The coffee and food here is beautiful. Fresh pastries and rich coffee was a perfect way to start the morning before visiting the Crucible. I was so impressed I called back for lunch. The sandwiches are good with strong flavours and a generous filling. Well worth a visit

Came for bottomless brunch yesterday with my friend, our server Kai was absolutely incredible! So attentive, friendly, helpful and funny! Could not recommend his service more! We had an amazing time, thank you Kai!

Bands on every other night, beer is really good and not too pricey, and there's a great atmosphere when the bands get going! 😀

Would give 0 stars if possible, do not try to stay here! I turned up and the place was deserted, I tried calling the number provided on the booking 5 times and no one answered. I wandered around the property for 40 minutes in the snow calling out and knocking on doors and no one was around. I had to book a different hotel after this as I would have been stranded. This place still charged me and refuses to give a refund, appalling way to run a business!

Called Christmas eve and wished we hadn't bothered. Boring, no atmosphere, no Chistmas songs , just bland. Hope it's not like this all year round. It was like an old people's home.

Siempre una pequeña cola pero te atenderán rápidamente de una manera amigable , cálida y eficiente, lo menciono porque es el vendedor de comida más concurrido que a la gente le gusta usar a pesar de que está rodeado de otros restaurantes de calidad. Excelente relación calidad-precio para comida caliente de calidad.

Do not be fooled and anticipate simple ‘pub food’. There is some brilliant gourmet stuff coming out of the kitchens here. The team at the bar are always super friendly and talkative and why not when the place is such a good vibe. The ru-tine chips are the pub’s take on poutine and boy is it good. Priced fairly for a chunky portion oozing with saucy flavour. You’d be a fool to ignore the food on offer here and the variety of drinks you can try too.

We'd been here before and had great food. Went on Sunday to find a really reduced menu, much worse than the menu on the web, very slow service (they forgot one of the meals) and very indifferent food (raw pastry on one of the pies). We were really disappointed.
