Siempre una pequeña cola pero te atenderán rápidamente de una manera amigable , cálida y eficiente, lo menciono porque es el vendedor de comida más concurrido que a la gente le gusta usar a pesar de que está rodeado de otros restaurantes de calidad. Excelente relación calidad-precio para comida caliente de calidad.

Quality boozer - good food, good beer, and nice mix of folk. Would give it 4.5 if could but needs an update esp outside where what was once a nice beer garden has it’s fallen into disrepair; pretty sure I saw a rat appear from the undergrowth and disappear into a hipsters beard. The poutine was really good nosh though was it pontine or loaded fries/wedges?

The travellers rest is a pub we have driven past many times and finally visited with some friends. It always seemed busy on bright afternoons and evenings which makes sense with the great views of Derbyshire. This is a traditional pub with a menu and atmosphere to match. The service was friendly and quite prompt throughout our stay, even though it was a busy sunny Sunday afternoon. My wife and I both ordered soup and then shared a cheese board. All of the food was very filling and great value for money. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're passing especially if the weather is good.

Fab food and lovely setting. A birthday treat at our local restaurant and the food was fabulous. The mussels in a thai sauce were wonderful. We had a treat bottle of champagne from lovely friends and it was presented with a little note at our table - very nicely done. Thank you.

Disfrutamos de un desayuno encantador. Restaurante no demasiado ocupado y el personal era muy amable y profesional. La comida era buena, pero un poco caro. No toman la Tarjeta Luz Azul el fin de semana, lo que es una pena.

We'd been here before and had great food. Went on Sunday to find a really reduced menu, much worse than the menu on the web, very slow service (they forgot one of the meals) and very indifferent food (raw pastry on one of the pies). We were really disappointed.

Amazing little pub. Came for Sunday lunch yesterday. Amazing beef. My sister had the turkey. Perfect. Great service. Big thank you to vicky and pat.

Tuvimos una comida muy agradable en el Strines Inn durante un fin de semana en el Peak District. Buena selección de bebidas y la comida era muy agradable. Tardó un poco en salir, pero eran porciones frescas y encantadoras y generosas. El encantador Jacob en el bar tenía un servicio al cliente encantador. ¡Acepta perros también! Buenas opciones para vegetarianos y veganos que a veces es difícil de encontrar en un pub de campo. Lo recomendaría!
