Although there was one pizza missing, the delivery driver quickly sortded it out and brought our missing item straight away togheter with extra garlic bread as an apology from the restaurant. I do appreciate it and do understand they were just busy. Therefore 5 stars review - I am very happy with customer service, food was hot and delicious as always. Highly recommend! Best pizza in Rugby! Thank you!

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the manager Jack. On Friday evening we ordered some takeaway from Uber eats and the driver had given us the wrong order and one from deliveroo. Jack went out of his way to call Uber eats and try and arrange for them to send out another driver. Uber eats refused and although it was no fault of turtle bay within this Jack went above and beyond for us. We have never received such excellent customer service so just wanted to say a huge thank you! 😊

The quality of the food and service was excellent. Friendly staff members and great atmosphere for a perfect dine in experience. Especially Head Chef Kamal , Chef Ram and lovely waitresses Daila , Hana and Ruby made us feel just at home. The presentation of each dish was impeccable from the chefs. The fresh ingredients and skillful preparation were evident in every bite. A must visit for anyone who appreciates the authentic japanese cuisine.

The food, atmosphere and service was awesome. Shabnum was great, super friendly and her smile is infectious!!! The chaii is amazing, the coffee even better. We only had desserts but they were tasty. Will defo be back again. Thanks Shabnum and her little helper 😉
