The best restaurants serving British food in Glasgow City Glasgow and Surrounding

We called in on two occasions and had food which on both occasions was enjoyable. This is a City centre bar and as a result is full. On the first occasion we just called in and were able to get a table. On the second occasion we booked a table as we thought, and were proved right, that being a Friday night it would be busy. The food was lovely and the drinks too. Good bar, despite being busy.

Really accommodating with our daughter. Rachael was amazing. Really great experience.

Always great food And atmosphere

We had coffee and cake there recently. The cakes were superb as was the coffee. Very good service too. Nice atmosphere and busy.

Really enjoyed the bottle of Malbec we shared . Burger delicious and salt& chilli fries always a winner. Service is brilliant, friendly and considerate

Very cold building! Decent food, but would only return on warm days or if they got the heating sorted

Super place and very good fun! Expensive but worth the experience. They do various options for no alcohol and children as they can’t have dry ice added to the drinks Central location. Good available, but only stayed for drinks. Have been to Manchester and Liverpool branches, and this one was great.

Stumbled across this little gem after exiting the car park opposite. Nice bright & vibrant interior. Managed to snaffle one of the little booth like tables & seating. Nice high backed leather look seats. Very comfortable. Nice friendly & welcoming staff. Good variety of meals, sandwiches & snacks on offer st very reasonable prices. We opted for a BLT & an egg & bacon roll with two pots of tea. Did just the job.

If I could give more than fiver stars. I would.

I like this place. I've only been a handful of times but I like it's vibes. Music at the ideal volume to allow for beers and a good chat with friends. Simplicity done well.

Bit disappointed seeing as came here for an evening carvery two days in a row, only to find it shut, even when the hours on Google claim it's still open until 9PM. First showed up on Tuesday, only to find its shut monday and Tuesday all day (picture 1). Showed up the next day at 5 only to find the new opening times are actually until 5 not 8 now (photo 2). Please update the hours to make sure they reflect the new opening times.

Great food plenty of choices really nice inside would recommend.

asked them for extra nuggets in the chippy box as my kids won't eat the hamburger and they done it no problem .. food is always amazing and warm too ..x

Tend to visit when I'm heading to events but it's always a happy warm place to be. My knee or hand are always jigging with the music. Lovely place to stop in for a wee dram!!
