The starter was very nice main course was cold .Chips very pale hardly cooked some were hard in the middle. Staff very nice . Shocked to see that when they cleaned the tables they brushed all the food on to the carpet

We recently visited the restaurant and had a wonderful dining experience. Becky was our waitress, and she truly made our visit special. She was attentive, polite, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her friendly and warm attitude added to the overall ambiance of the evening. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces.

First time visiting the timberline bar staff bit of a attitude on them when asked where we ordered food just told the restaurant The waitress we had whose name was Lisa was lovely very helpful food was lovely and nice and hot to salad bar was very nice to will be back

went for lunch yesterday afternoon, waited ages for someone to come over to us it wasn’t overly busy at all, ordered the chicken deal the chicken was dry as anything the whole meal with just disgusting worst thing I’ve tasted! Told the waitress she was very rude said nothing I can do about it should or told me earlier she’s got very poor customer service!been poorly all night from that food as didn’t eat anything else that day! Will never be going back there again

Menu handed to my husband was dirty and sticky. Over priced pub grub l could have gone to better resturants that would have cost less with better quality food. Meal Arrived at table cold. This was remedied immediately however by waitress. Overall experience not good I'm afraid. I will not be returning, certainly not at those prices.

We took our daughter and 6 of her friends here after her 13th birthday day out and it was a total hit. There was something on the menu for all of them and us. the refillable drinks were perfect for them. The food was served in good time and not one complaint. Picked my daughters up from college and decided last-minute to pop in for our tea, never been here before but greeted at the door and shown to our seat. Free salad bar, food a little on the expensive side on menu until we discovered most people have a discount code to make prices normal on main meals. We didn't realise this so ordered tapas dishes so only got discount on one meal, even though they were all served as main meals. Food was ok but daughter had the gammon...which was on the small side but cooked well but chips and peas were cold as if left out to long, our tapas dishes were fresh and tasted ok. Only drank water so no charge there. Bill came to £35.25 so handed over £40 cash and waitress asked if i wanted my change!....I'm not mean and always leave a tip as both my daughters work part time in the same industry but because of the way she had asked me then proceeded to huff and the look on her face as she slowly gave me my change i decided not to. Its a shame as i always leave at least a couple of pounds but to presume i would give nearly £5 spoilt it for me, maybe if waitress had asked if the meal was ok or even had a smile for us would of helped, but unfortunately it spolit the night so no tip.

Had a great evening for a group Christmas meal. The staff (including Tom and both Izzys) dealt with our larger (loud!) group really well and were lovely. Very much appreciated!

As we went in we were asked if we'd reserved (we hadn't as it was early evening and when I'd checked online there was clearly space). Then asked if we had a voucher (we had a birthday offer 50% off mains). Then we were shown to a table by the till and children's area, so we asked if we could move and were told all the other tables 'will be' booked... so we chose to eat in the bar which was quieter. The girl didn't come near us again to see if we needed anything or to check our meals were OK. The pork wasn't available so we had rack of ribs which was lovely... however, served with corn on the cob which was off. I did let them know to inform the chef after I'd paid. Last year we went in and had a similar experience where we left saying we were glad we hadn't paid full price. It's a shame as we live nearby and will go to the Ketch instead which has been reliably good.

A big shout out to the management and staff at Harvester Timberdine for accommodating us and for the hospitality during our visit yesterday. Following a relatively late booking for a party of 40 for breakfast, the service from everyone was superb. We had a short time frame to be there and breakfast was served pretty much immediately on arrival and the food was everything we wanted it to be. Thank you all for making it a really lovely start to our day.

Called in for Breakfast as we were visiting family. We placed our order and waited patiently, after 20/30 minutes the food arrived. My partners baked beans were stone cold and my eggs had half a shell left in them. We told the manageress and she adjusted the bill. Remembered for the wrong reasons.

Called in for a meal around 5.30pm. Not that busy. Have you reserved a table! Eventually shown a table. A new lady server under training, the trainer was doing a great job. Food order taken and served after 10 mins. We both had scampi which was good. Chips a bit overdone. Asked if everything was ok. Staff good .

Holly behind the bar was very friendly and very attentive. Drinks fairly priced and relationships between staff came across as healthy and playful, perfect for family functions as the staff connected well with patriots.

Husband and myself went for breakfast ,I ordered eggs benindict and a drink of tea.when it arrived the muffin the eggs were on was so hard I couldn't cut through it the bacon that was served with it was so salty and not nice the tea was so weak that even if you waited to brew it for an hour it would still taste like hot water,my husband ordered a breakfast with toast the toast arrived a long time before the breakfast so was cold had to ask for brown sauce ,we told the waiter that I could not eat mine when we paid the bill but was offered no refund just told that the chief would be informed won't be going again if they can't get toasted muffin right no hope

Absolutely lovely food, waitress was amazing, I think her name was Emily, they were very busy but she was an absolute star and nothing was a problem for her, very helpful young lady. We will definitely be back.

as an old women i loved the attention and was pleasantly suprised by one certain lovely young boy with the dreamiest eyes ive ever seen. he was nervous at first, stumbling around with his long lanky limbs, however once i gave him a kind wink, he was very hands on, delivering the bread with his bare hands, which was suprising, but enjoyable i will certiantly be back for more, hopefully to get this gentlemens number!

Makes you feel very welcome, especially Serafino who goes above and beyond. Lots of lovely choices on the menu.

Okay, so I guess we all know what sort of food we get at harvester it’s cheap and cheerful but what you don’t always get is good service and that’s exactly what I got this evening from a young woman called Liffs. That’s what she wanted me to call her. She was attentive and without any prompt asked me if I downloaded the harvester app I could get a QR code for my meal this I did and saved myself some money which in this age, it all helps.

It was quite clear that staff who served us weren't happy being there, no smiles, no talking, did give us cutlery or condiments, they forgot condiments, our toast and my orange juice. My £10 breakfast....worth £ 1.99 at best...youll be very disappointed! The milk container was dirty and we asked to change it, but were told "it's not dirty, it's just splashed with coffee! We'll spend our money across the road at The Ketch from now on, atleast it's clean, service with a smile and reasonable portions- value for money.
