Lovely afternoon with a bottomless brunch! We have been coming as a large group, on the first Saturday of January for about 10 years and Millie, our waitress, has been the best one yet! So smiley, nothing was too much trouble. Fab afternoon! (It’s Caribbean hot in there though and I dressed for snow! I’ll come in my bikini next time! Lol!) x

Millie was brilliant during our bottomless brunch! The orders were taken punctually and out before the previous drink was finished! Well done Turtle Bay crew!

Quality restaurant with excellent food. Thoroughly enjoyed a jerk Christmas meal here from the set menu, no complaints across the board (8 people). I especially loved the ginger pudding.

Decent food and atmosphere, but the built-in tips for average service, the pushy 'shoutout' system (I'd bet a lot of these reviews only exist because the staff promised free shots) and the overpriced drinks represent some of the worst of dining culture.

My partner and I absolutely love Turtle Bay the food, service and vibe is always 10/10. Our server Hattie went above and beyond to cater for my food allergy by making sure everything was ok and asking the chef to tweak the dish I requested. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was great, the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The mains were very good, we had jerk chicken and curried goat. The only let down for us were the puddings. I had 3 different scoops of vegan ice-cream and they all tasted of absolutely nothing! My partner had the ginger cake which didn't taste much like ginger. I'd recommend eating here for dinner, but go somewhere else for dessert!

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the manager Jack. On Friday evening we ordered some takeaway from Uber eats and the driver had given us the wrong order and one from deliveroo. Jack went out of his way to call Uber eats and try and arrange for them to send out another driver. Uber eats refused and although it was no fault of turtle bay within this Jack went above and beyond for us. We have never received such excellent customer service so just wanted to say a huge thank you! 😊
