Great place. We only had a drink there but staff friendly with a great atmosphere.

I came to aluna for some drinks and the service provided by Alyssa was amazing! Will definitely be returning!

Very disappointing visit. Brunch only one hour and 30 mins we were told by staff. What!!!!! Rushed us to order food as soon as we sat down. Drinks wasn’t bottomless. Had to keep waiting for drinks for ages and the got the orders wrong too. Food was awful bread was really hard couldn’t eat it. Didn’t get time to digest food before they kicked us out. Like a conveyor belt people were in and out asap. Staff looked stressed only 2 people serving food drinks also clearing tables. £45 should be more like £25 like being in a fast food restaurant. Messaged restaurant to complain and didn’t even reply

Such a wonderful birthday! We came for bottomless brunch and although we arrived early we were taken car of as soon as we walked through the door. First by the barman and then by the lovely Alyssa. She went above and beyond to make our time special including a birthday surprise. Thank you, we'll be back!

Our server, Alyssea, was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. She took the time to explain the menu highlights and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, she checked in just the right amount, ensuring our glasses were filled and that we had everything we needed. What stood out was Alyssa genuine enthusiasm for the food It’s clear that she is well-trained and genuinely cares about providing a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return!

I had a superb experience at this canal-side bar. The atmosphere was luxurious, with stunning views and a beautifully designed space. The service was truly outstanding! The manager was incredibly attentive and ensured everything was perfect throughout my visit. The team worked seamlessly together, which made the experience feel smooth and well-organised. A special mention to Alyssa, one of the floor staff, who was not only professional but also wonderfully friendly and talkative, making my day even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a classy yet welcoming spot.

Attended a brunch - was seated 10 minutes late. Was ushered out 10 minutes earlier than what we were meant too. Drinks came out after the food. Was only served about 5 rounds during the brunch. Food was good quality. For £45 pp was not a great brunch experience. As we were being ushered out earlier than the allotted time we asked for one more round of drinks of which was agreed, we were told to leave the table and when asked about the final round was told no.

Absolutely fantastic - we arrived early and had a few cocktails - we sat outside with heaters etc as the table wasn’t ready - but I’m glad we did as we could enjoy the atmosphere ! The cocktails were fantastic and then the food - absolutely amazing all delivered impeccably by Rebecca - absolutely fantastic hostess ! Can’t fault the staff or the place or the food - this place was #1 on Tripadvisor - I can see exactly why !

We hired Aluna for a private event and I would definitely recommend them!!! We had an AMAZING time and we were so well looked after by all the staff, who were super lovely. Nothing was too difficult of an ask & the canapés and drinks were incredible. Big thanks again!!!!

Food is best pan Asian in Birmingham, cocktails could be better they’re too sweet can tell it’s cheap ingredients but the food makes up for it. I’ll def go back for the food!!!! Yum

SCROLL DOWN!!! It’s funny how after leaving a bad review they have clearly asked loads of people to leave a good review to boost the rating back up to try and hide the lowest ratings!! Yet in reality this is not true about it being 5 stars! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Would not recommend this brunch to anyone, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere- and I have been to many different places for brunch.. The service was shocking, and the staff tried to take our last orders 15 minutes before the brunch time finished. The service was slow and took ages to bring our drinks.. And we had to keep getting the attention of a worker to take our drink orders. The worst part is the food was appalling! We all ordered the same mains and one chicken burger was undercooked and pink inside. It made me and my other friends SO ill! Within less than half an hour of leaving the 5 of us suddenly had sickness and diarrhoea resulting in us all going home and ruining my friends birthday. I find this totally unacceptable and I should have listened to a previous friend who also had the same experience! AVOID! To get then food poisoning after paying for an expensive brunch is totally unacceptable. The staff need basic training for people management skills and maybe the kitchen staff need to know how to cook basic food properly. Assume we won’t get a response to this but what a total waste of money. Defiantly don’t waste your time and money coming here.

we attended a bottomless brunch for our friends birthday . First of all we we were stuck in a traffic jam on route to the venue and due to an accident on the road and we rang aluna to let them know. They said they would not extended the brunch time at all so we would just have less time when we got there… not great service to start off and then it only got worse unfortunately. Upon arrival to the venue we were seated at the table and drinks/ food ordered . The food came and everyone was unhappy saying the burger was bland and tasteless and had pink chicken in one of them. Desserts were ok. 15 minutes before our brunch was due to finish the server came over and said “ we are doing your last order now what do you want “ I’m sorry but this should not have been said 15 minutes before ending time. We paid for a bottomless brunch… who said we couldn’t have squeezed in another couple of drinks before 15 mins. I thought this was rude to say, especially after our late arrival to the brunch in the first place. They were extremely quick to get us off the table as soon as humanly possible. Afterwards every single of of the party felt sick from the food we ate and we had to cut our night out short because of this and go home unwell! Wouldn’t recommend or come back again. Not what you expect when paying nearly £45 a head for a “ bottomless brunch “

Our server Alyssa was excellent and made a very memorable trip for my Mother who was celebrating her birthday. Truly a top tier service.

Sadly the food was luke warm, choices of 3 over sweet cocktail and a bill.for £184 for 4 people. Not the greatest night tbh. We've had glass shattered over 1 of our party and glass in a shoe and no service for 20 minutes with a 90 min curfew. I get the service hours and limits etc but if you don't staff the hours correctly it's going.to be hard to hit the demand. Disappointing as id put 20 people through here couple of years back for an Xmas meal and it was a nice experience back then.

First timer, nice place and food was great, the only thing that let it down was the ladies toilets none was flushing, not very health and safety but worth the stars. 28.6.24 - Returned and had dinner, food was amazing, tried new drinks, staff were excellent, toilet no complaints. 13.07.24 - service just as excellent and good very hot, team meal out, cannot complain. Pizza was humongous couldn't finish it, definitely recommend a visit.

Visited today. I have visited a few times and service and food has always been good but today has put an end to our future visits. Upon the bill arriving it showed a 10% "discretionary" service charge. Bearing in mind it was already £85 for two people... The card machine was bought over and the amount showed £93.50...which included the £8.50 service fee. Upon asking about this we were told that if we paid cash the fee could be taken off but on card the manager would have to sort it out. So if it's "discretionary" why was it already added to the card machine without me being asked if I wanted to pay that and why in the UK are we doing this...we are not in the US Spoilt a very good place by being greedy.... 3rd and final visit what a shame.

I loved this place! It is situated in a very particular location in front of water, which made it slightly difficult to find - but once there, it felt amazing. Creative, amazing drinks, good food, and fast service. We went in the more "slower" hours but still had a great experience. Definitely a must-visit here in Birmingham!

Excellent cocktails, if a bit high on the theatrics. Barmen know their stuff. However very noisy and those chairs! Not short people or disabled friendly. Need some lower ones. I get keeping one side for people ordering food, but high stools/chairs don't work when you use a walking stick-painful and uncomfortable. Would have stayed longer but for noise levels and my legs going numb due to poor chairs.

I attended for the bottomless brunch. The service was amazing, our server Alissa was very welcoming and attentive. However, often the service was slow in refilling drinks. I had the bottomless mocktails which were very disappointing. The flavours of the mocktails were not balanced and were very tangy. The portion sizes were decent. My favourites were the dessert, the brownie was the best. The atmosphere was very nice and can often get very busy.
