I had an amazing experience at The Three Tuns last night! Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Nikki made the most delicious cocktail I've had in a very long time. Can't wait to return and have another!

Me, my fiancé and a few friends, were hosted by Laura, one of our friends we were celebrating her birthday earlier, Laura was wonderful she served us with a smile and was very hospitable, thank you for greeting us with all a welcome, 10/10 service and food.

I normally throughly enjoy the food here, so much so I regularly go and all the other chain pubs but I visited today and they have changed all the menu and took one of my favorite items off, the Cajun chicken burger!! Had the trio of burgers instead and it was inedible, added these small veggies onto the pulled pork and it was honestly disgusting. My friend had a steak that was well done after asking for medium, it was full of fat and chewy, in edible and we left the majority of our meal, absolutely appalled! Spend £84 for the two of us to be leaving just as hungry as I entered.

Potatoes chips and Pizza is ordered when every time I visited. The mangoes salad is too sour.

Excellent venue, brilliant food ( large portions) exceptional range of cocktails/cocktails. (Complete with flower arrangements) Nice outfit seating area. Be aware this is a cashless pub! Drinks etc paid for via an App. (Simple to use) So take your smart phone. Guess you can 'tap' CC etc Also separate pizza & pasta kitchen so if mixed you have mixed menu choices you may get served separately to. Pizza are BIG!

Proper one of the nicer puns I’ve been to recently. Didn’t book in advance but got a table, all the staff were genuinely very nice and the food was great, cocktails are funny my partner got a fish in a bag 🤣 and the price was good

Booked a table fie 7.30pm on Saturday May 3 , wasn't long before we were seated I had the Big Karage chicken stick with chunky chips and salad. My Husband had the same IMy Sister and Brother in law both had steak t was delicious and wholesome! The atmosphere was nice, we were in the blossom tree room which was beautiful! Will definitely return in the near future The young lady who served us was lovely, friendly and polite

Fantastic food great friendly staff and service. The blossom room is really attractive and adds a really nice atmosphere to the meal. Food was first class. Will be returning soon. The beer garden looks really nice and would be a great place for a sunny day. Very busy but no issues with the service and our table was available on time.

Great portions but given many of the meals have rice it was disappointing no one told us there was no rice!! Second time there but service not great either.

Recent visit here was very poor. Food quality not what I’d expect or had previously. Many items missing from the dishes. This was mentioned to the staff and they said they would pass on my comments. Pitt Burger with no cheese, no gerkins and generally every meat on it over cooked or burnt. If this is the first time I’d been here I wouldn’t go back. Even the cold drinks were warm and had to ask for ice to be added. Disappointing generally and nothing from a service perspective to say they tried to make things better

Service was 10/10 brilliant friendly staff, and the scenery is beautiful in the tree room upstairs, my partner ordered Mongolian beef stir fry it was delicious and flavoursome, I ordered the pit burger it was ok, drinks choice for cocktails are great, lots of variety to choose from.

Arrived yesterday at 2pm no one to meet and greet so we found an empty table and checked not reserved. Waitress suddenly appeared and said we must wait by the door to be seated. We felt very unwelcome and decided to leave. We will never go here again.

Another lovely evening at the Three Tuns Lichfield. The food is consistently good and the staff are lovely . A special thank you to Shay who always makes us welcome .

Very frustrating experience thanks to the booking management team, My daughter booked a table 3 weeks in advance for 3 people at 7:30pm as she wanted to invite us, Mum and Dad, to dinner with her first salary, We arrived at 7pm and Tom, the manager, told us to wait at the counter having a drink as the table was not ready yet, what was ok as we arrived half an hour before, We had to cancel the booking at 7:50 after asking several time for our table, we were tired of waiting and we were not comfortable anymore as the place was very busy, I think that if you manage a restaurant you should have a control of your bookings and attend on time, but the worst was Tom's behavior as when we cancelled he didn't even apologize, but on the contrary he seemed happy, one less problem, not bothering at all about my daughter's frustration,

Ordered x2 pit burgers. Price was reasonable but burgers clearly aren’t their specialty. Dry meat, flavourless pulled pork and cold chips that were clearly from the bottom of the pan. Service was fine, nothing special. Wouldn’t come back.

The first time we went a few weeks ago the food was really amazing went went back there on the 21st for a meal with our son inlaws parents food was great the second time around today was a very different story very disappointing we had booked a tablet we arrived a little early so we waited at the bar to get a drink was not served despite being right up the front of the bar even one on the manager came and asked had we been served we was shown to our table which was dirty missing cutlery we order our drinks my came out but my husband hadn't .. another ten minutes of waiting, our waiter was very polite, and very helpful food took a long time very disappointing .I would go back to have a drink, but the food has been very hit and miss..., because the first time the food was absolutely amazing and so was the staff last to times noto good at all I appreciate it was a busy serving but still not the point when spending a lot of money

Possibly the best value pub and best pub customer service I have ever experience. Diverse menu, generous portions and staff who clearly enjoy their job. Very impressed and will be visiting again

We visited the three tuns today for lunch to celebrate the end of my dad’s radiotherapy treatment, we had an overly meal! The food is just super, when we arrived the young chap who served us asked if we were celebrating anything and I told them about dads treatment, we had a lovely surprise at the end when he gave dad a love desert with a big slate with congratulations on, it was very touching and the whole experience was brilliant! Great service from lovely people!

Spent a fantastic evening here, food was superb as well as the service. Highly recommended and will be visiting again soon.

In the evening, I invited my friends and family to gather at the restaurant (reservation required). When I was waiting for the waiter to take my seat, I saw red and white wine cabinets on both sides of the entrance (rusty iron cabinets, very special), and the interior was built with a wooden brick structure. The atmosphere was very good and very comfortable. That night we tasted steak dinner, which was delicious (you have to pay for the sauce). My friends had beef rice, pizza and children's meals (the portions were large and had to be packed). The drinks had a new product: ice cream fruit punch, which was creative (the ice cream was given to the children). Another new food, Korean skewers (will try it again next time). There is free parking outside the store, and there are restrooms and bars inside the store.

Our daughter, my wife and I had a meal, food was great, I was blown away by how helpful Matt was, amazing attentiveness, Also a young lady was lovely when she bought my meal, as mine was the last come, she noticed I had bit of pizza and she said in a lovely, friendly and natural way, I see you have started on someone else’s, I love to see people happy at work and being themselves while giving exceptional interactions, highly recommend, great food, great value and lovely helpful staff

Great menu full if tasty options. We like the atmosphere and have been on a couple of occasions now both as a couple and with our teenage boys who also enjoyed it. Some food is prepared in a different kitchen (Pizza) but ours all came out together. There are different ways to order and a choice of eating in the bar or dining area but the menus are the same. Great drink range with Cocktails coming from a different bar. This caused me to wait 20 mins for a Guinness on one occasion when everyone else had their drinks. That was the only slight negative in two visits.

Best pub for food and drinks I have been to in years love this place only problem is it’s 4 hours away… will 100% be back when ever visiting family. Starts mains and deserts are great we always order way too much because everything is so good

3rd time visiting yet never fails to disappoint. The service from Ant was amazing, very attentive and pleasant waiter who sorted the whole night out for us. This time me and my girlfriend visited for our anniversary meal and we were suprised with a slate at the end of the meal congratulating us both. Will be visiting again for certain!

Visited a couple of times on the last 8 weeks. Food is very good. Excellent choice on menu with a separate pizza kitchen. Our only gripe is the room on and around the tables. They seem to pack in as many papayas possible so there really is no privacy. It really is a bit of a squeeze and makes the whole visit uncomfortable.

Such a lovely atmosphere. Our server Ant was amazing, nothing was too much for him to do! Always smiling and happy to be there.

Disappointing. The building is fantastic to look at, inside and out. However the bright pink low level lights are blinding when seated at table. 30 min wait for drinks only to be told 2 of the choices weren't available..... Took 30 mins to realise and or inform us? Food was ok. It was table service but you have to pay on the app?? And of course the bill was wrong so had to try to catch member of staff to rectify the bill before then attempting to pay on the app again......

I met up with a friend here during the week for lunch and it was relatively quiet so we could hold a good conversation. It's not the first time I've been here. On this trip I ate fish and chips, previously I've eaten Mongolian beef with rice. The portion sizes have been good, and the food tasty. I definitely recommend eating here if you're in the area.

This place is incredible the food is wonderful and reasonably priced. The starter was delicious which was followed by fantastic chicken skewer and off course a delicious desert. They have plenty of choice enough to keep everyone happy. Definitely recommend!!

We are a family of 5, and we all absolutely love this place. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is so cosy and warm! All the staff are super friendly and always ask for allergies. Great free car park and lovely cocktails and mocktails for the children.

A real gem, didn’t know what to expect but very good food, service was the best I have received in a long time. Great selection of beers and 0% on draft. Really can’t recommend this place enough.

Great choice of cocktails. Food is amazing with great portions. Decor is amazing, book the upstairs room for a lovley setting. Breakfast with Santa 2024 was much improved over the previous year and a great experience for kids. One of my fav local restaurants

Very good Christmas dinner, delicious. There were 8 of us and paying was a nightmare. They don't accept cash (only for tips) and the apps on the table that you use to pay were rubbish. Might not go in a crowd again for that reason. They need to sort it out. Spoilt the night

Took my farther for his 89 birthday but was spoilt by 2 large groups of well lubricated men at the next table who’s language was not acceptable for a so called family restaurant. It was shocking that at no point the manager stepped in to control the language or control the number of shots repeatedly given to the table which made the language louder and more blue. I confronted the manager in a calm and controlled manner whose reply was “please stop shouting and let me talk”( I think it was his default reply to difficult situations) personally he is a spineless manager who I feel is only interested in profits and not customer satisfaction!

Stopped by after a hike, and we were absolutely blown away by the food and service. Felt very welcome and loved everything we ordered, cooked to perfection. Thank you for a brilliant lunch 🥰

Service excellent and atmosphere good. Food was not good. Portion size was off putting! Chicken was tough. Steak on skewer was overdone and vegetable portions on skewers were over sized. Food came out very quickly after each course which suggests portions are cooked before hand. Cannot say they were microwaved as food was not as warm as we would expect. Would definetly not go again

Fantastic venue. Very nicely decorated. The food was great. And the staff members serving us fantastic even remembering our names.. love the quirky and imaginative cocktail drinks. It's nice to see somewhere making an effort to be a little different. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming again. There is plenty of parking with wide disabled bays right near the entrance.

This outstanding public house is situated a 5 minutes drive from the A5 and we visited for lunch. Car park seemed a bit tight but managed OK. The first thing that grabbed us was the interior of this gorgeous pub, beautiful decor and everywhere seemed very clean. We were quickly seated and orders taken by a fabulous waitress who explained many dishes in detail and went back and forth to find out when she didn't know. We ended up having the hanging skewers, chicken with onions and peppers with spicy chips.... I had the spicy skewers which were absolutely delicious. We started with the chicken bao bun which was lovely. It is a great shame that this pub is so far away because even visiting for a few drinks would be a regular thing, lovely place. Great food, great service in excellent surroundings but it gets very busy! Worth a visit.

The best garlic bread on the planet and they are also very welcoming of our little puppy which we like. Keep up the good work guys! The app is also by far the best restaurant app out there!

We’ve been going to this chain for many many years, usually The swan at Walton but of late, The three tuns Lichfield. Very disappointed tonight. A shared pizza was burnt on the base & that was all you could taste. Staff were very good in dealing with our complaint & didn’t hesitate to replace it, but 2nd pizza wasn’t up to standard but better. Staff made excuses that someone had to step into the absent of usual pizza chef , but that’s not an acceptable explanation as it overall wasn’t enjoyable so we won’t be dining there again, which is a shame as it’s spoilt it for us.

Nice food, had to wait for the table despite booking, overall a really good experience and we will be going back.

Went for a birthday dinner, starters were good main course was quite poor the Steak skewers were well over cooked and the haloumi wasn't the best. Also had a nightmare trying to pay wasted atleast 15 minutes of the night as had to scan the table but because there was no signal inside the building the text code from the bank wouldn't send.

Had a lovely visit to celebrate our anniversary, food was beautiful as always and the best cocktails. I didn’t think the service could get any better but it certainly did, Ant was so friendly and did not stop all night ,made sure we had everything we need and even gave us a lovely little surprise at the end. Had a great experience here at the Three Tuns. The service was excellent. Large selections of food to choose from and taste was good. Only wish is for the food to be a bit hotter when it reaches the table. Would come here again.

This was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had (in a pub or restaurant of any kind). The menu was imaginative and enormous and yet at the very reasonable prices I was expecting the results would still be fairly normal pub food. I was so wrong ‒ there was an incredible flair and attention to detail with the cooking and presentation. Our server Matt was a joy and genuinely made the experience even better with his attentiveness and the fact that you could tell he clearly loved his job and the pub itself. There was a huge range of beers from around the world on tap, and the cocktails my friends had looked amazing. I went here as the end of a small stag do and it was a perfect way to round off the day, the staff even brought me a little amuse bouche with the words ‘Don’t do it’ written on a slate in chocolate sauce, which was unexpected and hilarious. The atmosphere was gorgeous and just right for any occasion or just a great meal out. Three words: you should go!
