The staff members on shift were excellent but that was the pubs only strong point. Food and drinks are expensive, the table that we had booked was still occupied by a group despite a supposed 2 hour time limit. The food is nothing special, I had fajita pasta with tiny bits of chicken and raw peppers in it. Probably wouldn’t eat there again.

We had the best experience at our cocktail class with Daisy T! She is such a warm, fun and friendly person, put us at ease instantly and gave us some top tips for making our own cocktails at home! Cocktails were delicious and our sharing platter was really good too = honestly the whole experience was absolutely brilliant and we left feeling a little tipsy but very very happy and relaxed! Thanks to everyone involved and extra special thanks to Daisy T who is an absolute star and a credit to Slug & Lettuce Sheffield!

Charlotte was amazing, all the service was good and drinks were flowing. Shame my food and a couple of others’ was cold but that’s not the main reason we came and not the serving staffs’ fault. Would come again,

bottomless brunch: we arrived and our server went on their break and we waited 15 mins without a drink waiting for our server and only got told when we asked another server. Then we got our food, we waited 10 minutes for cutlery without getting it. We then told a manager about our issues and got a full bottle of Prosecco which was great. Seems like there is some staffing issues on a Saturday. Other than that everything was fine.

I have written to the company of Slug and Lettuce with no response, so here I am posting it on here... This was for my birthday and I had booked 3 bottomless brunch for 3 of us. The waitress was friendly, polite, and promptly took our drink orders, there were multiple issues throughout our visit that significantly impacted our experience: Venue Conditions: The pub was quite cold, which made it uncomfortable to sit in for an extended period. The toilets were in an unacceptable state—smelly, dirty, with no toilet paper in any cubicles. Two toilets and a sink were out of order, and from the checklist on the door, it appeared they had not been cleaned since the previous night. This remained the case for the duration of our visit. Service Issues: We initially ordered water for the table along with our first drinks, but despite reminding the waitress three times, it was never brought. Eventually, I had to go to the bar myself to get it. Although the venue was quiet, with only a few small groups and three staff members visible, it felt like our waitress was handling everything alone, which may have contributed to these issues. Food Quality & Delays: Our meals took around an hour to arrive, and we had to ask the waitress to check on them. When they finally came, the quality was extremely poor. One dish—a chicken, bacon, and avocado croissant—was lukewarm, with no sauce, and my friend's meal looked completely unappetising: an un-toasted slab of focaccia with mayo, brown avocado, an overcooked egg, and tinned sweetcorn. There was no resemblance to the 'toasted' focaccia or 'roasted' corn described on the menu. My friend also requested mayonnaise, which was never brought. Management Response: While we did raise concerns about the food, and one bottomless brunch was refunded, we were not offered a suitable resolution or reassurance that the issues would be addressed. It also seemed like there were no managers present to handle complaints. Drink Quality: While the drinks were enjoyable, they were mostly ice and juice-based, which made the bottomless brunch feel like poor value for money. Overall, this was by far the worst experience I have had at Slug & Lettuce, and it was especially disappointing given that it was my birthday celebration. For a quiet day, I would have expected much better service and food quality. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that improvements can be made to ensure that future guests do not have a similar experience.

Kirsty was an amazing server. So speedy with her service and really made us feel like a priority! A member of our table was unsure on cocktails and her recommendations were amazing!! She was super friendly and made us want to brunch here all the time! So happy with our time here, thanks Kirsty ♥️

We came for the cocktail making masterclass with Kirsty to start off our Saturday night and celebrate a big birthday. Apprehensive, we didn’t expect much from the experience but Kirsty ensured we all had the best time. She immediately built strong rapport with all 13 of us and kept the mood lifted throughout. She kept our drinks flowing, and used a variety of games to keep us laughing. Kirsty is an absolute credit to Slug and Lettuce and we only wish there were more Kirsty’s in the world. Ohh so long ago I remember my first slug and lettuce experience, was a Christmas work party back in Warrington maybe 6 years ago, what an unpleasant experience I may say, was truly poo, I had my driver's licence taken off me at the time- absolute poo. But this place,WOW- #winnning, our servers Charlie and Keira couldn't have given us a better experience. #iwillbeback

The drinks were great and they brought them quite quickly which not every bottomless brunch does! Thank you especially to Keira and Charlie who looked after us and made sure everything was extra special! Will definitely be coming back again
