quiet and rude staff, apparently no spiced rum or dark rum but I could see multiple bottles behind the bar. no 0% beer either

Fantastic overall. A warm welcome, friendly and attentive staff, superb food, a cosy, warm, quiet and comfortable room. The Bell Inn is a real gem! Very happy to recommend both for food and a stay and if we are ever coming back to Worcester, we wouldn’t hesitate to book in at The Bell again. A big thank you to Lindsey and all of her staff for making our stay so lovely.

Used twice nice little pub good range of drinks polite staff very clean next to Travelodge which I was staying in great pub

Five hungry and thirsty lads fed and refreshed thanks to the delicious food and how-they-should-taste real ales served by the two smartly dressed, hard working and friendly restaurant staff girls, together with the friendly guys behind the bar. The best quality food and real ales, a tribute to your kitchen and bar staff. We really do like this place, and it is well worth the short trip from Wolverhampton.

6 of us arrived for dinner tonight to celebrate my moms 86th birthday.From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we could not fault the service provided. The ladies were very attentive without being intrusive. The food was wonderful. Mom who normally eats like a bird ate more tonight than I have seen her eat in a long time. She chose the steak and chicken which was cooked to perfection. Mom likes her steak rare and it was perfect and she said the chicken was lovely and moist so she ate almost all of it. The children loved their food too will definitely be back

Such a shame. This used to be a great local chippy. Service was poor & the food was disgusting. They made several mistakes with the order & I had to keep reiterating what I wanted. They just ignored me. Won't be returning.

They put a roof over my head when I was homeless back in oct 2020, Thank you for your help making sure I was okay bringing me breakfast and letting me stay, was a scary situation for me, but you gave me a warm meal and dried my eyes for a little your small gesture has put a massive imprint of my heart your pub is now a story in my life, that I keep coming back to Thanks for being so good to me:)!!! A lovely local pub, very friendly with a super atmosphere, plenty of seating inside and a great beer garden. Staff were lovely too. Plenty of events planned, advertised on website.

Really appalled at the customer service tonight, used Kings before and would have recommended to anyone, not anymore. Made out to be a liar that they had knocked on my door they definitely hadn’t because we were literally right next to it and in the window. The driver explained he’d gone to the wrong house to me when he came back to deliver, the guy on the phone at kings needs to learn to tell the truth. Said he couldn’t refund me because the food was already cooked, don’t see how that’s my problem! Won’t be ordering from here again now.. doesn’t give you the option to reply. You’ve been my house for years, your driver went the wrong house, your problem!

Visited Tamworth Castle so nipped in for lunch. Ordered 2 Sunday roasts, kids burger and a kids Christmas tree pizza. Beef on the roast was awful. You’d expect a Beefeater to get that bit right! It was Almost raw and slimey. Tough as old boots too! Rest of the roast was very average and not very tasty. Youngest couldn’t understand why his Christmas tree pizza was just a normal pizza 😂 Wouldn’t return. Staff friendly though. Couldn’t fault them.
