Great food, great service and great waitress hannah, always looks after us 10/10

Ordered a curry, was half way through eating it and I bit into glass. This chipped my front tooth which now I have to go to the dentist for. Rang up sounded like women didn’t believe me and neither did the guy who showed up at the door giving me another curry and wanting the half eaten curry and glass back. Lucky I don’t Sue to get my tooth repaired. Didn’t even eat the curry they delivered the second time in case it had anything in it.

Great place. Friendly staff and great service. The rooms are very nice. Perfect for what we needed.

Interesting menu; Gluten free menu; great food and wonderful service in an attractive setting. The staff were also able to vary a menu item to suit my preference.

Food really good. Only niggle was the lack of heating. Radiators cold. There was a small log fire but the smell of woodsmoke was not conducive to enjoying food so we asked for a different table

Ordered again after 12month but really poor helping, got charged £3 del and quid admin charge?, we live 2.2 mile away??? Never again sorry

Warm welcoming pub with great beer and good pub grub serving a cost friendly classic menu. With a separate lounge and bar - The bar is dog friendly. Nestled in the scenic saltwells woods, definitely worth a visit, especially after a walk around the nature reserve or simply visiting for a nice meal. Recommended.

Walked out bar person female seemed to serve locals i believe in taking my turn and always say if someone is before me so will not be going there again

They did not have the bread I ordered but were kind enough to phone and ask what bread I would like instead. Very good service would order again.Very polite delivery person too.

Outside the door for 12.00 but door closed.Soon after a lad turned up that must work there but he couldn’t get in either.He phoned someone who was coming to open the door but no food would be available until 2pm.No option but to take our custom elsewhere.We normally enjoy a bottle of wine along with our lunchtime meal.With so much competition in Bewdley if the Pack Horse doesn’t get its act together it will not be here long.
