Mixed meat kebabs and chips with sause! Rang and was able to order to pick up they made it when we go their! Lovely food loads off it tastes lovely Lovely helpfull friendly staff Will be back again soon

Dreadful, straight in bin Wow, the guy taking the Oder must have been on drugs as he didn’t have a clue what people ordered and had to repeat it about 39 times. The chips were manky, the gravy was that thick it looked like the unmentionable and the sausage my mrs had was disgusting. Nearly left before it was served but didn’t and wish I had as went straight in the bin and went to another chip shop. Basically cost £15 and 20 mins of my life. Never again, must have been sold and taken over by idiots

Amazing spicy fish and chips - the best I’ve ever had. The spice and batter are made fresh along with the fish. The owner is lovely as well, very friendly and always smiling.

Best takeaway Fish & Chips for miles also fantastic gluten free option on Mon & Tues. Very generous portion sizes and other delicious takeaway alternatives available too.

I’ve frequenting the Grindstone for 8 years. Since true north took over it’s made a massive improvement, hence why i go quite a lot. The staff are friendly, polite and professional. The new menu is brilliant especially the hotdogs. Connor and Joel and their team are fantastic. Great for pool and sport.

610 Redmires RdSo I’ve been here once before, I didn’t really enjoy it last time and left a review then I had a message to say under new management so I thought great location I’ll try again. Firstly the grounds are looking way better! My food was excellent, I had soup of the day starter which was so tasty defo have again, fish n chips main lovley really well presented my son said the redmires burger was the best he’s ever had!! And he never says that to anything new. Unfortunately I ordered a side salad it was brown ish lettuce with some little tomatoes in am sure it doesn’t usually look like that, well I hope not , my daughters pie was rock hard and burnt which happens that’s fine it’s a busy pub the staff was straight on it apologised and didn’t charge her for it and offered another , I would definitely come again and again staff are amazing food was great just some little mishaps ❤️
