An excellent cosy place, very warm welcome from the owner. On this occasion we were just having hot drinks but will hopefully visit soon to sample the menu. All looks great.

This place never fails to impress me. The staff are absolutely amazing, Kevin never fails to put a smile on my face and Sophie was amazing also. Nothing is too much trouble at this place food is 10/10 always and the drinks are soooo good! I’ve never had the same drink here because of the amazing range of syrups that they offer which keep me changing each time and enjoying them every time. 10/10 recommended to anyone who wants a cosy place to have food and a good coffee.

Lovely bustling independent cafe. We had the full English breakfast which was really good. Cooked to order and very generous and tasty. A friendly welcome and the staff clearly have high standards and work hard. Very nice and will return.

Ordered a streaky bacon sandwich with extra bacon and it came with 2 pieces. For £4.50 base cost I would expect at least 4 pieces and then an additional 2-4 for the £2.20 charge for extra bacon.

We came here for lunch but ordered from the breakfast menu and were impressed. The food was great, the sandwiches were served on delicious oven bottom, high-riser muffins and there were great vegan/vegetarian options too. The daquiris were delicious, we will definitely be back for more. The house is decorated in rich blue and silver-wood and boasts a stylish ambience. The owner provided great service and we recognised him from my sister in law's housing complex. The Copper Pot is a fabulous experience and the menu offers a great variety - well recommended.

Perfect place for breakfast after a night on the town. Staff were fantastic, attentive but not overly and very friendly. Both the full English and vegan version were perfect. Coffee was also superb

What a lovely welcoming place. I think it was the owner who served us, so funny and welcoming, we only popped in for drinks, but would certainly go back for food, it looked lovely. I was nice to be spoken to by a individual who really cares about his customers.

Absolute angels I was upset trying to find gluten free food for breakfast in Sheffield city centre and not only did these guys have delicious gluten free food (almost everything on the menu can be gluten free) but they were so kind to me about how frustrated I was by that point Thank you guys so appreciated!

It was wonderful to see the Ruddy Duck re-opening, albeit temporarily in the library - which was decorated beautifully for the evening. The 5-course tasting menu we enjoyed was exceptional, my particular highlights being the beef cooked two ways which came with a scrummy potato gratin and our dessert, a superb creation of rhubarb and ginger, showing off the best of local produce. The kale even came from the walled gardens at Wortley Hall! Our servers David and Brogan were both warm, friendly and knowledgeable about both the menu and the venue and we'll be delighted to dine here again. A week later and I'm still thinking about the homemade rhubarb cocktail that David created for me!
