Brilliant spot. Highly recommend. Top class service from Kish and Cosmo. They both made this Thursday feel like a weekend with their enthusiasm and service was impeccable. Literally can't fault a thing, even if I tried. Also, the music was perfect for the atmosphere. Cosmo has good taste.

This particular B at One is without a doubt the best cocktail bar in birmingham....atmosphere especially is on point as the staff are incredible, so talented, friendly and energetic. We had a really lovely couple of hours in the early evening on valentines night at this great little cocktail bar. The Manageress Kelly was so welcoming and friendly when we stopped for a quick drink on our way through we ended up trying half of the menu! Thank you all for looking after us so well

I wanted to rate 0 but theres no option for this I visited last night around 5ish with some work colleagues celebrating my birthday, so atmosphere was buzzing this was my first and last time at this venue. I usually go to the one by New Street Station which is 100 hundred times better than Brindley Place. The bloke with the dark hair and glasses , rude as hell, firstly i’m already at the bar waiting to be served and someone pushes in and try's to get served to which my friend piped up she was next pointing at me , a good bar tender knows who is next to be served , the minute he starts serving me he had an attitude , i ordered my drink snapshot , didn’t even give me a minute to pose with my friends for the picture. Just took the picture gave me the photo and slagged me off to the girl at the bar If you don’t like your job leave, people work hard to go out and enjoy the fruits of their labour and actually have a break from normality sometimes and it was my birthday celebration which he ruined thats fine though, my money is better spent somewhere else and i had a fantastic time at Albert Schloss’s Sort your attitudes out and respect the paying customer!!!

I think this may be the best bar we’ve been to and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff, Kallum and Diaz showed us an amazing time with their energy and passion for what they do, their recommendation’s were bang on, well definitely be back again and it’s all thanks to these two awesome individuals

Diaz is an incredible bartender and a great person to chat with. Came for a mini staff party on a Monday night and he made our Monday feel like a Saturday great chat and atmosphere a true asset to be at one 🥳🤍

We were here last night and booked a table for 9 of us. 1st issue was that we were running late because of the storm. We had to keep sheltering in doorways so took us about 40 minutes to do a 10-minute walk but rang them on repeat for 20 minutes & it was engaged. They gave our table away but rectified it quickly. 2nd issue was that the table was big enough for 4 people and they didn't guarantee chairs for everyone. 3rd issue was that when we ordered drinks they gave two of us 2 for 1 cocktails but no one else, I complained but they upheld. The only reason they have 3 stars is because the bar staff were really good but definitely won't be coming back here.

Incredible atmosphere and amazing cocktails! I went with a group of friends last week, and the energy there was great!! In particular, Callie made our night by suggesting nice cocktails we had never tried before and making sure we were having a great time. You are the best! P.S. - The cocktail "Snapshot" was an absolute treat 10/10 recommended

Came in for a couple of drinks and was looked after brilliantly for our needs by King, brilliant drinks and service.

We did the cocktail masterclass here yesterday as part of my sisters hen party. It was brilliant. The masterclass was led by Chris and he was great fun. It's great value for money too.

Rav is fantastic and made us feel so welcome, kept checking on us and made sure the bar staff had the stuff for the cocktails we wanted. Best B @ 1 i have been to and will def be back when in birmingham.

These 2 Bartenders are all you need, Shane and Aaron smashed peak service, post Noah Kahan at Utalita Arena, full capacity, if you want a solid bev from a premium bartender, then this is the closest venue for you

Adam was great. We got here at roughy 16:00pm and stayed till the end. Adam’s customer service was impeccable, great conversation and amazing communication. As a customer he made my day, he was chatty and very bubbly. Made me very welcome from the moment we walked in and was absolutely amazing. Drinks were amazing and the atmosphere (just could not complain). Bear in mind this was a Tuesday also. Overall would definitely come back and recommend here. Adam deserves a raise!!

Walked in for a few drinks with the Mrs, and Shane greeted us with a top quality services, talking to us the whole time whilst serving other customers and recommending his personal favourites. Was really lovely to chat to and enjoyed watching him make the cocktails. Full credit to Shane, really sound guy.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was my friend’s birthday and they pretty much had her in tears because of the behaviour of one member of staff. One of the bartenders (didn’t get his name but in his early twenties and dark hair, short and slim) was determined to make us feel as unwelcome as possible and just seemed like he was completely against people having fun. Just ruined the whole night with his attitude towards us! Very disappointing because I’ve always had positive experiences at All Bar One in the past!
