First time using Balti Shack and it was probably, the best curry we have had in a long time. Food was delicious. We picked hot, which sometimes means you lose the flavour but the food was still tasty. Definitely recommend and will be using from now on.

added 30 mins to delivery time then food didn't even turn up! do not order from here if you actually want a meal and not your time wasted

Half an hour and food still not arrived, called restaurant to cancel order, received call from driver 10mins latersaying he was 5mins “just outside”, I said to cancel as it was already 40mins late and would be stone cold by now.

Always tasty and gives you the option to choose mild medium or hot so everyone can have theirs to there own taste so glad I found Sizzler

Ordered with a 45 minute lead time only for it to be changed to 1hr 15 mins. Restaurant rang as they had run out of the curry I wanted but I was happy to go with their recommendation as a replacement. I reckon the food would have been excellent but it arrived 20 mins late (making it 1hr 35mins from order) and was very very cold on arrival. What made things worse is that we had no way to heat the food due to cooker and microwave problems. I would be tempted to order again but the delivery times and food temperature needs addressing. Unfortunately on this occasion a lot of the food was binned.

we didn’t receive our total order, 4 items was missing the food was cold, telephoned to complain was told we can have money off next time, to be honest don’t think we will bother. on the plus side it did arrive at request time.

Other then being a bit late the food was top notch

An appalling service, 3 hours late Justeat said it had been delivered!!! owner came out to apologise and offered free meal. Ordered again and denied knowing anything about it. Never use again.

The lamb was tough and the sauce was tasteless.

The restaurant has CLOSED and moved, only found out after turning up there to find a piece of paper taped to the shutters. As well as this they left one of the currys out of the order so had to go all the way back after getting home, would never order here again.

Waited an hour and 40 minutes for my order to be delivered, 40 minutes longer than I was told, I rang the restaurant twice and was told it was 5 minutes away both times when in actual fact it was 30 or more minutes away. It then arrived COLD! Absolutely terrible!!

Food took 2 hours to arrive and by the time it did arrive the food was cold. The chips tasted like they had been microwaved.. will not be ordering from there again!

Second time I order from this awesome restaurant. That would be perfect if I get discount for my 4th order. Just saying. Good food as always!

The two dishes deal is actually not that bad in term of value. Comes with free papadom and mint sauce. A little bit slow for delivery but still acceptable. Taste is alright too.

Ordered food for 8pm and you tried to deliver it at 6pm, when the food did come the chips were hard and the chicken was dry and over cooked, hope next time it will be better or else unfortunately we wont be ordering again

First time used and food was great, pescatarian so can be difficult to find curry that is tasty, Salmon tilkka many huge pieces of salmon, the portions for all our fishes were large and tasted good, think after trying many have finally found out new takeaway

Our meal was delivered 30 minutes earlier than estimated, and was one of the best we've had for a long while. Excellent quality and service.

I have previously had outstanding meals from Sizzler but this instance unfortunately was well below par. Failed to follow a simple request on the notes to the order that subsequently let the meal down badly. Will probably try somewhere else in future

Very good service and food was brilliant.

Curry was ment to be mild but was very hot! Was not impressed and it took a very long time to come over 1 hour when it should of only took 40 minutes,

The three Currys was really really nice but the breads and chips was very cold.

10/10 paneer tikka was fantastic just the right size.

Food was a bit longer delivery than my usual at about 1 hour but they were pretty much on the estimated delivery the food quality was very good and not expensive would recomend

I have ordered a number of times from this restaurant. This time the portions were smaller than usual, they were in smaller containers. The quantity of the lamb and chicken tikka pieces has also decreased, yet the prices are the same. The order was luke warm. Dissapointed this time. Delivery took over an hour to arrive.

This was not delivered at 21.45 which by the way was pushed back from a 21.20 delivery time. It arrived at 22.20. That was 95 mins after I ordered it and 35 mins after the altered delivery time. If it was that busy you should have stopped taking orders until you could catch up. Either way you would have lost business but by having to wait nearly 2 hours for a delivery means you have lost repeat custom too.

The best by far always earlier than expected, piping hot food always tip quality. My favourite and I'm fussy!!!!

Waited 1 hour 40 minutes for food to arrive,after confirmation email said 50 minutes wait.It was cold and needed to be re-heated in microwave,and some of the pre-paid order was missing.Zero stars for everything (however review won't post without scoring with at least 1 star) Avoid at all costs.Worst take away experience ever.

He probado unos cuantos llevar estilo indio de la zona, y este es el mejor con diferencia. Los precios son competitivos y la calidad y el sabor de los platos es genial. No es el típico nivel básico sabor curry con algunos extras. Cada gusto individual salsa como si es especialmente y recién hechos, y sus dupiaza es uno de los mejores que he probado. Menú genial, con una amplia selección, el personal encantador... Altamente recomendado.

Great food shame about the 1 and a half hours wait. The driver got lost and didn't know where we were. No-one could speak English sufficiently for an explanation. We did get it in the end and then it was delicious!

Order arrived 1 1/2 hours late. Had to call to ask why the delay, was advised they were busy but the order will be with me in 5 mins, but still took a further 20 mins to arrive. I have ordered from here before and the order arrived on time, but not this time, very disappointed.
