It was so good that I will be eating here every time I come back to Grand Central.

Great food but terrible staff. The first time I came here, they forgot part of my order. Recently I went to order, only for the staff to have closed everything, despite still being there and it being two hours before the listed closing time. On one occasion I made an order on deliveroo, only for the restaurant to decline said order after I had paid.

Great service from Bri ❤️had egg and bacon breakfast bap meal and strawberry shake after. Thanks guys 👍👏

Plant based foodies beware! Had the plant based buffalo burger and it was gross! Tasted of fish and when I asked the manager, she agreed and said - " the coating and mixture, does somthing funny and gives it that taste" 🤔 I said it should be stated on the menu if you know it taste like fish, of which she "will take my advice and feedback", although not sure who too, with no real apology or, offer of compensation given. I will normally eat almost anything, but this was just not edible. I reccomend giving this item a miss and going else where if your a vegetarian.

Tried to buy the plant based burger meal today. Was told it wasn’t vegan, that’s fine but when I asked what wasn’t vegan in the plant-base burger I was told to look in the website. My son had already bought his meal but they don’t permit you to buy a meal elsewhere and eat it in their seating area so we ended up at separate vendors. Plant-based means made of plants which is almost always vegan but apparently nit here. Please label it vegetarian so it’s clear you don’t offer anything for people who follow a vegan lifestyle.

Really quick service, we waited less then 5 minutes for our food which was brought to the table. Friendly staff and amazing food with over 15 dips to try. Definitely recommend!!

Honestly the food we ordered was amazing. Serivce from all team members was fantastic but most of all a Big Thank You to Austin who went above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Ordered via Uber Eats which is where the issue lies. But called store and was sorted directly instead of being passed around. So thank you very much guys. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly quick service, chicken is always 10/10

The food was ok but the lady at the till calling out all the order numbers was very rude and had no manners she told me and my cousins multiple times to move out of the way although she was in the way and proceeded to give us dirty looks for no apparent reason she was also on her phone whilst telling us to move as I walked past her I saw that she was on Facebook doing nothing not paying attention to her job and not paying attention to her manners towards customers

The best chicken I ever had in Birmingham, never expected it would be so juicy and crispy!

Second time trying. Got the 3 Piece tenders meal for 9.95. In all honesty I think it was worth 6.95 and it would have got a very different review if it was that price. The price also sky rockets if you want to try different flavours/items. So it's a little on the expensive side. Judging on the price charged, the tenders taste a good bit better than frozen chicken cooked in the oven at home but nothing extraordinary - it won't be better than your favourite local chicken shop (support local business!). Quality was disappointing as my chicken was watery. Not a deal breaker though. It's on the more acceptable side of watery chicken. Unfortunately, without buying a separate portion they also don't let you go half and half or different flavours for wings or tenders (e.g on 3 for 3 wings & tenders meal) - pretty major miss of an opportunity there. Otherwise the customer service was good and very friendly (at least the second time I went, not as much the first). Plenty of dips, charging ports and good seating. Fries fresh and decent. Refillable drinks. Texas toast is good. Ketchup free. Fast service.

Such a bad experience from Slim Chickens ordered through deliveroo, the chicken wings meal, the burger meal and tenders, burger and tenders were ok but the wings really made feel sick, they were watery and raw and bloody from the inside, had an off smell to them. Really disappointed

The warm southern hospitality and fresh chicken has transferred very well to sunny Birmingham, UK. Should you find yourself wanting to fire hot chicken tenders into your face at a train station I believe this to be without equal.

Came to slim chicken for dinner, it was delish! We had a chicken burger and a 5 and 5 meal and was great and came super quick. Our server Carmen was very polite, energetic and offered a great service. Would recommend for a tasty meal that doesn’t break the bank.

There’s not many places to go for a decent chicken burger, and this is one of the best around; I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently I was served by the polite staff; this is true from ordering to receiving food. The food is great value for the quality and quantity and bottomless soft drinks come as standard as part of meals. There’s a great selection of sauces on offer. I opted to try the BBQ Honey Chicken Burger, nice that it comes with grated cheese opposed to American cheese slices, overall it was a decent burger which I enjoyed. Bit limited on seating space. Edit: - Added extra photos due to subsequent visits - Would advise downloading the app as the rewards are excellent!

Overpriced and small portion sizes. Good quality food but I paid like 13-14 pound for a chicken burger that came with fries and drink. The meal was good quality and tasty there is no doubt about that it is good food and service was pretty fast as well. But for what you get for that 14 pound isn’t enough the burger was tiny and even the chicken fillet in the burger was tiny. I’ve had the chicken strips before as well and they are more like big chicken bites then strips, they are had your size off ones you get from any other chicken shop. One thing that was consistent in the meal was that they did load the box with a lot off fries but the filling part should be the main meal not compensating with a lot off fries. Would happily have half the amount off fries for a bigger burger and bigger strips. It’s good as a treat I would say it’s like a chicken version off Five guys but at least a burger in Five guys is actually filling but with slim chicken you do also get a drink and fries with your meal but both are overpriced imo.

Poor customer service. For a customer orientated business they seriously lack hospitality. We ordered food to takeaway but changed our minds to sit down instead, as our son was not feeling well and wanted to sit down to eat his meal. We found an empty table and sat down only for the waiter to approach us to tell us to leave. When we explained the situation, he went back to his manager and came back to confirm that we must leave the premises of the restaurant despite having already received the food. They still decided that just because we had received food as takeaway, we could not sit inside for 5-10minutes to eat. There were no queues outside waiting to be seated. Avoid at all costs!!!

I purchased the Buffalo sandwich meal along with extra wings, After couple hours of eating, I had poisoning, I will not recommend this food to anyone else and i am definitely not going back there again. I am still facing the symptoms of food poisoning and it has been 3 days now since eating food, this is the worst food poisoning, I have got in my life. Never ever am i going there and spreading the word amongst family, friends and colleagues to not go there. AVOID THIS FAST FOOD TAKE AWAY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I visited this afternoon it was a young girl who served me on the till. Her attitude was humble, she was patient and very polite. She is a value to the team. She knows how to treat people with dignity and respect. My order came out so quick, in approx 1 minute. That was very fast service. I had my meal was very pleased with it, cooked fresh. It was exceptionally good. Chicken tenders were cooked superbly. I cannot fault this place. Exceptional service, great food and atmosphere it’s hits top marks. I will sure be visiting again very soon. Setting the example - impressed overall!

The food is brilliant but the staff are an absolute joke. While ordering I selected eat in which was then changed by a member of staff to take out for no reason as they had seats available. Then they messed up my sides but was refusing to correct. Could be good if it had decent staff

This is a real good food place to eat if you like chicken and like sauces all the food is good quality and have a deep flavour in them.

Bilal was exceptionally rude, I asked him if he could wipe the table down and he said can you not see I'm busy and then walked off mid sentence and was boasting to his colleagues saying yh I was rude to her, I don't care. I told the manager and thought she would give a partial refund and asked her to make him apologise. That did not happen. The place was unhygienic and I have asthma. I spent £23. My table number was 22 and the date was 02/04/24 approx time 3:15pm. I did ask for a copy of the receipt but that was not given but card details can confirm purchase. I would like a refund as well as compensation for the utter humiliation. I have social anxiety and this was vile behaviour. I will take this to head office too.

The drinks machine always has a problem, the Fanta tasted like water, and sprite just had a really bad after taste. Ice machine never has any ice and seems like it is just there for show.
