Magnificent food as always, great value for money, always looking for an excuse to visit when in area!

Staff are always friendly and quick to serve. Avocado salad with halloumi skewer is tasty.

Choice of food is good with quantity and and prices to boot. Staff quick and efficient.

Absolutely Stinking. Used to love a trip to the craws but after tonight i'll not be hurrying back. The food absolutely rotten i had 3 courses Salt and Pepper Chicken Bites to start where the best of the meal hot, crispy but lacked flavour just a hit of pure pepper Main course was a shepards Pie supposedly with pulled lamb the flavour of the gravy in this pie was good but it had 2 little tiny chunks of what could be considered lamb but honestly it wasnt worth considering it meaty at all as for the side of mixed greens and roasted carrots it was 3 tiny little slices of tinned carrot in a bush of spring greens coated in melted hutter and some little brown peas. The dessert ordered was banoffee pie 20 mins after eating our mains we asked the bar for our dessert 20 mins later they came to tell us there was none left so asked us for something different so i ordered creme brulee after yet another 25 minutes it finally arrived and filthy bowl with custard all over the outside of the bowls the creme brulee clearly thrown into the bowl with a wierd dirty brown liquid on top of the overly burnt and stone cold caramelised sugar on the top. These are just my 3 food items ordered the state of the food recieved by the people i was dining with was rediculous aswel 1 of them ordered the brownie dessert to be present with a tiny triangle of brownie smaller than the actual spoon it was served with for the grand price of £6 you could see where the portion had been butchered to nothing in the kitchen On top of this, the restaurant is busy but nowhere near full and there are loads of staff present so unlike responses from the manager to other reviews they wont be able to preclaim it was busy or they where understaffed. Avoid coming to this place, they dont respect the customer enough to entice you back by providing you good food or good service

My family had a Birthday celebration for an elderly relative today, to be honest the food wasn't up to your usual high standard, the roast potatoes were disgusting, and definitely not fresh cooked, and the meat tasted quite dry, no member of staff enquired if we were satisfied with our meal, very disappointed......

One of my favourite places to have dinner especially before a concert or Rugby at warriors stadium Food is always good and you like pub food then I would highly recommend it. Drinks are very reasonable and if you download the App you can get promotions towards food and drink I would definitely book a table as it can get busy and you don’t want to be unlucky and have no reservation

nice place....service is good...good value....not warm enough inside to relax and be comfortable ...December and radiators turned off ....i guess its just too expensive to have them turned on ...its not easy these days to heat a place and make a profit at same time....

The staff and service are always a pleasure to deal with at The Three Craws. It was extremely busy when we arrived and not surprisingly the Sunday roasts were off, as was the non veg curry. The food we did order was good. Well cooked, without too long a wait, and good value for money.

Sunday roast was terrible one slice of rock solid gammon the turkey wasn't up to much either one tiny bit of stuffing wrapped in bacon a handful of dry potatoes gravy wasn't nice either tasted weird and very watery wasn't worth what I paid this has got to be the worst Sunday dinner I have ever had I definitely won't be back

Staff were very helpful. There were12 of us there to celebrate a friends birthday. We went on the Friday afternoon of the coronation weekend. The staff were excellent. We arrived slightly early to decorate the table which we had previously reserved. There is a great atmosphere in the pub. The food is excellent quality. Plenty available on the menu and extremely good value. We were not rushed. Staff were attentive. Place is spotless clean. Would highly recommend visiting.

We have been regulars at the 3 craws for several years. However after our experience on Saturday we will most definitely not be back. We visited with our two friends, their child and our baby who is 15 months old. At the start of our visit, we asked for his home made food to kindly be heated in the microwave for 20 seconds. This request was initially accepted by the bar man who served us. We were told when we were to order dinner they would heat it for us. We then ordered our meals and was told by a separate staff member that it is against their policy due to a risk of babies being scalded. He then proceeded to put a large pan of boiling hot water right in front of our toddler for us to heat our food in. I swiftly moved this out of his reach!!! Perhaps you need to review your policies as there was a much higher chance of scalding from your method of heating than a simple 20 seconds in the microwave. Every restaurant and pub we have visited in the west end have always heated up our babies food so I don’t see what the issue was here- other than pure laziness from the chef/staff on a busy Saturday evening. You told us as the start you would heat the food and therefore we ordered dinner. If you had told us before we would not have stayed. My baby had to eat a cold meal due to this shocking service. We will be spreading the word to locals and will most definitely not be back.

Not happy at all. Missing gravy to go with the turkey & pancetta pie, missing nan bread from the tikka chicken, 3 out of the 4 meals are cold, and about 5 chips with the fish! Not to mention that delivery time kept getting pushed back!

Lovely food, polite staff and great service. I will definitely be back! We were served by Matt and Martin who were absolutely lovely and made my friend’s birthday a very enjoyable occasion. Thank you!

The pints are great out of here and staff are very friendly. Only marked it as 3 stars as had to pay for parking in their carpark.

Took my 11 year old son for a Sunday roast. The food exceeded our expectations and was definitely a cut above the usual chain pub grub. The beef was cooked on the bone, juicy and super tender. Veg all flavoursome and cooked well, again better than the usual frozen offerings. Really good for the price.

The steak pie with Guinness was truly bellisimo! 👌🏻

Worst food I've had for a while in a loud pub. Burgers must be frozen as it was rank, shepherd's pie was bland with soggy greens stuck on the side and child's pasta sauce was as bad.

Often visit the 3 Craws forva combination of drinks only or food and drinks . The staff are always very helpful and polite. Tge food is always a good standard and consists of your typical "pub grub" selection. Recently the food quality has improved and is well worth a try. I am a regular customer i was in on Sunday the 13th October a party of friends from Wales the table was booked for 11 people under the name Mccran.. Am sure it was table 39. I was so disappointed with the food and service most meals were the carvery but you only had 4 left we had to choose other meals I felt embarrassed as it was me that said the three craw’s is great… This is the first time this has happened to me as usually the meals are great. Stopped in for a lunch with the family , food was absolutely amazing, fresh and very tasty, well prepared and well priced aswell thank you for the lovely experience 😊

I went to add salt to my meal and it wasn't coming out so I used my napkin to wipe the top of the cellar which didn't work to I removed the lid of and the neck of the dish was all clogged with damp salt which brown and discoloured it gave me the heave I didn't want to make a fuss and got my husband to fetch me another salt from another table big mistake it wasn't much better and it was thick with swollen rice ...there hygiene left alot to be desired...they are obviously cleaning the lids of the salt dishes with soaking wet clothes and it's clogging the salt dishes but they don't seem to check for water leakage and by the standard of the salt dishes I experienced I won't be going back as I feel sick just thinking about it. And I am only sorry I never spoke up but I wouldn't have been able to hold back so I left before I let myself blow

Food was lukewarm at best, tomato sauce bottle on opening had dried sauce round neck. Disappointed by this.

My wife asked for macaroni but chef says no way she's a vegetarian wouldn't go back burger tastes of arss

This Place is the best place to go for a drink or a meal and I recommed it to any one.

Absolutely awful would give 0 stars if I could. Food was cold and items were missing but more importantly the 'half chicken' was a half poussin. A tiny leg and a thigh do not constitute a half chicken. If we'd been in the restaurant we would have sent it back. Called the restaurant to complain but surprise surprise no callback. Will be claiming my money back.

We went to the Three Craws today for a bit of a celebration lunch. There was a good selection of food and the service was efficient and friendly. Recommended.

I'm so sorry but the food was absolutely disgusting. We went on Sunday for the roast. I ordered the combo with chicken and ham. Omg the chicken, a tiny wee drumstick and thigh that I would've served my kids. 1 wee slice of thin ham. The veg was rock hard, roast potatoes frozen from a bag. My brother got the rib of beef and it was just a big dod of fat. Nearly £40, absolutely not worth half of that. Service was good and staff were pleasant but the food is of very poor quality. Wouldn't return. Disappointed. If i wasn't in a hurry I would've asked for a refund it was that bad.

Nice comfortable atmosphere with good service. I've been a regular at the Three Craws for many years and one of my favourite dishes was the "Ultimate Burger" so I was a little disappointed to discover that the 'egg' had been removed from the dish. It is now just a double burger with cheese and bacon with a significant price increase. Update...... My recent visit to the Three Craws was not good. The meals have changed again and this time the ultimate burger has Skinny fries instead of thick cut fries. One of the burgers has been removed and replaced with chicken and a disgusting sauce. The dip has also been removed. My wife had the sausage and mash which looked like a kiddies portion. Had to ask a few time to get items that were listed on the menu but not deliver with the meal. Not be returning anytime soon.

Went in for a Sunday roast yesterday and it was awful. Freezer food, tiny portion and half a Yorkshire pudding. Wish I'd taken a photo. Made wetherspoons look like high cuisine. To make it worse they overbilled for it - I queried and the staff couldn't care less. Been a lot of times before but won't be back.

We came up from Kelso for the Glasgow Warriors rugby game against Sharks and the service was excellent and the staff very friendly, especially the hard working Irish guy who is a Munster supporter!

Popped into The Three Craws for Sunday lunch. Staff were great, very attentive. Lovely decor, very relaxing atmosphere. I had the two course Sunday lunch, soup first, and then the half chicken roast with all the trimmings which l really enjoyed. Reasonable prices. Definitely be back. 👌

Staff are so friendly and attentive, really nice atmosphere, clean and nice to sit in however the food is so so bad :( frozen roast potato’s with a Sunday roast is just abysmal. Everything tasted frozen and like it was bought in bulk from Iceland. Really disappointing. I don’t think I’ll ever be back unless actual fresh produce is being used. Deals are really good too but not worth it when you then factor in the food. Sorry guys, you are all lovely who work there though, it’s a shame the food lets you down.

The service was good, as always, but the food is gradually slipping downhill. I have been a regular customer for over 15 years, and for the first time I am thinking of an alternative. The portions aren't what they were, the presentation is sloppy and worst of all the quality of the food (especially fish) is not good enough.

Disappointed. Despite both your website and Google saying you are open from 10am on a Sunday morning, this is not the case. We were there at 10.30am only to be met with locked doors. Best to update your website or put openining hours up on the doors or windows. Just hope I'm not going to get charged for parking in the car park before leaving after 5 mins.

The worst stake I have in my life!

My daughter and her fiancé popped into the Three Craws for some soft drinks on the way home, probably around 45 minutes, really liked the place and hoped when they had more time, to go back for a meal. She has just opened her mail this morning and received a hefty parking fine from Euro car parks, there were no signs that they noticed and none of the staff made them aware. Future customers beware, the most expensive pub visit EVER !!😡

Why o why have live music AND different music from the speakers?????? Real ale's good when they have it but pricey if you don't go early in the week.

I recently stopped at this restaurant car park for half an hour as my daughter was going to dentist across the road and i couldnt find anywhere to park as its on a busy main road , i stopped here out of opening hours and i didnt even leave the car , now ive recieved a £100 fine through the door for being in an empty car park with either little of verynpoor signage , will certainly not be paying itnor ever dining in the place if you receive fines for using there car park

Visited on 10th February for grandsons 18th birthday 🎂 Most of the food was rather dry and all the burgers were almost overdone due to being on the grill too long and the chef needs to know there's a fine line between charred and burnt. The fries were a bit greasy. Saving grace were the good deserts and drinks.

Had a perfect day out with friends today, Sunday roast was excellent & great value for money, would be happy to recommend, staff very helpful, hope to be back soon.

Went here for diner on 15 January parked in car park first time visitor .had a meal non alcoholic drink service was poor food was microwave but worst part was I got in post £100 for using designated car park
