Beerbohm in Lichfield

On a trip into Litchfield popped in for a coffee. Great place, staff very friendly, coffee superb, mince pies ace. Will catch the train in next time to sample a few beers. 😉

This is a superb bar specialising in Belgian beer, but also serving a range of superb cask beers, often from local breweries and always well kept. The owners have built on something good and made it exceptional - well done Tina, Paul and Olly!

A very nice city pub, both staff and locals very friendly. Felt safe.

Cool continental-style bar in the heart of Lichfield. A must for lovers of Belgian and German beers. Loads of choice, served in a ambience that Rowley Birkin (if you know, you know) would be a home with.

Came here for the first time on Saturday and I can safely say that this place is one of my favourites. Brilliant beers, brilliant staff and brilliant atmosphere 👌🏻🍺

Great pub. Quirky design that really works. Fantastic selection of beers and Belgian and German beers all served in their own glasses which is amazing. They don't do food but allow you to bring your own and will even supply plates and cutlery. Two floors and occasional live entertainment it's a great pub and well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Very rude customer service. I went in to ask about a German beer which they didn’t have in stock. However, I was rudely corrected on how to pronounce the beer & made to feel very uncomfortable.

Love this place. Brilliant customer service. Seating inside and also outside in the sun, phoar. Great selection of drinks and the staff can give you a low down on all of them so you can decide which you'd like 💪🏻👍🏻👌🏻

The beers are wonderful, the atmosphere is excellent and you can bring in your own food (for which they will provide plates and cutlery). Right in the heart of beautiful Lichfield!

Nice street bar. Ales were good but for the northern climb to get our heads around half a pint for £5.40. We didn't quite see why the overheads for a 6.4% ale, were so high for an ale. It did ditract, but we did enjoy your experience and so did, your packed bar. Good job gals.

Great beer, service and atmosphere. Gets very busy on a Friday so bear that in mind if you require a seat because you probably won't get one but to me that just shows how good a place it is. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. It's not overpriced for what it is at all. Staff are very friendly as well. Good recommendation is go go for food at the wetherspoons opposite then mosey on over to Beerbohm for some top quality beer.

A first rate Belgian style cafe bar that also serves an ever changing choice of 4 real ales. No food served but you are welcome to bring your own and borrow the resident crockery/cutlery. Dogs welcome if accompanied by well behaved owners!

Prob the best pub myself and friend visited on our litchfield pub Tour,Beer Quality was 1st class,Condition of Cheltenham gold pale,great and the Salted Caramel Stout,brill flavour,so yeah,was great visit.👌👌🍺

Definitely my favourite place in Lichfield, very tidy bar with wonderful atmosphere, pleasant clientele, great bar staff, and some truly wonderful beers from around the world and Belgium. You’d be a fool to not come here if your visiting Lichfield, leaving may be a problem though :)

Really good atmosphere. Lighting is nice. Bartenders are good. Drinks were great with lots of variety. Some nice whiskeys. Lots on drought .

Just a swift half of Palm amber ale. But absolutely delicious. And well served. Barman didn't like the first pour, so took it away and it came back better 👍

One of the best bars in Lichfield. You can even take your own food. They have a fantastic slection of beverages to chose from. An excellent venue

Love this place. Having moved from Bristol I was sceptical about getting decent beer in a 'small' town/city but Beerbohm has delivered! The atmosphere and beers on offer is great. We regularly go to Belgium and breweries and to have a pub that brings it all together on our doorstep is sublime! The staff are always friendly and happy to have a chat.

Very good world beer pub in Lichfield, one of the best I’ve been to in the Midlands. Just worth noting that the stairs up to the upstairs seating are steeper than a Wetherspoons haha, just as a forewarning.

Went in for a couple of drinks, good range of beers,you can have 4x 1/4 pint glasses so you can have a selection of beers.

If you like continental beer and whatnot, come here. Recommend a dark/brown Belgian. You know it makes sense 🦇

Pretty much a 1920's Speak-easy. Phenomenal selection of ales, pilsners and liquor. Great decor, friendly staff and cosy. Sign outside said(to para-phrase) 'Come in if it's raining and drink beer' I did, cos it was raining. And glad I did. Great place for a quiet coupla drinks. 10/10

Lovely place for the variety of beers, place is let down by the toilets, absolutely disgusting, pee all over the seats and floor, there should be male & female toilets.

I absolutely love this place. Like the ambiance on the first floor with its gentleman’s club theme. Beers are always great quality particularly like the Trappist Ale they have. Excellent pub.

Nice Belgian & German beer selection. So many bottles to choose from. Some beers, lagers, ciders on draft. Plus a large range of gins, whiskies and other spirits. Staff very knowledgeable about the beers on offer and spend time to explain the different styles. Nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly customers, bring your own food and snacks, and dog friendly too.

Extensive selection of Belgian and German beers available, along with a long Gin list. Tea and coffee available, and a rotating cask beer selection. Bar snacks can be purchased, can also bring in food like sandwiches etc to consume on site. Friendly knowledgeable owners and staff, always try to visit here when in Lichfield, it is a real gem of a place.

What a bar. Full of Belgian beer. So much choice. It seems small and unassuming, but there a room upstairs also. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of time for everyone

Super selection and a nice place. Travel here from quite far as have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately now become super expensive at over £16 for 3 drinks, is just too much. A shame but as a result our visits will be much reduced.

Wow came across this venue and went in as it looked very appealing .. Super impressed on first glance , chic quirky vine and decor throughout Down and upstairs . Nice choice of very reasonable priced drinks … including some IPA beers , staff were super polite and friendly … Will definitely be back .. a refreshing change .

If you like Belgian Beers & German Lagers, this is the place for you! Really big space & it was PACKED. Best bottle selection of German lagers I've seen in the UK that isn't online!

Usually like this place but dont like those brighter light bulbs downstairs it ruins the ambience.
