Visited Mr T's yesterday. The staff was polite n welcoming specially Tanzim. Tried Zinger burger it was outstanding.

Nice and warm food very polite staff and a big shout out to Atia and manager who looked after us well

Visited today at ladypool road branch .manager german and the girl on front were very friendly and recommended us ts special pizza and smash burger as it was our first time. It was absolutely amazing 😋 will definitely coming again.

The most tasteless Parmesan steak I have ever had ! Would not recommend the chips were bland no taste the portion was just so small! Never again

Definitely worth a visit. The food was amazing. We mainly ordered fried chicken meals and they were very fresh and crispy. Not to mention the portion sizes are great too. Our server Aman was very kind and delivered good customer service. Will definitely visit again.

Had a great experience, visited with my children and they really enjoyed the food and Dubai chocolate ice cream. It's very clean, staff were really accommodating and overall vibe is family friendly. The food was nice and the prices are reasonable.

Have to say the food was one of the best I have tasted in a long long time the Mr t special pizza was the best, the special parmo was decent too, the decor atmosphere was lovely, was thinking of giving it a 4 star as the staff were all over the place seemed chaotic and they had no menus which I thought was poor atleast have something on the board to see had to wait until you get to the counter as they only had 2 menus stuck to the counter, but food came out in good time, it was good and delicious so I move the rating to a 5, will be coming back make sure you try the special pizza😍 tried it again and still lovely

Great experience and awesome customer service. We were served by Nikita. I ordered the Badboy Box, which included a smash burger, kebabish donner, fries and 3 wings. Great quality food especially the burger and kebabish. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered grilled chicken and fries from Mr T, thinking it would be a decent, clean meal. The fries were terrible — tasted like they’d been fried in old cheap oil. You could smell it before even tasting it. The chicken was alright, but the fries ruined the whole thing. Won’t be going back. When you start cutting corners on simple things like fries, it’s game over.

Always a treat. Great smash burgers, juicy and tasty. Stir fry doner is a bit on the oily side, but tastes bang on. Parmo game is on point. Staff are nice and friendly. The place is always clean.

I tried Mr. T's Nacho Burger, and it was amazing, crispy, and delicious, with a good quantity of fries. The ambiance is very calm and relaxing inside the restaurant, and the staff is very polite too, especially Ms. Tanzim Ara. She is great at customer service. I highly recommend this place.

When I visited your shop to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and a lack of concern from the staff. I was informed that once the order was handed to the driver, it was no longer your responsibility. While I understand that delivery services can sometimes lead to mishaps, I believe it is crucial for businesses to ensure that their food is handled with care throughout the delivery process. I was disappointed that instead of offering a solution or an apology, the owner suggested I file a complaint with Uber Eats for a refund. A more customer-centric approach would have been to offer fresh food or a small gesture of goodwill to rectify the situation. I have documented my experience, including a video, and I am considering sharing it on social media if this issue is not addressed. I had a pretty good experience at Mr t’s . The food was fresh, and the service was quick. The staff was friendly, and my order was accurate, which is always a plus. The place was clean. I tried Mr T’s for the first time yesterday and we had the zinger burger meal and chicken tikka pizza. The burger was lovely, the chicken fillet was crispy and fresh i enjoyed it. The pizza was amazing, one of the best i ever had in birmingham. We were not impressed with the milkshakes, we had the ‘pity the fool’ and oreo milkshakes. They both tasted like ice cream to us. They need to add more of an amount of oreo or snickers or whatever flavour the milkshake is to get a taste of flavour. That was the only disappointing thing, otherwise it would’ve been a five. We’ll definitely go back. I recommend this place.

When we came last day, the menu had a wide range of alternatives that were appropriate for both adults and childern, and the food we got was excellent. We gad a great time there. The man who served us, muhammad made sure we had everything we needed, and the rest of the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Overall we whole family had a great time during our visit to Mr ts because of the excellent cuisine and friendly ambiance.

I had stir fry Donner with chips it's was okay homemade Donner? Not sure if it was as it taste like regular Donner meat to me after hard week of work I thought I treat myself it's wasn't that great sorry to say another over hype up places on lady pool rd one for young desi bad boys visit to have their smash burgers and Donner meat so they can parked their AMG RS3 GTI BMW up say they went on mission for fast food wasn't that great MR T no it's was MR No for me I had bad boy box meal stir fry Donna was okay nothing that special fries zinger burger only thing good fillet chicken burgers unfortunately wing was cold for my liking busy places

Yesterday came for a quick iftar after shopping. A 12 minute walk from Stratford Road. Good cuisine at a reasonable price. Wings with a Zinger burger are the greatest. The donner was banging as well. Mohammed, the man who served to us was really friendly.

Yesterday I visit Mr ts. The food that we tasted was delicious and freshly prepared. The milkshake burger and wings were tasty and of high quality. The person Muhammad who served was very pleased to us. Overall the staff provided excellent service. Five star for entire experience.

A truly amazing location, a welcoming environment for families. served by Mohammad, a true gem who went above and above to make sure we were comfortable! Excellent burgers. We tried the donner burger, gypsy king, and chicken stack. They were all excellent!    such a wonderful experience. Thank you.

We first ordered online 30 mins before iftar. Upon arrival to the restaurant apparently our order never registered on their end of the system. We had to re order and ended up paying twice and we still havent received a refund for the first order. After making our second order we waited for another 45 mins for our food. The food was nice and hot but honestly pretty average nothing that's makes me want to come back. It was lovely to see prayer space and decent toilet facilities. I understand it was very busy time during iftar but service was all over the place, not enough staff and very messy. The staff that were available were nice and attentive.

Got the loaded box, chicken was pink both the wings and burger, very unsatisfied with this as i couldn't finish the food due to the fact the food was undercooked. The pizza was falling apart did not hold any of the toppings and would literally rip into pieces when i would try to pick a piece up. Do not recommend. Prime example of overhyped by social media and aesthetics.

Not keen on the burgers but the pizza is delicious, milkshakes and chicken jalapeño samosas.

Miss Arooba at Mr. T’s Cafe is a hidden gem. I've been coming here for years and the quality never disappoints. Their chicken burger is a must-try - juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The service is always friendly and welcoming. It's a great spot for a casual lunch or a quick dinner.
