Mala experiencia - nunca recomendaría. Después de ser ignorados cuando llegamos a tomar un café temprano en el día - debido a la recomendación de nuestro amigo reservamos una mesa para una cena temprana, ya que íbamos a ver un espectáculo en el pabellón. Después de un poco de espera, ya que no podían encontrar nuestra reserva, finalmente nos mostraron a una mesa. Unos 10 minutos más tarde volvieron a tomar nuestra reserva. Pregunté sobre la sopa del día - la camarera desapareció durante unos 10 minutos solo para volver y decir que no podían proporcionar comidas longe con efecto inmediato! Ahora solo teníamos una hora para comer antes del espectáculo y nos sugirieron que nos mudáramos al restaurante. A pesar de preguntar por el gerente - que no estaba encantado de hablar con nosotros y simplemente no le importaba. como ya habíamos estado allí 3 / 4 horas sin comida o bebida para mostrarlo nos fuimos. Afortunadamente encontramos un italiano encantador justo al final del camino que a pesar de estar ultra ocupado eran simplemente increíbles. Si quieres un servicio decente con comida decente no vayas aquí. No respetan sus reservas y no tienen ningún respeto o cuidado por sus clientes.

Lovely tea in the Lovely palm court. Excellent service and quiet music. Highly recommended. Also in the men’s room they had books to read! Super.

The fish and chips were exceptional and everyone was very kind when serving myself and my partner. Will definitely be coming back when we come back with the kids next year. High recommended 😀

Visited Orchard Cafe with my sister for lunch on Saturday 21st March and could no believe what we where served. We both asked for a Tuna Melt which we have had on several occasions at Cooplands and has always been good. When it came it was just HALF a sandwich just 1 slice of bread with salad and crisps. We could not believe it. We have never been served half a sandwich before at any cafe. No wonder the place was virtually empty with only a few tables taken. This was a Saturday at 1.30. and should have bee very busy.

We came in for lunchtime scampi chips and curry sauce and chips and gravy. Service was prompt & polite & dog-friendly. I had a very nice bottle of 6% IPA which set me up for the afternoon. Curry sauce was tasty and the scampi numerous. Remember to bring a bit of cash to tip with if you are going to pay by card.

Llamamos por un par de bebidas y tomamos una taza de té y café. Cobraba £ 8 , cuando llegaron las bebidas el café era un simple café instantáneo. Personalmente no me gusta el café instantáneo y no podía beberlo, cuando hablaba con la persona. Shins el bar era un caso de pena todas las bebidas calientes son £ 4. Mucho más caro y más barato en Costa, donde se obtiene un café molido recién molido. En otro lugar más tarde ese día el café y el té eran más baratos y de mejor calidad. Si bien aprecio que los costos en todas las áreas de negocio hayan aumentado, desde tarifas, salarios de alquiler, etc. Siento que simplemente cobrando más, está cobrando precios demasiado altos y perderá clientes repetidos. Los precios competitivos conseguirán repetir el negocio y a largo plazo generarán más ingresos. Personalmente no volveremos a visitar este negocio.

'FULL ENGLISH' fue Un huevo, Una salchicha. dos tocino, frijoles y tomates enlatados junto con rodajas de baguette enmantequilladas. Yo llamaría a eso un NO MUY COMPLETO INGLÉS. El precio, sin una bebida era de £ 6. 40 . No es una buena relación calidad-precio y no un inglés completo.

Don’t eat here, absolutely disgusting food and ended up been sick later on the night. Fish tasted weird never ever tasted fish like that before chips were hard, tasteless and just awful. Seating area is disgusting and unhygienic. Avoid this place

Ordered cod & chips twice got haddock seating is so out dated the whole place needs doing up

Worst fish and chips I've ever had. Could taste nothing but beef dripping. £30 and most of it went in the bin.

A* breakfast despite being very busy

Poor customer service. Staff looked stressed even if there were a lot of tables empty. We wanted to order dessert which was on the menu and on the board on the wall but the waitress said they can't serve desserts, only mains because they were too busy.

Me and my wife often enjoy the value menus, but on this occasion we tried your new pizzas they were really nice and not badly priced for a sit down restaurant

Good value for money and really tasty food I would recommend this place and friendly staff really to help you
