Warm, relaxing atmosphere that isn't too formal, with professional, friendly staff. The food was excellent. Good sized portions, more than we expected. Lots of choice, very fresh. Also lots of choice of drinks, including mocktails, which was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Superb food and ambience. The service was a little slow, and it was early evening, so not busy. It was worth the wait, though when the food arrived. Delicious!

Just visited for the first time and we were really impressed. I had been looking around for somewhere to eat for me and my husband and the thing that drew me to this restaurant was the interesting menu. There's much more choice and more exciting food than at a lot of other similar venues. I also really liked the way they have pictures on their website that show the dishes. Everything we ordered was lovely (Cheesey garlic pizza bread, small yakitori sticks, trio of burgers, posh chips and the apple gyoza). We've not been anywhere for ages where every item of food was delicious! Chips are really lovely and not the samey fries you get in most places. We will definitely come back another time.

If you’re in Litchfield, The Three Tuns is a must-visit pub. With its cozy, rustic charm, excellent selection of beers, and friendly staff, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Great food abs service. Would recommend the pizza

Food was amazing! Pizza's are massive. The only issue we had was waiting to be seated. You have to queue basically across the bar meaning there's no space for people to order drinks. They need another person showing people to their tables. Poor manager was definatley getting his steps in.

Had a very long wait after ordering (over an hour). Food was very good though. Could have given the tables a wipe over, sticky. Nice outside area with booths. Blankets available. Pets allowed.

Great food and drinks staff were amazing mia was a great member of staff she was amazing great customer service couldn't of asked for better service.

Probably one of the most chilled, welcoming pubs I've dined at in the past ten years.Conveniently located,plenty of parking,disabled too. The views of the Staffordshire countryside whilst you dine are amazing. The rustic layout inside is brilliantly done from reclaimed timber and the staff are readily eager to help. The food is top-notch at a fair price with something for all tastes. Myself and my family will hopefully dine there for years to come! Well done Three Tuns Lichfield 💯

Disappointing that you constantly cause inconvenience and delays to 100’s of cars while you block the main road outside with your deliveries especially when you have an empty car park 10 meters away, for this reason I shall not be visiting and I can’t be the only one who is annoyed by this, seems a little selfish to put everyone else out

Absolutely delightful evening with the woman who I love. Couldn't have been more perfect.

Was taken for lunch as a birthday treat. It was my first visit. My son told me to get there early as you can not book bar tables, and this is the only part of the building that allows dogs. Thank goodness we got there early!! As the doors opened at 12 (it was a Saturday), the place filled up within 15 minutes. Lots of dogs!! Elsewhere in the pub you can prebook tables. Inside the pub is full of old wood and is snug and comfortable. Outside, the views are lovely with plenty of parking. The service was attentive and friendly. I was introduced to the cocktail menu, and this was extensive and fun (they do a bathtub with ducks.... 😂) The food menu had all the usual things (steaks. Burgers, etc) but also some unusual things (Bao buns and yakitori sticks), the food came in a timely manner even though I could see how extremely busy the kitchen was, and it was good. I had a pulled pork bun... delicious, and the chips were thick cut and tasted triple fried. Prices were very reasonable, as opposed to any other pub, but particularly given the quality of the food. I would return there, even though it is a bit of a drive for me. It's definitely worth a visit!! Xx

We were recommended the three tuns by a family member and went over one afternoon, we had the fish and chips, our son had pizza and it was absolutely lovely. We went over again tonight, the 2 older children had pizza and was lovely, my partner and I had the Mongolian beef and although it was lovely, it was quite possibly the smallest dinner I've ever been served in a pub at £16 each it was like a starter, we actually order another pizza to share, the 2 together are realistically one portion and I don't eat big dinners. 1 other gripe. We sat outside in a booth for a change, the table was so sticky we asked for some spray and cloth to clean it.

Nice outdoor area to sit on a sunny day overlooking the countryside. Very stodgy menu, everything appears to have chips, rice or bread. Couldn't find a salad option.

Food was nice most of the time. Had a bad experience when a booking was messed up. Service is ok not enough staff when they are booked up. They do not accept cash which to me is a big thumbs down. The place it's self is lovely. Just a few points that let's it down. It's a shame as has the potential for being the best place in lichfield

Lovely setting. Service good to begin with but took ages to clear plates. Cocktails looked great but were 90% ice. Food average. I wouldn’t choose to go back.

Nice place, nice atmosphere, draft stella was off! Ended up drinking bottled larger. Food came out fast but onion rings were cold, and greasy, chips were cold, our children’s pasta was also only luke warm. Not the best food! Staff very polite and friendly

Food was excellent, no rush to get it eaten and out the door. Large Yakitori sticks are a must. Big short of staff running the food and taking orders. Recommend a visit to anyone in the area of this pub, must pre book a table.

Booked the Three Tuns for this evening to celebrate a birthday and a leaving to travel celebration. Ant was our host and he was an absolute superstar. Excellent service and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. All food was good and a great night had. Thank you Ant for making our evening ⭐️

Service was terrible and my drink was spilt over me by the person serving me. wasn’t offered anything for that happening just a baby wipe. awful pub landlord is awful.

Pub looks great and decent choice of drinks but my sons had a pizza that had plastic left in from the base which are obviously bought in. Last time I came my open steak sandwich had moldy bread 🤢 each time the staff were great and discounted meals or a round of drinks but too many issues for me to want to eat here again for the price

Met my son and family for lunch. It was my first visit to this restaurant. Most of us had pizza and everyone ended up taking a part of it home at the end. Service was great given the fact it was a very busy time.

Amazing place to go for great food, service and location. Sitting outside on a summers day, lovely view and great drink and food what more do you want 👍. Oh and the pizza and chips are the best, Also thanks for the complimentary shots after are food to congratulate 2 of my daughter's successful job interviews.

So frustrated with this place. When they get it right, it’s Awsome. However, they get things wrong way too often. They are unable to bring food out at the same time. If you order a pizza, they will actually tell you they are unable to bring the food out at the same time. I find this extremely ridiculous. Never have I been to a restraint where a chef is unable to time pizza along with other foods. Is this a joke ? The other foods were not cooked correctly. Very disappointed.

Most time we visit, always a mess up with order, from wrong pizza been sent out to drinks sitting in the bar for 10 mins and having to chase, and rubbish been left on table for longer than needed, really need to look at the quality and standards from the staff

Went here with a group of people. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Was told this is a chain of pubs. There is a wide variety on the menu. There is a different pizza kitchen therefore you are told that this will come out quicker than other mains. Food is good quality and the restaurant has two floors. Downstairs is mainly the bar area with tables for food and upstairs has the cherry blossom tree with food served. There are also options to eat outside.

Lovely venue, great beer garden and the food looked amazing and the portions were very generous. My bao bun starter was delicious but unfortunately the rest was all a bit cold, dry and bland and disappointing. We have fed this back properly to management.

Amazing place with lots of lovely food, deliciously cooked and Massive portions; definitely worth the prices. The smaller options for start/deserts were really nice too. Didn't expect the mains as big as they were. Only complaint was the chairs aren't very comfortable. Could use some softer seating.

One of our favourite places to visit for cocktails and food. Great menu and large kids portions. Hanging skewers are a firm favourite along with the cajun chicken. Blossom tree room very picturesque but you definitely need to book this.

Good atmosphere in this quirky finished pub. Shame no bar to stand at for drinks , pub mainly set for eating. Had a lovely grilled steak but they couldn't get the Stilton sauce right after several attempts so had do do without.

Food and atmosphere lovely 😍 but far to dark we're we was sitting I like to be able to read the menu let alone see what I'm eating all parts of the venue apart from we're I was sitting are light and airy that was a big let down especially for the guests I took there get the lighting right and it's 5*

I went to this pub as I enjoyed a visit to the Swan at Walton a while ago and understood that it is part of the same chain. I arrived but had not made a reservation just to be told I could only eat in the bar area which in all honesty was roomy and had a nice feel to it. I scanned the bar and noticed a number of real ale pumps but they only were showing London Pride. I asked the bar staff if London Pride was the only one they had and he answered yes we have that and went to get a glass to pour me one I stopped him and asked again to which he answered it was the only one they had so I opted for a pint of Estrella. I chose a seat in the window as I could also then see the kitchen then went to the bar again and asked for a menu which I was told there was none having questioned how I could get something to eat I was then to be told sorry I will get you one (very strange). I chose the sliders which I had enjoyed at The Swan and returned to my seat having orderd at the bar. lookin at the kitchen I noticed there was a number of chip pots under the lights and had been there a while. The food arived quick and I noticed the chips had come from under the lights, they were look warm and lost a bit of their crisp but were light and tasty in the middle and well seasoned. I started the sliders with the beef burger which was excellent and followed it with the cajun chiken which I think had brie on it which was a little suprise but the chicken had a nice kick to it. Now I had saved the pulled pork to the last as I really enjoyed it but was disappointed as it was dry and burnt. At this stage some people would say did I send it back the answer is no as I believe that a restauant should be judged on what comes out of the kitchen and it certainly was not unedible. I have to also comment on the slaw as well as I found this to be watery and although fresh tasting disappointing. There is no doubt it is well thought of for food as the dinning room was getting full so maybe I caught them in between service but if I have a thought to return I think I will reserve a table and eat a bit later instead of around six. There was also a lady and gent arrived and she was told there was not her wine she usually had and they could not sit at a certain table as it was reserved although she said when she called they were told they could not reserve a table in the bar area which again was a bit strange. There was a number of staff on duty and a sweep under one or two of the tables would not have gone a miss but maybe I was just not enthralled by the food that I noticed thes things ?

Last twice we have been ordered fish & chips and both times chips were cold. First time I sent them back. Today it was busy and could not get any attention until they came to clear away. The guy asked if everything was ok with the meal. I explained to him it was the second time my chips were cold. He couldn’t be more apologetic and asked if he could put it right. I said no thank you we have finished. So 10 out of ten for the service.

Grabbed a quick lunch while we were out. Nice location, food was good (i had a chicken burger and both the burger and the chips were really nice).

The service is great, the portions are big, and here you can enjoy a good meal, mix drinks, and have a nice dining environment

My friend and I had lunch here today. Gorgeous food that gets your taste buds tingling! The menu looked a little pretentious and slightly overpriced, but after tasting the food, this is not the case. It's worth every penny. Beautifully presented, exactly like the photos, if not better! Beautiful pub, tastefully decorated, ample tables. We were very pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with the gold star service. Well done, three Tuns! These ladies will return, with friends 🧡

Expensive for what you get. Been twice now and both times the service was slow and had to ask to place an order. The car park isn't big enough so can be hard to find a space. The drinks are like London prices. Thought the first time was just bad luck but the second visit wasn't any better. Wouldn't rush back.

Worst place I’ve ever eaten at. Forgot the chips, the buns were burnt, rock hard and black, they would have killed a duck if you threw one at them and don’t get me started on the steak, asked for it well done, got medium rare. Is the chef qualified or a wanna be contestant on Come dine with me. Jesus, even I can cook a steak right, should have saved myself £26 and gone to Sainsbury’s. Brought it up at the time to the waiter, who said they’d let them know….doubtfull!!!!!!

superb Family meal. The pub is a lovely place to be with a nice rustic feel. Food reasonably priced to for the quality of it. The only small let down is the service once seated. Quite slow. Not a reflection on the staff but maybe down to how busy it gets. On the whole very impressed, will be back again.

Came here for a nice night out and was greeted with an amazing waiter called kyle. He made our experience enjoyable and made us feel so welcome. Kept coming over to make sure we were all okay, gave suggestions and joined in joking with us. I couldn’t be happier with the service that we were given.

For my first time at the Three Tuns, it was absolutely amazing. Kyle who was our waiter and he was absolutely lovely. Made me and my Mrs feel very welcome. Always positive and very friendly. We will definitely come again if he is there. Always made sure we was ok and overall have an exceptional service. 10/10 will definitely come again

I was a little worried the price would outweigh the food but it was perfectly matched. Great portion sizes. Seating was perfect for 2, nice and quiet, little disturbance. Pleasant atmosphere throughout. No cash payments though which was a little disappointing, but not the end of the world.

Absolutely shocking place. We went there for a nice lunch out and waited an hour for chilli bread even though we were the only ones eating in the whole pub! Waitress apologised and said she had no words or excuse. Do yourselves a favour and give this place a miss! When we eventually got the pizza bread it wasn’t even as good as it used to be. Never going back.

Pizzas are huge & so much topping, service very good & good toilets , place gets very busy so need to book. The fish and chips served in a wooden box were the best my daughter had ever tasted! Keep it up team.

Had a lovely meal here on Monday night. Quite busy for a Monday, but service was good. (Shae, our server was really polite and friendly). Food was good and there was a nice atmosphere. Can understand why it’s busy. Somewhere just a bit different and special. Prices reasonable too, bill for four with drinks came to less than expected.

Very dissapointed with my visit, it was my 50th birthday and booked a table for 9 in the cherry blossom room, we were given a table of 4 and 5 and not even next to each other. When I mentioned this, the manager said " we don't do that in this room", then the food came myself and my husband had the hanging chicken and all of the side orders were luke warm. I couldn't be bothered to say anything as I didn't want to ruin my birthday. The bill was just under £240 and I won't be rushing back, especially since the pub had been recommended.

Visited here with friends on a Saturday lunchtime. We have been to a pub in this chain before, so we knew the atmosphere would be good. Very family friendly and has a great general atmosphere. We sat by the bar this time, but have been in the pink blossom tree area before....that room is magical! Food was OK, although there were a few burgers off the menu (the same ones as 3 months ago, in the other pub?), the pit burger was disappointing, the open steak and peppercorn sandwich was very good! The giant cookie was runny in the middle, disappointing 😔. The service was very slow! We booked for 12.45 and didn't get out until 4.00! We had a few children with us, so quicker service would have been nice. Our designated server seemed to disappear after the starters had been cleared away. Probably won't visit again, we will try somewhere else next time.

Really lovely place. Food choice and value for money are great. Generous portion sizes and super delicious with lots of choice on the menu. Staff were super friendly and kind. Dog friendly downstairs I think and they had a high chair out for our little one as we asked for one when booking. It was very busy so I'd recommend booking. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful room in the blossom tree floor. Both had chicken skewers lovely. Had a tiki cocktail that was gorgeous as well.

Food was ok nothing exceptional. The steak and chicken skewers were over cooked and very dry. Japanese salad and sauce for the skewer tasted the same and overpowered the rest. The corn on the cob was warm on the the outside but cold in the middle. The steak was good. We waited an hour after ordering to the arrival of the food. The food seemed to have been left under the heat lamps for a while. It was a shame because people had recommended it. Prices were quite high for the quality.
