to bother. Cue glaring from the female bar staff and more gawping from the solitary table seated nearby enjoying the show of a potential customer attempting to get a table for dinner in this alleged restaurant. I live nearby and have been meaning to try this place out for ages. Well now I know! Can’t be bothered actually providing the service for which they are supposed to be in the business of providing. Unfortunately I’ve seen this time and again throughout the Highlands - I’m shocked we have any tourists. Appalling, lazy, service with zero customer service or courtesy, hours and staffing to suit businesses and not customer demand and a level of rudeness that relies on being the only or limited option in the region. No wonder this place has no customers. No surprises nor sympathy when it inevitably goes bust and bleats about going under. Avoid at all costs!!!

Had a lovely lunch at Brewers Fayre whilst catching up with friends. Food was good, cocktails were great, and as always, service was fab (well done Leah and Donald).

Family dinner out. Ordered chicken and ham pie, smotherd chicken burger and trio of pies. Food arrived promptly hot and very good as expected. The service was great food delivered with a smile. For dessert I would recommend the Chocolate nibbles Sundae, good value for money. I would recommend this restaurant great staff lead by John, always cheerful and happy to serve and will be back there soon.

Nice setting and fantastic food, friendly and attentive staff. Extensive and inexpensive menu. Mix grill was the meal of choice and it was outstanding. Various meal deals and kids often eating free. Great soft play area for the kids as well can't go wrong.

Every year the highland breast care association have our Xmas dinner and one again we were treated to excellent service, good food and friendly attentive staff, special thanks to John for overseeing everything. Thanks again see you next year

Though I haven't been here since last December on entering tonight I was greeted by John Morrison who remembered us from previous visits. Though BF was busy John found us a table and quickly we got served our drinks and food order taken. Faultless service! Great competitive prices, loads of choices for everyone's tastebuds. We were served very promptly fantastic food, and excellent portion sizes, and thanks to all amazing efficient staff that came to check we were satisfied with our food throughout our courses & used dishes quickly cleared from our table. The restaurant was warm, clean and comfortable. It was welcoming and decorated tastefully (& not OTT) for christmas and in the background christmas tunes played to get us all I the festive mood, though music played it wasn't loud so you could chat without shouting to your companion at the table. At no point did we feel rushed to eat up and to get out even though the establishment was busy. As I always say "we'll be back again soon". Highly recommend this place for a meal 5🌟 everything!
