Came to this place for the first time with family and had the best experience. Eshal and Ahmed were there who made sure we had the best of our time here. We also came with a child who has autism and they helped us and made sure he was comfortable whilst we all eat. Great service, humble people definitely will come here again!!!

Visited today- service was brilliant - (served by imaan) very pleasant young lady - but unfortunately the downhill is the food portion size and value for money- i had expectations set by chai green at alum rock - this one portion size is extremely measly 1 puri - 1 keema - and 1 egg - tea £11.60 - for the price the value is not worth it at all comparing to chai green at alum rock- not happy - will not return- Service - 10/10 Atmosphere- 10/10 Food taste- 6/10 Value for money - 1/10

This place is an absolute gem Everything was absolutely amazing Eshal served us and she was very attentive made great suggestions from the menu. Basically we loved it. If you in Birmingham you must try this place Tip They have 2 branches the Stratford Road branch has the better menu I found out the hard way

Visited here second time now from Luton. Can't fault this place whatsoever from its ambience, food and it's staff. Just to add the house tea was the best we've ever had.

I came to chai green today with my husband and 2 kids the staff were so helpful and super friendly especially the worker Imaan who was serving us who helped us choose a delicious meal and treated my kids very well too!! Will definitely be coming back soon had a lovely experience.

I came to Chai green to get a meal with my husband and kids. The food was amazing and I would recommend the masala fries as they were amazing. I would also like to say my server Imaan was very helpful and kind towards us and also treated my kids in a good manner which I absolutely loved. She was very spirited and I love that about her and the place . Will definitely be coming again!

I recently visited Chai Green and enjoyed the Cinnamon Chai, which was very nice, and the ambiance of the place was pleasant. However, I had some concerns with the service and seating arrangement: 1. **Reception Process:** Upon entering, no one was visible at reception. When we headed to a free table, we were stopped and asked what we wanted, though it was clear we were heading to sit down. It turned out the person was a staff member, but the interaction was confusing. We were sent back to wait by the door, only to be called back to the same table around 1-2 minutes later. 2. **Seating Issue:** The table we were assigned had a large chair blocking one of the seats. We had to physically move it into the walkway to accommodate everyone, which was inconvenient and avoidable since the table was already free. 3. **Service:** The drinks were served without a tray, and the staff carried them with bare hands, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional, especially since the tea cups were small and frequently touched. 4. **Review Request:** We were also asked to provide all five-star reviews, which we found inappropriate and pressuring. While the tea itself was enjoyable, the service and seating experience detracted from the overall visit.

Uh the drink was decent, the atmosphere was nice but the server made us do the reviews and put 5 stars for everything and we don't think she was good. She didn't hold the cups properly and should be trained. Also the drinks took a long time. Would it give 2 stars but the times I've been before have been good so I have 3 stars.

Enjoyed my meal, the service was fantastic. The lady serving me Aisha was attentive, friendly and served my food in good time. The venue is child friendly with high h chairs for children and the seating area is plush and comfortable. If you haven’t dinner in this establishment do so soon. The food was fresh and tasty.

I had the pleasure of trying a traditional desi breakfast at the Stratford Road branch and it was absolutely delightful! The plate was a perfect combination of flavors, from the soft, fluffy parathas to the rich, keema. The ingredients were fresh, and the spices were perfectly balanced. Every bite transported me back to the comforting breakfasts of home. Highly recommend it to anyone craving an authentic desi start to the day! It was made even better by the incredible sense of humor of Ahmed! At first, I was caught off guard by his playful prank only for us to discover it was all in good fun! Will definitely be coming back and Ahmed beware of the prank coming your way;)
