I enjoyed a starter of salt fish pastry. I don't like pastry but this pastry was nice and soft. I had curry goat hash for my main, it was delicious. Our waitress Millie was very polite and friendly. Nit my first time at Turtle. I always come back

Excellent selection of cocktails and they have Carib in bottles which is delicious. We had a jerk platter, washed it down with some red stripes and Carib, it’s as close as possible to authentic whilst being for everyone’s tastes on the menu. Recommended for sure. Chap on the door was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and until we left. Great attention to detail from staff too, always around for our needs!

The manager is an absolute sweetheart, lovely man who was very attentive to our needs. We had a few drinks that were fresh and fruity, really good selection on the drinks menu!

We had Millie as our server, she was very fast and gave good recommendations on cocktails! Thank you! Will 100% come again!

Turtle bay never disappoints, the staff are friendly and fun and its the best bottomless brunch around as they are QUICK with the drinks!! My food was a bit too spicy but thats my own fault as I didn't ask for no jerk mayo! Lois in particular was great! We will be back!

Lazy personal, nobody bothers for the people sitting outside. We ordered food and after 40 min it turned out that the barman forgot to bring the order to the kitchen. It was sitting 40 min on the bar and nobody from the personal noticed. That includes the manager as well. However the manager was nice, we get a free drink and refund. But it's just ridiculous. There were 3 tables occupied with 5 waitresses and nobody care. They were just sitting and drinking on a table and busy with their phones. Is that what they are paid for? And is this what we are paying for as customers? Zero interest for the clients and what is going on in the venu!

Absolutely shocking place, they don't deserve even one star. Surprisingly it was too warm and we sat outside, but they didn't open the tent. Then we ordered food but an hour later we are still waiting for it to come. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone, better sit in Nandos or The Iguanas right next to them. UPDATE: Apparently the bartender printed a receipt for our order, but didn't pass it to the kitchen. Just got a refund, and I'll never come to this place again. Avoid like a plague!!!

Had a great experience staff where very friendly and helpful, the vibes where great, food was lovely, cocktails where amazing, the Caribbean candy sour was dangerously good, would highly recommend going if you haven’t been before, definitely shall be returning. Aiesha&meg x

Don’t like to give 1 star; we love Turtle Bay but the food was disspointing today: we ordered a burger and the Jerk Pork Belly. We asked if they come with something else on the side , we were told no. Therefore we ordered side fries. We waited 45 min for them to come , was not busy at all. So, they serve the actual burger and the pork belly on their own.. nothing else. For what do you charge this amount of money??!!!!

I have been a number of times to this Turtle Bay. My experience today was appalling. The food took over 40 minutes after ordering to be served. When I pointed this out to our server he abruptly said 'it was only 20 minutes' to which I said 'it was 40 minutes' and he said 'I know it was 20 minutes. I'm not wrong - it wasn't that long at all'. He kept on answering me back and he was very rude. When we spoke to the manager he took 20% of the food bill but not without giving us a lecture on how I, as a customer, need to 'manage expectations'. Will never be going here again.
