So I bought a voucher for my dad for his birthday and even though the new owners are from the same circle as the old ones they have said they won’t honour the money spent. After talking to them they were arrogant and rude about the whole ordeal. This is before even going to the venue. Be assured you have missed out on potential regulars as we often look for places to drink near to the station. Customer service and kindness go along way something this buisness seems to be severely lacking !

Un pub muy acogedor. El personal es muy amable y feliz de pasar tiempo hablando con usted. A mi marido le encantó el Guinness, solo vinimos a tomar una copa, pero terminamos quedándonos unos cuantos más 🙈. No solo son amables con el personal, sino que también lo son sus clientes, hablamos con tanta gente mientras estábamos tomando nuestras bebidas. Sin duda recomendaría este pub y lo volvería a visitar si estamos en Sheffield de nuevo!

Vi este lugar mientras buscaba un lugar para Brekkie el sábado por la mañana. Era tan bueno como se veía en las críticas en línea. Servidor muy amable y atento. ¡La comida se veía y sabía deliciosa! Sin duda volvería de nuevo si nos alojamos en Sheffield.

Una verdadera decepción sobre este pub es el personal del bar. Vi un tierno bar de pelo oscuro que le dio mucha pena a otro cliente porque pidió que le cambiaran la pinta, ya que eran los restos del barril. Una buena licitación de bar debería ser capaz de detectar esto y ordenarlo rápidamente un poco con respeto hacia las personas que pagan por estar allí. Nos trataron con el mismo cuidado mientras ordenábamos, de hecho ella ni siquiera terminó nuestro pedido y simplemente se fue, dejando a otros para terminar nuestro pedido. Una verdadera pena, ya que este es un pub encantador.

Qué fantástico café, tuvimos fantásticos bocadillos para llevar y regresamos al día siguiente para el desayuno y también recogimos algunos bocadillos para nuestro viaje en tren a casa. El equipo era increíble, tan amable y servicial, nos encantó nuestra visita y la próxima vez que estemos en Sheffield, estaremos de vuelta a las 9 nos vemos a todos. Gracias por ser tan amable y servicial con nosotros!

Precio Premier por debajo de la media de bocadillo, sin mantequilla en el pan, una cantidad minúscula de salsa morena y lo que se suponía que iba a ser un huevo corrido era duro, bocadillo muy seco e insípido terminó tirando la mitad de él.

Amazing pies! We had lunch here and both had the Mooless Moo (veggie "steak" pie) with mash, gravy, and peas. My other half somehow managed the apple crumble and ice cream as well, and really enjoyed it. Service was friendly and really quick. Oh and there's a wheel you can spin to win. We won a free pie and a free pud, definitely an incentive to come back!

Came here for brunch and let me say Freya made sure we was topped up with drink the food was amazing! Emily and Adam made our drinks (let’s say it’s a good night so far) will be coming again for brunch

Best curry mutton n jerk wings I've had

Awful strange service and I wasn't the only person I heard complaining about it. Nipped in for coffee, got handed a food menu and told to come back when ready to order. I said I am ready to order I just want two flat whites. Waitress just stared and then walked away. Was left at the desk confused holding two food menus. She then made a big polaver as to which seat I wanted them bringing to outside quite obviously just being awkward on purpose. Overheard the people behind me saying the exact same things. All in all it's a shame as it was probably one of the best coffees I've had in ages.
