First time coming here and it did not disappoint. Being Italian myself it takes a lot for me to enjoy Italian food in restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Mediterranean seafood mixed girl and it was cooked to perfection and tasted unreal. I didn’t get all of the fish that the menu mentioned, but what I did receive was filling regardless. Ended up paying £60 for 2 starters and 2 mains which I think is good value for money for the quality I received. Thanks for a lovely meal!

Food was great, unique menu and great staff

What a fantastic stopover (in our Campervans) for the four of us. All the staff were brilliant 👏 so attentive and so friendly including the owners (Heather and Chris, you were fab 👌👍). The food was awesome with a lovely varied menu at such reasonable prices, not to mention the varied choice of beers and wine. Many thanks to Mel and Vicky who went out of their way to be so helpful (and also the young lady, sorry didn't get your name, who was straight at the table with water when my wife had a coughing fit). You really have created such a lovely welcoming and friendly atmosphere, it was our first visit, but definitely won't be the last. If one does not give 5 stars to them, he'll give it to none. Excellent food and friendly Staff. We had sardinhas fritas (perfect entry), francesinha do Porto and Bacalhau com Natas. Authentic Portuguese food, very well made, a piece of Portugal in the UK. Sagres pint was very fresh, great quality wine too. Hope you'll visit them and enjoy this amazing culinary, Portugal has one of the best in the world.

Absolutely outstanding Indian restaurant! The food is always bursting with authentic flavors and every dish was perfect beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive, Tas is a great host. warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A top-tier dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We came for a meal at 7pm on a Wednesday night but it wasn't open - no explanation.

Mid week teatime treat beautiful home cooked food. Nice atmosphere good balance of diners and drinkers. Will definitely use again

Another excellent lunch at the Pheasant. We've been several times over last 4 years and never been disappointed. This time we kicked off with salmon gravadlax with blood orange and deep fried squid followed by excellent hake in an Indonesian curry sauce with pak choi - superb!! With desserts, glass of wine each, bread (also very good - ciabatta, lightly toasted with butter on the side) the bill came to just over £100. The standards are very high and you won't be disappointed!

I visited twice and enjoyed my meal both times! The sushi is pretty good quality especially the salmon! The unagi jyu was great too, I found it quite rich and difficult to finish but that is just the nature of the dish I was happy to find a good Japanese restaurant 😊 if I’m ever back in Birmingham I will come here again

Can not rate this place highly enough, food , service, atmosphere and more importantly cleanliness and friendliness 110% and to anyone that's never tried the Turkish drink Raki it's a must

When we stay at St Georges Park, England training ground - this is where we go for an evening meal. The food is delicious, the hospitality is brilliant and the beer from the microbrewery is fabulous. If we could run a pipe from the microbrewery to St Georges our stay would be perfect. I would recommend a visit and to book your table. We ate quite late due to matches and training and the home made pizzas were all gobbled up but any food on the menu is recommended. There is a problem easily accessing the web site but don't be deterred.
