Great customer service, amazing decor, and beautiful food

Come here 2 days in a row now and both times slow service with no only 2 customers in the shop. Tuesday was a young girl and today Wednesday 13/11/24 @ 15.23 a young guy with a white shirt and black trousers. Was on the phone on loud speaker from the moment we got there to the moment we left. We order chocolate fudge cake and custard and concrete cake and custard. The guy literally picked both desserts up with his hands in front of my face which is is just disgusting. We waited over 10 mins for him to microwave custard. Bit of a joke really when there was only two other people in the shop who had already eaten. Safe to say wont be returning here especially when there are so many places to choose from

Very good place. Danny was a lovely host and allowed us to play our own music which was a very nice addition. Friendly staff and amazing experience overall!!

Really good deserts. Lots of different selections are nice and delicious. Service is really good from all my visits. Sonia and Mahi have always treated their customers like family, really good workers. The atmosphere and inside is decent also. I definitely recommend everyone to come down and give it a try.

What a lovely place to go for dessert. The staff are amazing, attentive and respectful. The desserts were fresh and presented so well. We got there at 11pm and they were still busy. We got sat at the back (understandable) but as soon as a better table was available they moved us to it straight away. Lovely end to our evening. Thank you Team Pink Coconut. Also, they make a delicious a Mango Cake with Mango ice cream!

A sweet paradise with every bite.Pink coconut is such a marvellous place The variety of desserts here is simply astounding, from rich chocolate cakes to light, like waffles. Each bite transports you to dessert heaven pinkcoconut treats that never disappoint. All the staff is very friendly staff member Mahi and Sonia are very caring loving ❤️ Really appreciated

What I love about this desert shop is that the deserts are always fresh and succulent. Not only do they provide mouthwatering food, the customer service is great 😊

Lovely calming place to escape the business of wedding shopping. Pink tea with pistachio syrup (not on the menu but ask for it) was absolutely amazing. Surahs playing in the background. Just lovely.

The best shop on the whole road, i had just been there yesterday it was a memorable experience. The staff members were all very sweet and welcoming, the atmosphere the food everything was just great. Love the desserts we recommend the waffel and sundae, 4 tray doughnuts so filling...the family friendly atmosphere.. and classy setting Alhamdulilah the staff are lovely too and the karak chai is sooooooooo nice up to £7-10 per person depends what you buy
