Afternoon Tea was superb! My first time in Scotland and first time and The Spence and I was blown away! Beautiful decor, amazing tea and even better service from Jess and Sasha who made the experience a 10/10 🥰 I loved it so much I’m lost for words which may be unhelpful but honestly you just have to go. Treat your day with a visit and be as happy as I am right now! So glad I had the extras too to take my Afternoon Tea to the next level.

The place is fantastic. A must for Doyle fans. The whole decor is reminiscent of the 19th century, which gives the place its charm, where it is a real experience to eat a delicious pie with a good glass of beer. It was a very good choice. Thank you for a nice evening!

We came here after a visit to the local port of leith distillery. We ordered the wings and corn ribs to start which were both super tasty. Ordered the mac and cheese and the burger for mains and tiramisu for dessert. All the food we ordered was exceptional, there was a large choice of drinks available and the service and atmosphere was great. Really great portion sizes and excellent value for money. Will definitely visit again if we are in the area!

I can’t comment on the bar or the food, but unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the gig. In short: please don’t sell more tickets than the venue can reasonably accommodate. We attended Hannah Grace’s show, and by the time my partner and I arrived, not only were all the tables taken, but there was no standing room left either. We found ourselves standing behind a wall near the stairs, craning our necks just to catch a glimpse of the stage. After three or four uncomfortable minutes, we decided to leave. It was a waste of money and time, and it left the evening feeling quite spoiled — especially given how much effort it took to arrange childcare so that two working parents could enjoy a rare night out.

We stopped at this pub just downstairs from our hotel room upon arrival, and were able to get a table for a bite to eat. The staff was very friendly, the food very good (even though we only had a starter, the chicken was a treat), good drinks, and good music playing. Sports fans will be in their element at this pub. A great experience, highly recommended, in Edinburgh's New Town.

Buzzing place, busy & lively with good food served by excellent staff. We were seated in a cosy booth inside, it was packed outside on a sunny afternoon but we were happy to go inside. Burger deal of the month was excellently value, juicy & tasty & cooked well, superfood salad was delicious & very generous, had to ask for a doggy bag. Apertivo spritz £6 what’s not to like.
