Im absolutely disgusted at this my chips where burnt i called to resolves this issue they had ago at me and put the phone down and surprisingly it was stone cold never ordering again

I went in this place ealier to order a fish cake and chips large and the owner started getting hostile with me give me attitude and abuse. This is bad customer service and would not go or recommend this place ever again and they did not fix the order

Kebab and Fish & Chips are always excellent, lovely fluffy chips with crunchy outside. And the fish just flakes as it should when cooked.

Had fish and chips. Fish had been cooked in old oil so so so much batter that you could hardly see the fish. Plate very greasy. Pricey for what you get. If ordering fish and chips go to where Brits cook real fish and chips. Staff all foteign and dont speak English

The pies were so hard and only slightly warm they obviously were microwaved to long not even able to cut through with a knife. The chips were very dry they tasted like they had been old then reheated. Also purched 15inch as described but only sent a 12inch yet charged us the same price. Tried to ring all afternoon but kept saying this number is unobtainable Will never buy from there again.

Excellent friendly service, great value for your money! Chicken Kebab off a spit in a large soft naan bread, salad & a potato fritter….£7.00 👍 tasty & easily enough to feed two. The photo of my partially devoured exhibit doesn’t do it justice.

Do not order from here ,I ordered cod roe and chips and the cod roe was black and half the chips were mouldy I also had some baked beans which was sour tasting so I ended up having nothing to eat because when I called them they told me I was wrong and the food was fresh and believe me it was awful and it was definitely off . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I PAID £55 FOR GARBAGE

Ordered a meat fest pizza, no cheese no donna meat but to replace with sausage. They were out of stock of both ham and beef. They charge me full price £12.50 for a pizza with barely any toppings. Not only that we were over charged. £12.50 for pizza, £3.50 for kids mini fish and chips, £6.50 for naan kebab and £2 for onion rings should be £24.50, we were charged £26.50. Called up to complain once my partner got home and I saw the pizza and was met with, well its your fault you didn't have cheese and before I could even mention being over charged they hung up on me!!! Surely with the lack of stock, they would make up for the missing meat with what I asked for, or at least charge less than full price.

I order a mixed kebab, kids fish and chips, onion rings and a 12" pizza. First off they didn't have any ham or beef for the pizza so I asked them to add sausage which they agreed and I asked for no cheese. The pizza had hardly any meat on it and still charged me the full £12.50 even tho they didn't have two of the toppings in stock. I only realised when I got home they also over charged me for the order. Here is a break down of my order: £12.50 - large meat feast £6.50 - naan kebab £2 - Onion rings £3.50 kids mini fish and chips This comes to a total of £24.50, they charged me £26.00. My misses phoned them to complain and they tried to put the blame on us and before she could even ask about the charge they rudely hung the phone up. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone Their customer service was disgusting. They still charge full price when they don't have the stock for pizza toppings.

We have just had Gluten free fish & chips & they were absolutely delicious beautiful white fish inside a lovely crispy batter. Well recommended.

Wonderful beach views, must go again, I do recommend going here if you have family. Very nice day out if you are interested. Lots of attractions nearby and toilets are free and not very busy

Excellent fish and chips, cod and haddock cooked to order, really tasty. Very reasonable prices too, cup of tea also, just what we were looking for. Can certainly recommend.

Did an online order from here at 17.00 on 15/12/19 - it’s stupid, We order from here a lot, and every time we do they always forget things. Tonight they forgot three things, and when I call their number to tell them they never answer the phone. Fed up and won’t order again.

They might have a five in food hygiene but the quality of the fish was very poor. I've had some cracking fish and chips over the summer in different establishments across the best being the food court that is part of the Pig and Whistle at Badminton Horse trials and worst the Plaice in Oswestry.

I go here now and then as the fish, chips and other fair on offer is generally very nice. The people are pleasant but on more than one occasion there has been a break down in communication and orders have been wrong or food missing. I’ll give it one more try as it’s local and convenient.

Excellent value for money and it tastes good. What more could you ask.

We usually have a fish and chip evening when on our annual famiky holiday. After a cycle ride on a drizzly afternoon we were looking on line for the nearest ‘chippy’.while going through the extensive menus we found our chosen chip shop would also deliver. Not only was the food very good, the delivery service was excellent and we didn’t need to go out on what became a night of heavy rain.

Kebabs are tasty, pricing is fair and you get your moneys worth. One of the best chippys in oswestry.

Great value, and the best piece of fish I’ve had in ages. Had 1 cod, 1 haddock, scampi, pie, and large chips for £16. Would definitely go back.

Great chippy with a 5 star hygiene rating. The chips aren't greasy and the chicken kebab is really taste and good value. The floor can be a little slippy but it's the best chippy in the town centre.

Ordered for 5 people from here. not bad prices, but portions were smaller than expected. The kebab in fresh Naan was nice chips were tasty and apparently the fish was also very nice. Not bad priced and would use again if I was in the area.

My daughter was hungry on the way home from an evening in town and suggested we stop here. I wasn't expecting ting anything special but the service was excellent and very friendly. The food was freshly cooked and plentiful and I have to say they were the best chips in oswestry. The price was very reasonable too. Would definitely stop here again xx

First time we've ordered from here as we didn't know they delivered but we were very impressed. The value-for-money was excellent and the food was really well prepared. And real chips, not fries, because it's a proper chippy!

The food (meat was like cat food) couldn't even eat it and dry didn't give me an opinion too add sauces ect . The delivery took 1hour and 30 minutes! Really disappointed.

Equal top choice in town I'd say, loads of chips and thick white fish. Pies and sausages too, and I believe I once even had a curry from here !

Cod was gorgeous, nice chips, yum sausages, - lost a star cos of scallops + cheese fry it being frozen not 'home made' so not up to standard of rest of this yummy meal. I asked to have my order delivered at 8 15 it arrived at7 45! The food was cold and poor compared to when I have collected in person, it's not the first time they have got my order wrong or the food has been bad won't order again

Ordered a plain cheeseburger meaning no sauce or salad and i received a burger with no cheese having paid extra! Pizza needs attention quite doughey...can't fault kebabs though
