Absolutely awful chips tasted like cardboard and for a small child’s drink and one portion of inedible chips it was £5+ We definitely won’t be coming here again. There was a sign saying ask for the children menus and the offer was fish fingers or chicken nuggets. It’s more of a cheap cafe experience at extortionate prices !!

Good choice of mens kids women's clothing. Great cafe with kids play area good choice of hot and cold food nice cakes. Very friendly staff in cafe always helpful.

Fix your lift before making customers feel stupid over escalator safety. I wouldn't take a pram on an escalator unless I didn't have any other choice, and i dont need the sign pointing out to me... or to be told to use the stairs... on my own with a 9 month old, a pram, a heavy bag and my shopping. Only giving 2 stars because the staff got someone to assist retrieving the lift that "gets stuck on one of the floors for some reason" and they were very helpful.

We love shopping here and having a light lunch which is always good But the toilets are not looked after very well and this last time we visited they were nothing short of disgusting 🤢 sorry but the store is lovely shame about the loos

We purchased a TV for my sons birthday on the 26th June, ready for the 10th July. The courier service broke the television, we were told to contact HOF which we did numerous times, however when it actually came to getting the issue resolved - ideally a replacement - the customer service team appeared to go round in circles asking the same questions, despite being provided with the damage certificate issued by the courier service.

Visited the store and used the cafe today. Both are fine but oh my goodness, the shocking state of the ladies and disabled toilets! (Dread to think what the gents are like) The worst I’ve ever seen! Filthy, rubbish strewn all over the floor, no soap and dispensers broken and hanging off the wall. Why are they like this? Has put me off ever going back to the store. Unacceptable.

I went in to buy a watch for my husband. I was served by Dorota who went out of her way to help me choose a watch when I was being difficult. The other lady who sold me the watch was also super patient but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Customer service was amazing and my husband loved his present. Thank you.

The kitchen department looked very attractive, good selection of items. However, department was poorly sign posted, no staff anywhere in sight. Paying for my item involved a search for a pay point, which again was very badly signed and frustrating. Very few customers in the store. I'm not sure if I would visit again. Restaurant/cafe closed on the Sunday of my visit.

Excellent friendly helpful staff for a lone man buying Christmas presents

I bought an item in the Worcester store which turned out to be faulty. I posted it back to the Worcester store over a month ago, with the receipt and letter asking for a replacement or refund. They haven't had the courtesy to reply to me. Don't buy from house of fraser. After seeing feedback from other customers it is evident their customer care is non existent and they don't adhere to their obligations

House of Fraser is a store full of branded labelled goods which seem to have an expensive price tab. The café zero on the top floor was very good.

I’ll never shop here again for fear of having to return an item and only receiving a credit note. If anything shouts “we’re going down the pan” it’s a company that doesn’t give refunds.

Thought we would have lunch at the restaurant. Absolutely empty, food looked very expensive - almost £8.00 for a baked potato or a toasted panini. Went elsewhere.

Myself and friends had a wonderful experience here. The staff are so friendly and create a great atmosphere. I had a latte which had a fabulous artistic touch with a picture of a cat. Such attention to detail. The cakes on offer are out of this world. I an hugely recommended the fruitcake. It is definately worth a visit.

Sparse and empty. The cafe that was once busy mainly offers prepackaged cakes and sandwiches etc .Another high street store that would appear will soon close.

Great to actually see a HoF store as Unfortunately the store.local to me has closed. Good selection of perfumes and a relief to see testers back on the shelves.

Today I had the worst cooked breakfast I have ever had in my life here. Bacon was overcooked and like leather, sausage was rock hard and bone dry, I couldn't even stick my fork in it. I won't be going back - ever.

I love HoF, always so great offers. That's why I don't understand why they're always so empty - same in Birmingham. People are missing out...they need to go there more or it'll be gone soon I am afraid. It's quite tucked away though, I didn't even know it was there.

Interesting to read other poor reviews on Worcester HoF website….. I make the effort to support my local Worcester store and recently spent £105 of my hard earned money – only to pay the penalty of being “caught out” by the change in company policy to no longer refund any goods bought in store, unless faulty. Having been a loyal customer of this store over many years, I was truly shocked by the General Store Manager's smug and flippant attitude as he simply spouted the company policy, lacking in any empathy or diplomacy that I should expect from a brand ambassador –his final closing remark being that I should take my business online in future if I wasn’t happy with the customer service in store! - Indeed I will - at least I will get a no quibble refund online. Imagine the ramifications if other large corporates such as M&S, John Lewis or Selfridges upheld the same policy - It’s no wonder this store is so empty of customers if loyal custom is not honoured nor treated fairly and equally to those who buy online with assurance instead. There is simply no encouragement or special reason to shop in-store anymore. So the upshot of this “customer experience” is that THEY have my returned goods to sell on again, AND MY £105 sitting in their bank account ASWELL - I just hope I have opportunity to spend my credit note before this company deserves to go bust!

Who can afford to shop here... not me..

There are missing sizes of shoes at the store which you can order online and collect at the store - delivery cost £5, where the store delivery should be free really... If the shoes don't fit and you want the money back into your account you need send the item back - extra cost £5 (full deliveries cost is now £10). When returning the item at the store for free you can only get a voucher with the item price. You cannot return it for free and get your money back on the account. Pretty ridiculous. I don't recommend using their online store.

Although I got what I wanted, I had to search for it, no help offered by sales assistants as they were too busy talking to each other on shop floor. Only acknowledged me when I went to ask them a question. The fitting room could have done with a sweep as there was alot of hair on floor (why I don't know!!)and it would be ideal to have a stool to sit on in there.

Can only go 3 stars as the usually excellent cafe does not open Sundays

Had good fun with my daughter Melissa looking at shoes. The sales assistant was very patient. I do love boots got them in the end whoop whoop. X

The Google Business page is not up to date. Opening times differ from that advertised here. Even the sale on here is 2021. Came to buy following previous visit but now have to use Amazon. Hey ho.

Went in out of curiousity as hadn't shopped here for ages. What a disappointment. This store used to be full of life in its heyday with plenty of nice things to buy, and a variety of brands to choose from. Deserted today at 10.45am. Escalator broken, had to find a member of staff to discover how to get upstairs. Need not have bothered, very poor choice. Didn't bother with second floor as I know a lot of the departments have gone and been replaced with Sports direct clothing.

It's a bit starchy when you try to return items credit notes no refunds. Also asked when Levi's would be available in my daughter's preferred style and colour and was told to buy on HoF website great for the high street

Called multiple times to check stock to try and purchase a £279.00 Item no answer on all of extension lines.

Much nicer than the Birmingham store but cafe was closed so toilets were closed. Announcements between the music told you the cafe was open!

Best place in Worcester to buy good quality brannded clothes

Shop had plenty of stock to look at but they had decided to close the toilets so annoyed one of our group who were shopping.

Never been here before what a lovely clean smart shop

Went to eat today with our 12 year old granddaughter,l have breakfast it was ok but just ok ,my granddaughter had tuna melt she enjoyed it with a cold drink ,my wife had a sausage in bread roll !! And it was a crumbly old roll with one average chipolata sausage very small just one sausage it was lost in the roll with 2 cups of tea it came to £24 something ,not the price but the size of the sausage and the bad roll it was not good.Yes l could of said something but with my granddaughter with us she would of been in embarrassed so l left, l did hear people complaining about coffee being cold ,we won,t be going again ,such a shame because it’s nice up there.

It's good quality. Often higher end labels with a price to match but few shops stock these ranges for men and its nice to feel the products if you are going to pay these prices. SALE is usually very good.

Fitting rooms unclean, staff unexperienced and unhelpful, literally is raining in store and you are afraid that something might fall on your head. Awful store!

Looking for a suit , poor range of sizes , no staff to ask , half the goods either had no or were poorly labled and had to put up with a god awful row that some folk could loosly call music .

On the small side for a HOF retail outlet but easily accessible location in Worcester. Wouldn't make a special journey to go there but overall a good addition to a pleasant day's shopping experience.

Lack of staff on tills. After searching on various floors to find an open til, I paid for a suitcase. When I went to leave I was questioned as to whether I had paid for the suitcase as 'someone has radioed because you didn't pay upstairs'. I suggest putting more staff on tils so people who want to pay actually can- rather than accusing them of shoplifting.

Choice of clothing was limited. The food in the restaurant was nice but overpriced. One thing that did niggle was the state of the windows in the restaurant. Covered in bird poo. They needed a good clean.

It had some items that you don't see elsewhere and was easy to get around but it was woefully short of staff.

Visited at lunchtime today. Very quiet. Ordered a panini and baked potato with tuna. Food arrived as we found a table. Panini was barely warm and cheese was not melted. I couldn’t eat it, it was so dry. Potato luke warm but my friend said the tuna was nice. What a waste of money.

Decided to visit Cafe Zest House Of Fraser Worcester after shopping in town , ordered the jacket potato , it came out with a minimal about of garnish 3 tiny pieces of lettuce and randomly one slice of cucumber with a very dry tough potato , and the tuna smelt and tasted overly fishy , with a few spring onions displayed on top . I took one mouthful and had to take it back , it didn’t look fresh , I’ve felt slightly sick this evening, the lady serving let me change it for a sandwich and said the tuna was fresh that day ! in my opinion it was off or going off it was awful and I eat out a lot , the sandwich was very bland . This cafe needs some advise , staff were pleasant but looked scruffy especially representing a high brand store , lovely views from the cafe but there terrace is full of weeds , and the table had a build up of tissue to stop it from being wobbly . The cakes looked lovely , but everything else needs looking at in desperate need of help .

We just fancied a baked potato each so decided this was a good place to have one Well the very sad looking potato with very little grated cheese sprinkled on top was dry and the accompanying salad could not really be called even a garnish. Plain shreds of dry looking lettuce one cucumber slice and one quarter of a tomato. Yes just one quarter of one small tomato no dressing. It was cheap enough but it won’t be a place we go again.

One off the last old school department stores left in wonderful Worcester and it still looking good and has some great xmas bargains 👏👏🎄🎅🙂

A big shop with many popular clothing names. Good perfume counters and good cafe with small play area for little children.Decent offers in all departments.

Im unsure what's going on with House of Fraser stores..they're open, but seem deserted..not much stock and very few staff.. No point in upmarket cosmetic brands, if never any trained staff on counter to advise my choices..

Clarins counter is fab and fully stocked, the lady that works for Clarins is fabulous 👌 really knows the products..

Staff friendly sandwiches terrible. 5 of us met up and 4 of us had a toasted Welsh rarebit so so disappointed. I really don't know what recipe they used but 3 of us had been in catering and that certainly wasn't anything we recognised. We did complain but the manager wasn't interested. We won't be visiting that establishment again. A pity because it used to be so good

Thank goodness stores like this are still in our high street. It was fun looking around at quality fashion items. A relaxed experience.

It is no wonder it went bust, the new layout is much better, but you can't get smart trousers unless you buy a suit. Back to looking on the Internet!

It's ok coffee ☕ shop. But exlator was not working to go down so had to wolk down its as stairs blocked off and lift closed.

A little too pricey but good quality clothes and diverse variety. Nice atmosphere and polite staff.

Cheltenham John Lewis is excellent. The store is well laid out and staff are fully conversant with the products.

You can tell Mike Ashley is now the owner the top floor is now filled with Lonsdale and other poor sports makes The lift has been being fixed for 3 months and they say "this week" everytime I've made it a game to ask everytime I go in now Also the escalator is broken so don't bother going if you have pushchairs difficulties walking Prefer to shop online as deals seem better on there just expect to have 2 to 3 emails a day from them when you do

Very sad to see the stock and choice so low.... Makes me wonder if this will be the next store to go.

Not so great. Cant try cloths on, have to purchase, take home then take back if not the right size. Useless especially when we've put a little on during lockdown. Not helpful, so did not buy.
