Thanks to Michael for reserving a lovely booth for our reunion lunch in Birmingham. Christa gave us a lovely warm welcome and fantastic service during our visit, nothing was too much trouble.😀👍 The food was ok for the price, fish was tasty, but it was quite a small portion of chips. 😳

This used to be a traditional pub but the heart and soul has been ripped out with blaring tvs showing sport, a variety of cheap fizzy lagers, only 2 real ales on tap. Looks like a Wetherspoons. The best thing was the staff who have now had to leave despite having a vision for this pub to make it a friendly pub with a food offer and regular music nights. Due to the way the landlord was treated we will not support this pub till Enterprise leaves

A good Costa. Clean store, worked for an hour or so on laptop, internet was fine. Staff were great!

A typical Brunning and Price pub, which usually means an old characterful pub and modern food, often with a twist. This fitted the bill perfectly. It's an attractive, light and airy building with several rooms, all inter-connecting but seemingly separate. The Brunning and Price bitter was on really top form and at £4.40 a pint made the Coke seem over-priced at £4. Food was very tasty and, today, shoulder of lamb at £23.95 is not excessive. A very pleasant early evening meal.

Horrendous - put two orders in for next day delivery £20 in delivery fees. One order wasn’t processed at all the other wasn’t delivered! Huge waste of time and money 3-5 days for a refund even though they didn’t supply a single thing promised. The first one it took 5 attempts to contact customer service to get a response and the second quicker to get through but still highly inconvenient sitting on online chat.

Not been to the Horseshoe for a while. My wife and I walked in to a great welcome from Susie, a cheery smile and a great atmosphere. Menu selection was so varied, We enjoyed our lunch and a cheap pint on Monday. Quick service and tasty food…. Great stuff. Nice chat with Ian who also made us feel really welcome. Look forward to next visit.

Coffee shop/cafe review Awful experience Big queues Took ages for our sandwiches to be heated up, utter chaos with no respect for allergies. Staff didn’t have a clue what they were handing out and then were stroppy when we asked!! It doesn’t take much to add a bit of organisation in here

Expensive - £3.80 for a pork bap and it wasn’t very nice at all. Would recommend a pork nap sorry l. This is the only thing I brought so not such about anything else they provide.

We went to The Clive for Game Evening tonight. 4 courses. 1. Pheasant & smoked bacon Scotch Egg with pickled red onions, with a Cumberland sauce. 2. Partridge breast, fine green beans, beetroot, Jerusalem artichoke & truffle dressing. 3. Venison loin, pumpkin, smoked potato terrine roast parsnip, braised red cabbage, sloe gin and venison jus. 4. Blackberry & almond tart, honeycomb ice cream. Absolutely amazing.
